TULIA -- Graveside services for Joe Flores, 59, of Houston, former Tulia resident, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Rose Hill cemetery by Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today in funeral home chapel.
Mr. Flores died Monday, Dec. 6, 2004, at his residence in Houston.

LOCKNEY -- Funeral services for Eula Mae Bramlet, 96, are pending with Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bramlet died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2004, in Lockney Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Melissa Espinosa Arispe
Funeral services for Melissa Espinosa Arispe, 19, of Plainview will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at Lemons Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Joe Hernandez, pastor of Primera Iglesia Bautista, officiating.
Burial will be in Plainview cemetery by Lemons Funeral Home.
Mrs. Arispe died Monday, Dec. 13, 2004.
She was born Oct. 15, 1985, in Hale Center.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Ceniceros; mother, Irene Espinosa of Plainview; father, Jose Silverio Arispe Jr. of Center Point; paternal grandparents, Jose Silverio Sr. and Amelia Arispe of Rocksprings; maternal grandparents, Ascension and Oronia Espinosa of Hale Center; one daughter, Emily Michelle Ceniceros of Plainview; two sons, Robert Lee Ceniceros Jr. and Ryan Nathaniel Ceniceros of Plainview; and two sisters, Rose Mary Arispe of Kerrville and Helen Arispe Baeza of Plainview.
A sister, Angel Arispe, is deceased.
Ann Power
The family of Anna L. Greer Power will celebrate 85 years of her life at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Franklin Bartley Funeral Chapel with Jay Simpson, chaplain of Area Home Health Care of Plainview, and Walley Chavez, associate pastor of Trinity Fellowship of Plainview, officiating. Mrs. Power died peacefully with her family at her bedside, Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004.
Ann was born Dec. 17, 1918, to Horace Clifton and Henretta Taylor Greer in Athens. She earned a bachelor´s degree in science from Texas Tech University, formerly Texas Technological College, in 1940, and later a master degree from the University of California in Berkeley. She married
Max G. Power, Jan. 30, 1938, in Clovis, N.M., and he preceded her in death, March 1, 1965. Mrs. Power was a member of the First Christian Church of Lubbock.
Survivors include her daughter, Perri McDonald, and her husband, Mack, of Plainview; sister, Virginia Brown of Lubbock; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Herby Arthur Termain
Funeral services for Herby Arthur Termain, 54, of Plainview, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Bartley Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bruce T. Gregory, pastor of Church of God in Plainview. Burial will be in Plainview cemetery by Bartley Funeral Home.
Mr. Termain died Dec. 15, 2004, at his residence in Plainview.
He was born May 3, 1950, in Amarillo where he grew up. He moved to Plainview nine years ago. He worked for Curtis Cross Construction as a professional carpet layer.
Survivors include his wife, Kimberly; five daughters, Lisa Walker, Shanna Boyd and Kay Cee Termain of Plainview, and Brandy Termain Anderson and Jessica Termain of Amarillo; his father, Herby Dean Termain of Plainview; two sisters, Darlene Heath of Kentucky and Jeanie Buzzard of North Carolina; a brother, Ricky Termain of Kentucky; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation at Bartley Funeral Home will be from 7-8 p.m. Sunday. The family will be at 906 Independence in Plainview

Maple Marie Cowan
BANDERA -- Funeral services for Maple Marie Ramsey Cowan, 76, were held at 2 p.m. Dec. 28, 2004, in Bandera United Methodist Church with the Rev. Everett Boyce officiating.
Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 30 in Rose Hill cemetery in Tulia by Grimes Funeral Chapels.
Mrs. Cowan died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004, at her residence.
She was born June 14, 1928, in Tulia, the daughter of Kenneth E. and Grace Maples Whitehurst Ramsey. She married
Robert “Bob” Cowan in Tulia on Sept. 4, 1949.
She taught home economics for more than 23 years and from 1980 to 1988 she taught home economics at Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio.
She was camp director at Camp Serindip for more than five years and was active in many Bandera community organizations including the Silver Sage Senior Center and the Heritage Quilting Club.
Mrs. Cowan also was active in the Bandera United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years and was a member of the Texas State Teachers Association.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Roberta Marie and Mike Weadley of Denver, Colo., Laura Ann and Jeff Beehler of Converse, Susan Birdie and David Ohse of Topeka, Kan., and Claudie Lee Cowan of Kingwood; a sister and brother-in-law, Fern and Albert Ross of Arlington; nine grandchildren, Kendra, Robert, Jennifer and husband Jeff, Michael, Lisbeth, Lindsay, Annalise, Rachael and Ryan; two sisters-in-law, Roberta Ramsey of Arlington and Jill Ramsey of Plainview.
Her parents; a daughter, Cozette Cowan; and two brothers, Jackie Byrd Ramsey and Kenneth E. Ramsey, are deceased.
The family suggests memorials to the American Parkinson's Disease Association.

Jimmie H. Davis
TULIA -- Funeral services for Jimmie H. Davis, 85, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Davenport, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery by Kornerstone Funeral Directors.
Mr. Davis died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004, in Amarillo.
He was born April 21, 1919, in Holdenville, Okla., the son of John and Texana Davis. He grew up in Spalding, Okla., where he attended schools. He enlisted in the U.S. Army Infantry in July of 1941 and fought in Africa, Sicily, England, France and Germany. He received a Silver Star on Omaha Beach on D-Day and the Purple Heart in Germany. He received a Silver Star in July of 1944, Good Conduct Medal and Purple Heart in February 1945, EAME Campaign Medal and 6 Bronze Stars and American Defense Service medals.
In 1947, he married
Ruby Young. They lived in Tulaire, Calif. for four years and then moved to Hart where they farmed. In 1979, they moved to Tulia and he worked as a multi-state cattle buyer for 45 years.
He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son and daughter-in-law, Duane and Nan Davis of Tulia; three brothers, Ernest Davis of Hart, W.H. Davis of Olton and L.J. Davis of Antlers, Okla., one sister, Johnnie Leewright of Holdenville, Okla.; two granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren.
