Richard Dale Etchieson
Richard Dale Etchieson, 67, of Powderly died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, in Dubuis Hospital.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, in the chapel of Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Goodwin officiating. Burial follows in Evergreen cemetery.

He was born April 28, 1937, in Raye City, Okla., to James and Eula Mae Knight Etchieson. He graduated from Asher, Okla., schools and attended auctioneering school. He was a colonel of auctioneering and received numerous awards during his many years in sales management. He ran several livestock barns for many years, and he was the owner of Circle E Equipment at the time of his death. He married
Ramona Goodwin McCloure on Feb. 8, 1973, in Hugo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Billy, Ardell, Steve, Donald and Kenneth Etchieson; and one sister, Norma Jean Clapp.
He is survived by his wife, Ramona Goodwin Etchieson of Powderly; three daughters, Pamela Dorrough of Saint Louis, Okla., Lisa Gray of Tecumseh, Okla., and Dana Blackburn of Oklahoma City; two sons, Darrell Scott McCloure of Blossom, and Douglas Gene McCloure of Powderly; 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Josephine Lemmons of Asher.
Donald Earl Dryden

Maurine Cregg Wall
COOPER — Maurine Cregg Wall, 80, of Bonham passed away Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004, at Northeast Medical Center in Bonham.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Ragan officiating. Interment was in Oaklawn cemetery.
She was born Aug. 11, 19245, in Delta County. She was the daughter of Walter Cregg and Jimmie Marion Burgess Cregg. She was a registered nurse and had lived in Bonham since 1971.
She is survived by three sons, Guy Wall of River Ridge, La., John B. Wall of Bonham, and Kevin R. Wall of Bonham; two brothers, Charles Cregg and Drew Cregg; one sister, Mildred Duke; and two grandchildren, Maurine and Christopher Wall.
Vada Friesen
Vada Friesen, 61, of Tigertown died Friday Oct. 8, 2004, at her home.
Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday Oct. 12, at West Haven Mennonite Church with pastor Dee Wayne Koehn and pastor Roger Unruh officiating. Burial follows in West Haven cemetery.

She was born Dec. 2, 1942, in Isabella, Okla., to Pete J. and Annie Schmidt Boehs. She attended Ringwood, Okla., schools and married
Leonard Friesen on Nov. 7, 1965, in Fairview, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God in Christ-Mennonite. She loved sewing and was active in the local activities of her community.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Nadine Friesen; her father, Pete Boehs; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Helen and Cornelius Friesen.
Survivors include her husband, Leonard Friesen; five children, Monroe Friesen and his wife, Debbie, and their children, Peter, Katie, Jacob and Phillip, Greg Friesen and wife, Maria, and their children, Zane and Rhea, and Karen Friesen, Ronalda Friesen and Justin Friesen all of Tigertown; her mother, Annie Boehs of Moundridge, Kan.; five brothers, LeRoy Boehs and wife, Darlene, Marvin Boehs and wife, Rose, Abe Boehs and wife, Bernice, all of Ringwood, and Ed Boehs and wife, Ruth, and Harvey Boehs and wife, Loretta, of Louisville, Ga.; two sisters, Lydia Mae Dueck and husband, Harold, of Cartwright, Manitoba, and twin, Velma Friesen and husband, John, of Elma, Manitoba.
Serving as pallbearers are Alan Friesen, Jaycelyn Dueck, Eugene Dueck, Jason Toews, Cody Boehs and Jason Boehs.
Ruby Lee Slayden
Ruby Lee Slayden, 74, of Roxton passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.

Patty Finney Hyde
GREENVILLE — Patty Finney Hyde, 61, of Greenville went to be with the Lord Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004, following a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer.
A celebration of her life is set for 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct.10, at Ridgecrest Baptist Church, with the Rev. Riley Hamilton officiating. Burial follows in Memoryland Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, in Ridgecrest Baptist Church sanctuary, 6801 Wesley St., in Greenville.
She was born in Greenville on Jan. 20, 1943, to Lou and Jack Finney. She graduated from Greenville High School where she served as an officer of the Flaming Flashes. She attended Southern Methodist University where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She loved the Lord with all her heart and now sits at the foot of the throne of Jesus. Her loving, gracious presence will be sorely missed by everyone touched by her special life.
She is survived by her parents, Lou and Jack Finney; her loving husband of 41 years, Tommy Hyde; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michele and Charlie Hyde and Julie and Zachry Hyde; a sister, Jean Turman; one grandson, Justin; and four step-grandchildren, Chelsy Bell, Nick, Natalie, and Valerie, all of whom are from Greenville. She is also survived by a myriad of cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Reedus G. “Rebo” King
JACINTO CITY — Reedus G. “Rebo” King, 76, of Jacinto City died Thursday, Sept. 23, 2004, at his home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, in the Chapel of Howard-Glendale Funeral Home.
He was born Sept. 18, 1928, in Slabtown. He retired from Champion Paper Company after 50 years of service. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and wood working and he loved the outdoors. He will be loved and missed dearly by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Dossie Bell King; his brother, Bob King; a sister, Mary Lee Lloyd; and mother, Opal King.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey King; sisters, Glenda Sue Clarkson, Ann Gray and Phyllis Dean; children, Don King and wife, Judy, Deborah Frederick and husband, James, and Kayla Sheehy and husband, Michael; step-children, Sherry Snoddy and husband, Claude, Lon Squyres and wife, Glenda, and Ron Squyres; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Glenna Marie Anderson Harrell
HUNTSVILLE — Glenna Marie Anderson Harrell, 64, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2004.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Carrol Williams of First Baptist Church officiating. Interment follows at Brooke cemetery, Huntsville, under the direction of Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home.

She was born July 12, 1940, and raised in Lamar County, attended East Lamar Schools for 11 and one-half years, and graduated from Paris High School. She and her husband were married
for 47 years. She worked to help him as he continued his education and then she attained a bachelor’s degree in home economics from Sam Houston State University. She was a devoted wife and mother. Her life centered on her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Huntsville. She was active in the Miss Texas Scholarship Organization and enjoyed square dancing until arthritis prevented her from participating.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wylie Anderson; a sister, Lucille Nash; three brothers, Elmer Anderson, Pat Anderson, and Jesse Anderson.
She is survived by her husband, William R. “Billy” Harrell; two daughters, Mona Peck and Ginger Harrell; two granddaughters, Katie and Brianna Smith; a son-in-law, Michael Peck; five sisters, Lela Bullington, Helen Northam, Adalene Rich, Geneva Phillips, and Cora Jo Tirado; a brother, Roger Anderson; a brother in-law, Bobby Harrell; two sisters in-law, Nelda Harrell and Francis Anderson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
