Services for Delma Gene Anthony, 70, of Arlington are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday at Eubank Memorial Chapel in Mabank with the Rev. Eugene Graham officiating.
Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home Mabank.
Mr. Anthony died Feb. 4, 2001.
He was born Jan. 19, 1931, in Henderson County.
Mr. Anthony worked as a plumber. He was a veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Vuanita Anthony of Arlington; stepson, John Clatburn of Arlington; daughters, Donna Garrett of Eustace and Lisa Parker of Kaufman; brothers, Daniel Anthony of Hutchins, Don Anthony of Lancaster, Edward Anthony of Eustace and Glen Anthony of Seagoville; and 10 grandchildren.
Stephen Dennis Booe
Graveside services for Stephen Dennis Booe, 39, of Meridan were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Payne Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Foster & Brown Funeral Home of Athens.
Mr. Booe died Feb. 2, 2001.
He was born April 9, 1961, in Seminole to Coy Lee Booe and Joan Spurgeon.
Mr. Booe worked in the construction business, specializing in heavy equipment.
Survivors include his parents, Joan and Frank Holley of Lakeside Village; daughter, Amelia Mae Booe of Whitney; son, Darek Dennis Booe of Whitney; and sisters, Katy Langhathorn of Midland, Jackie Booe of Hamilton, Debra Hightona of Fort Worth, Kelly Keisling of Fort Worth and Roxanna Compton of Clifton.
Charles Allen Brown
Services for Charles Allen Brown, 56, of Trinidad were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home Chapel of Corsicana with the Rev. Dan Byrd officiating.
Burial followed at Hamilton-Byrd Cemetery under the direction of Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home of Corsicana.
Mr. Brown died Feb. 4, 2001, in Athens.
He was born July 22, 1944, in Corsicana.
Survivors include his mother, Catherine Schultz of Trinidad; father, Charles A. Brown of Neches; sons, Charles Dillon Brown of Trinidad and Joe Allen Brown of Athens; daughters, Debra Smith of Athens, Tawana Honea of Corsicana and Margo Huff of Montalba; brothers, William Brown of Corsicana, and George Brown of Trinidad; sisters, Lucille Meridath of Austin and Linda Howard of Corsicana; and nine grandchildren.
Roland "Sam' Burns Jr.
Services for Roland "Sam" Burns Jr., 76, of Tool are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Eubank Memorial Chapel in Mabank with the Rev. Gary Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow at King Cemetery under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home of Mabank.
Mr. Burns died Feb. 3, 2001, in Athens.
He was born Nov. 26, 1924, in Hamilton.
Mr. Burns worked as a security supervisor. He was a veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Seven Points. He was an avid hunter and gardener.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Belly L. Burns, in November 1997.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Frances and David Daniel of Jacksonville; stepdaughters and stepsons-in-law, Elaine and Robert Algood of Mabank, Karen Sharp and fiancee Lee VanWinke of Seven Points and Lisa and Mike Dupree of Gun Barrel City; sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Wayne Morris of Tacoma, Wash., and Fredia McPeak of Portland, Ore.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Pallbearers will be Robert Algood, Jim Brown, Brad Carter, Daniel Dyer, Jim Hardin, Steve James, Eddie Land and Gene Ward.
Honorary pallbearer will be Emory Budai.
Dorothy Lee Butler
Services for Dorothy Lee Butler, 85, of Poynor are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church Poynor with the Rev. Jeff Godwin officiating.
Burial will follow at Poynor Cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Frankston.
Mrs. Butler died Feb. 5, 2001, in Poynor.
She was born Sept. 9, 1915, in Poynor.
Mrs. Butler was a lifelong resident of Poynor. She was a member of First Baptist Church Poynor, where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Milton Butler of Poynor; daughters and son-in-law, Mary Jane Butler of Poynor and Linda Sue and Gary Giles of Hurst; brothers, Lowell Bristow of Poynor and John Bristow of New Harmony; sisters, Helen Bruton of Poynor, Patsy Holcomb of Poynor and Anita Forester of LaRue; grandchildren, Brent and Dawn Giles of Hurst, Kent Giles of Dallas and Lance Giles of Hurst; and two great-grandsons.
Pallbearers will be George Mixon, Leon Hardman, Robert Magee, Buster Stringfield, Bobby Holcomb, Wayne Gideon and Clarence Morton.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Lindsay Judson Hart
Services for Lindsay Judson Hart of Austin, formerly of Athens, are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Matthias Episcopal Church in Athens with the Revs. John Stasney and Donald Hickman officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Foster & Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.
He was born March 1, 1961, in Athens to William E. "Bill" Hart and Barbara "Bari" Baker Hart. He graduated from Athens High School in 1979, from Henderson County Junior College in 1981, and the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. He was a member of Chi Phi fraternity. He was a technical support analyst at ABM Data Systems of Austin and was president of the Austin-area chapter of the SCA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Hart in 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Teri, whom he married in 1995; mother, Bari Hart of Athens; brother, Baker Hart of Cranbury, N.J.; sister and brother-in-law, Heather Hart Wilkerson and Oscar A. Wilkerson IV, and nephew Oscar A. Wilkerson V of Trollhattan, Sweden.

Mr. Whitt died Feb. 2, 2001, in Dallas.
He was born Feb. 3, 1943, in Denison.
Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Horton of Arkansas, Nancy Propes and Penny Turner, both of Longview; two sons, Freddie Whitt of Arkansas and Nathan Whitt of Reklaw; sister, Delois Browning; brother, Billy Whitt of Dallas; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
Nolan R. Willingham
Private memorial services for Nolan R. Willingham, 86, of Cross Roads were held Sunday in Athens.
Mr. Willingham was born Oct. 31, 1914, in Henderson County to Christopher Columbus and Ione Morrison Willingham. He grew up in Cross Roads and was his class salutatorian. He had lived in Dallas for 20 years, where he was plant manager for General Dynamics. He returned to Cross Roads in 1952.
He was preceded in death by a son.
Survivors include his caregiver, Karen Gatlin of Athens; sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.
