Sarah Beth Russell
AMARILLO Funeral services for Sarah Beth Russell, 83, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Jim Bankhead, senior pastor, and Dr. Murray Gossert, associate pastor, officiating.
Entombment will be in Llano cemetery Mausoleum by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel.
Mrs. Russell died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003.
She was born May 21, 1920, in Corsicana, the daughter of Elizabeth Murchison and Christopher Johnson Knox.
She graduated cum laude from the University of Texas and taught English. She later was a businesswoman, successfully managing the family business for 15 years.
She was a former president of Junior League of Amarillo and a member of the JUG (Just Us Girls) Club.
In 1944, she married
Frank J. Storm and moved to Amarillo in 1945. He died in September 1963. In 1971, she married
Hollis T. Russell. He died in 1995.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Christopher K. and Marguerite Delacroix Storm; a stepdaughter, Ann Castleberry of Plainview; a stepson, Hollis Russell Jr., of Sarasota, Fla.; six grandchildren and five stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
A son, Frank J. Storm III, died in January 1964.

Ruby Yarbrough
PADUCAH Graveside services for Ruby Yarbrough, 88, of Amarillo, were are 11 a.m. Saturday in Garden of Memories cemetery.
Arrangements were by Schooler Funeral Home of Amarillo.
Mrs. Yarbrough died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003.
She was born April 18, 1915, in Paducah. She married
Buddy Yarbrough in Hollis, Okla., on Dec. 28, 1932. They moved to Crowell in the 1950s then moved to Tulia in 1961 where she worked in the drug store soda fountain for 24 years.
She moved to Amarillo in 1990.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Royce Yarbrough of Amarillo; a granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.
Her husband and a son, Ronald Yarbrough, are deceased.
The family suggests memorials to a favorite Christian charity.

Valeriano H. Castellon
TULIA - Funeral Mass for Valeriano H. Castellon, 65, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Church of the Holy Spirit with Joe Frausto, deacon, officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery by Wallace Funeral Home.
Mr. Castellon died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, in Swisher Memorial Hospital.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today in Wallace Funeral Home Chapel.
He was born July 2, 1938, in Donna.
On June 17, 1960, he married
Maria Martinez in Colorado.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Margarita Sandoval of Amarillo, Florinda Montanez of Lexington, Neb., and Michelle Puente of Tulia; four sons, Valeriano Castellon Jr., and Robert Lee Castellon, both of Amarillo, Michael Castellon of Plainview and Paul Andrew Castellon of Lexington; four brothers, Cruz Luis Castellon of Happy, James Castellon of Orlando, Fla., Jose Castellon of Tulia and Pascual Castellon of Naples, Fla.; two sisters, Lucy Castellon of Winsor, Colo., and Linda Cisneros of Austin; 18 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in O´Donnell cemetery by Bartley Funeral Home.
Rev. Hamilton died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004, at Lakeridge Rehab and Nursing Home in Lubbock.
He was born March 15, 1914, in Stephenville. He received his B.S. degree at Wayland Baptist University in 1949, the first senior class to graduate.
He pastored the following churches during his ministry: Margaret Baptist Church, 1942-44; Rayland, 1943; Friendship Baptist Church, 1946; Calvary Baptist Church, Silverton, 1944-46; Date Street Baptist Church, 1946-57; Hereford Baptist Church, 1957-60; a Baptist church in Abilene, 1960-61; returned to Date Street Baptist, 1961-66; Immanuel Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, 1966-79; and Finney Baptist Church, 1979-92. His current membership was Parkview Baptist Church.
He moved to Plainview in 1979 from Mineral Wells and had worked for Bartley Funeral Home.
On June 20, 1941, he married
Wanda Lee Adams in Tulia. She died Nov. 15, 2003.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Hamilton of Cookville and Arlis Hamilton of Albuquerque, N.M.; one daughter, Katy Hamilton of San Antonio; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Arley Porter Hamilton, Lemuel D. Hamilton and Harvey D. Hamilton, and two sisters, Winnie Young and Mary Pelts, are deceased.

Joyce Rice
HART - Funeral services for Joyce Rice, 80, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Long, pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Rice died at 6:42 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004, in Covenant Hospital Plainview.
She was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Dodson. She had lived in the Hart area most of her life. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Zealot Club and Friendship Class.
On Nov. 15, 1947, she married
L.J. Rice in Pampa. He died in May 1987.
Survivors include two sons, Danny Rice of Dimmitt and Scott Rice of Hart; a daughter, Robbie Grossman of Hart; her twin brother, Boyce Carter of Dimmitt; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Annabelle Turner
AMARILLO - Funeral services for Annabelle Childs Turner, former Plainview teacher, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. James Collins and the Rev. V.P. Perry, officiating.
Burial will be in Llano cemetery by Warford Walker Mortuary.
Mrs. Turner died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004.
She was born to Rosa and Pattis Childs. She received degrees of higher education from Texas College and Highlands University. She taught English and coached women´s basketball at Booker T. Washington High School in Plainview where her husband served as principal.
After moving to Amarillo she taught at Hilltop Elementary School and was one of the first teachers in the Head Start program. After retirement, she and her husband were active in the real estate business.
She was a member of several civic organizations including Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
She married
John William Turner on June 10, 1935. He is deceased.
Survivors include one daughter, Carla Norberg of Amarillo; two grandsons, Michael and J. William Norberg of Amarillo; two nieces; and four nephews.
