GALVESTON - Lorena Kelly, 64, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2003, in at UTMB John Sealy Hospital.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 5, 2003, from 6-9 p.m. at E.R. Johnson Family Mortuary. Funeral service will be Monday, October 6, 2003, at 1 p.m. at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Wingate, Sr., officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview cemetery under the direction of Proctor's Mortuary of Beaumont, Texas.
A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Lorena was born on August 31, 1939, to the union of Johnny and Ruby Howard Jones. She was employed with G.I.S.D. for seventeen years until her retirement. She was a faithful member of the Bethel church, under the leadership of Pastor Paul Wingate, served as the President of the usher board, work with the Lord supper committee, in charge of the Oktoberfest program every year, was on the out reach ministry at Christmas time giving out baskets to the needy, in charge of the food committee and also work on the program committee.
Heroine Lorena Kelly held the office Most Ancient Matron of Pride of South Court #282 Heroines of Jericho. Also a member order of Golden Circle #234 where she served as Stand'D Bearer and a member of Grand Court Order of Calanthe. A devoted Christian and a servant of our Lord.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Helen Clark, brother, Jim Jones.
She leaves to cherish her memory husband, Ralphers Kelly, Sr. and her five children, Rena Marie Leigh (Ronald), Joseph E. Rolland, Eugene L. Rolland (Sheryl), Wanda Kelly Jones (D'ambra), Ralpher K. Kelly, Jr. (Pamela); and brother, Johnny Jones, III; sisters Ruby J. Jones, Evelyn Nolan-Turner (Willie), Karen Sonnier; aunt, Evelyn Smiley;. nineteen grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews

GALVESTON - John F. Ensle, 66, of Galveston, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2003, at UTMB Hospital.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 4, 2003, at St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica, in Galveston, with Father Gerald Lewis, SVD, as Celebrant.
John was born October 16, 1936, in Syracuse, New York. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1958, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and then enrolled in law school at UT, where he graduated in 1960. John was in the Texas Air National Guard Reserves from 1961 until 1967. He served in various capacities as an attorney and professor throughout his career, but was most proud of his thirty year career with the South Texas College of Law. John's dedication to his profession was evident in the numerous publications he authored and the professional organizations of which he was a member.
He was preceded in death by his son, John D. Ensle.
John is survived by his wife, Anne Louise Ensle, of Galveston; mother, Marion Frances Ensle, of Austin; son, Mark Frederick Ensle and wife, Christina, of Kingwood; sister, Judith Thomson, of San Augustine; and brothers, George Ensle and wife, Patricia, of Austin; and Ernest Ensle and wife, Carol, of Chandler, Arizona.

Jane Cecile Fotiades Moes
CLEAR LAKE - Jane Cecile Fotiades Moes, 40, of Clear Lake died in an automobile accident on September 30, 2003. She was born in Williston, North Dakota, on March 26, 1963, and touched the lives of many people while living here and abroad. She enjoyed reading, continuing her education, traveling, making gingerbread creations with her family and spending time with her two sons.
Jane graduated from the Singapore American High School, was a graduate of the University of Houston and also received a Master's of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University. She worked as a licensed OT and eventually rose to Department Chairman at San Jacinto College. In order to spend more time with her children, she went to work as a special education teacher in HISD at Peterson Elementary School.
Jane was recognized by Who's Who Among Outstanding Young Woman of America and Who's Who Among Outstanding Teacher's of America. In 2003, she became a Texas Certified Special Education Teacher.
Jane is survived by her sons, Jack and Tom; her parents Steve and Aubara Fotiades of Galveston; her brother Steve Jr., wife Rhonda and their children Kacie, Stephen and Sarah of Victoria, Texas; her brother Tracy of Lake Jackson, Texas and Poza Rica, Mexico and his children Jeffrey, Angela and Nickolas.
Visitation will be held at the Abundant Life United Methodist Church, 14045 Space Center Blvd., Clear Lake, Texas at 2 p.m. on October 5, 2003. The visitation will be followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m.

William Edward Lynch, Jr. passed from this earth on October 4, 2003. He was a dedicated Husband, Father, Grandfather, Cancer Survivor, Mechanical Engineer, and United States Marine, Semper Fidelis. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Lucille Radley
Lucille Radley was born January 21, 1915, in Mexia, Texas. Husband, Malcolm "Doc" Radley; sons, John and Sonny; and beloved brother J.L. Northcutt preceded her in death.
She is survived by sister Elizabeth Glaner and brother-in-law Fred Glaner, sister Charlsie Morrison, and sister-in-law Bess Northcutt; four grandchildren, Jason Radley, Matthew Radley, Chad Radley, and Jacob Radley; daughter-in-law Pat Radley; Aunt Oma Miller and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lucille and Doc were a part of an old Houston establishment – Radley’s Houston Hatcheries – on Harrisburg and Washington Avenue in the 20’s and 30’s. She later retired from American General Insurance and moved to San Leon, Texas where she worked for the local Municipal Utilities District.
The family sends sincere thanks to all of her caregivers at Harborview in League City and Vitas Hospice.
A graveside service will be held at the San Leon cemetery on Tuesday, October 7, 2003, at 2 p.m.

TEXAS CITY - Hilda Martinez Ingles, 65, of Texas City, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2003, at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2003, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ingles was born March 14, 1938, in McAllen, Texas and moved to Texas City in 1957. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe and Celia Martinez, and two brothers, Alfredo and Rene Martinez.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Donald Russell Ingles, of Texas City; and their sons Donald Ray Ingles of La Marque and Clifton Jay Ingles of Texas City; her grandchildren: Elaina, Blake, and Jessica Ingles; her sisters Lupe Sterling of Tennessee and Minerva Harris of Huntsville, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Terrence "Terry" Allen Kasten
LEAGUE CITY - Terrence "Terry" Allen Kasten, 53, of League City, Texas passed away at home on Friday, October 3, 2003. He was born June 28, 1950, in Alton, Illinois to Rita and Ralph Kasten. He graduated from Marquette High School in Alton, Illinois in 1968. He moved to Texas in 1982, and soon after started working for the League City Street Department. Terry retired as a supervisor of the Street Department in January 2003.
Terry was a former member of the League City Volunteer Fire Department. He was also a former President of the Dickinson Softball Association. His spare time was spent playing golf. He enjoyed watching football, baseball, and softball and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rita and Ralph Kasten; and brother Pete Kasten.
He is survived by his son Kevin "Bird" Kasten of League City, Texas; brothers Bobby Kasten of Brighton, Illinois, Dick Kasten of Fort Worth, Texas, and John Kasten of Whiteland, Indiana; sisters: Lisa Bernhardt of Wood River, Illinois, Molly Sirridge of Kansas City, Kansas, and Margie Fry of Hazelwood, Missouri; stepsons William "Rick" Daniels and wife Melissa Daniels of League City, Texas, Craig Wolf of Houston, Texas, and Scott Daniels of Springfield, Missouri; and stepdaughter Christine Ashley of Worden, Illinois.
