Linda Joyce King, 37, of Hutchins died Saturday, May 20, 2000, at Terrell Medical Center.
Services will be at noon Saturday, May 27, at St. Paul Freewill Baptist Church in Lancaster.
Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial cemetery, Dallas.
She was born May 30, 1962, in Dallas.
She served in the Armed Forces for a year and was employed by K-Mart in shipping and receiving for 12 years.
She was a 1979 graduate of Wilmer-Hutchins High School.
Surviving are her father, Charles Lewis King; two sons, Justin Roosevelt King and Brandon Frank King; a daughter, Francis Shante King; two sisters, Carolyn Joyce Kirkendoll and Charlene Deloise Cole; two brothers, Harold William and Edward Charles King, and a number of other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia King.

Wanda Arlene Eaton
Wanda Arlene Eaton, 91, passed from this life Tuesday, May 23, 2000, with her family by her side.
Services will be at 23 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home Chapel with Nolan Butler presiding.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn cemetery in Mount Pleasant.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
She was born March 30, 1918, in Garver County, Okla., to Ray and Henrietta Hawkins.
She was a beautician for more than 25 years, retiring to spend more time with her granddaughter, Amy and April, whom she adored.
Wanda was a member of College Church of Christ.
She married
Charles Eaton May 22, 1937.
He died Oct. 13, 1975.
Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Marvin Shairrick of Lubbock and Roxanne and Billy Fergurson of Paris; her grandchildren, Clarence Shairrick of Perryton; Dana Grimes of Lubbock, Amy Ball of Paris and husband Travis Ball, and April Good of Abilene and husband, Marshall Good; a sister and brother-in-law, Jerrylee and Jay Blaine of Allen; five great-grandchildren, and a number of other family members and friends.
Also surviving are her late husband's brothers and brother, Ruby Carpenter, Vera Lou Dukes, Mamie Hayes, Nancy Booth, and Bill Eaton.
She was preceded in death by a sister and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Graves, Ron Fergurson, Art Romanat, Clarence Shairrick, Rick Zant, and Michael Fry.
Honorary bearers will be Wanda's brothers-in-law, Jay Blaine, Leonard Dukes, Clovis Booth, and Bill Eaton.
Paulina Lorraine Floyd Secrest
Paulina Lorraine Floyd Secrest, 79, of Paris died at 6:15 p.m. Monday, May 22, 2000, in Oakbrook Nursing Center, Whitehouse.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at Calvary United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gifford Long and the Rev. Glynn Vickers officiating.
Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home will make burial in Meadowbrook cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
She was born Dec. 28, 1920, in the Shady Grove community of Lamar County to Earl Kelley and Lillian Opal Whitten Floyd.
She graduated from Pattonville High School, Paris Junior College, and received her BA and MS degrees from East Texas State University.
Mrs. Secrest taught at Central schools, retiring from teaching at Paris Independent School District's T.G. Givens campus.
She married
Mitchell C. Secrest in Pattonville May 18, 1941.
He died Nov. 7, 1981.
She was a member of Paris Business and Professional Women's Club, Association of Retired Teachers, Paris Noon Study Club, United Methodist Women, the Sunshine Club and Couples Sunday school Class of Calvary United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Mike Secrest and wife Delana of Hopewell; a daughter, Paula Dillingham and husband Jed of Whitehouse; grandchildren, Kyle Secrest of Hopewell, Scott Dillingham and wife Sarah of Tyler, Randy Dillingham, also of Tyler, and Skylar Dillingham of Whitehouse; a brother, Kelley W. Floyd of Dallas; three sisters, Mrs. Clyde Cunningham of Paris, Mrs. Joel B. Hughes of Belk, and Mrs. Mildred Kincaid of Dallas; a brother-in-law, J.R. Secrest and wife Kitty of Alamogordo, N.M., and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Howard, Jack, Robert, Dempsey, and M.L. Floyd.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ben Tow, Boyd Sanders, Dennis Nelms, John R. Secrest Jr., Brad Hughes, and Ridjell Lee.
Honorary bearers will be members of the Couples Sunday Class of Calvary United Methodist Church.
Memorials may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church or Paris Community Theater.
Armond Dee Ebbs
Armond Dee Ebbs, 62, of Paris died Monday, April 22, 2000, at his home.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home will conduct graveside services at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 25, at Knights of Honor cemetery, Blossom.
Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ebbs was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Blossom to Joe and Ethel Hill Ebbs.
He had served in the National Guard and was a Baptist.
Surviving are three sons, Wilbert Lee Ebbs of Barling, Ark, Armond Dee Ebbs Jr. of Amarillo, and Coy Calvin Ebbs of Amarillo; a sister, Opal L. Walton and husband Bill of Kennedale; two brothers, Sidney Ebbs of Grandbury and Arley Ebbs of Blossom; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Joe Ebbs Jr., R.C. Ebbs, and Garland Ebbs; and two sisters, Christinia Garcia and Inez Bryant.
