She died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999.
She was born in Provence, Okla. She graduated from Lockney High School. She was a schoolteacher in Shamrock for 38 years. She graduated from West Texas State College and attended Abilene Christian College. She married
Price Conley Barrett in 1934, in Sayre, Okla. He died in 1995. She was a member of the Church of Christ and the Retired Teacher's Association.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty rMullican of Lubbock; two brothers, Leo Comer of Silverton and Lon Comer of Plainview; a sister, Lela Fore of Plainview; and three grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Shamrock Public Library or to Shamrock cemetery Association.
Nadine Bell
GOULD, Okla. - Graveside services for Nadine Bell, 84, of Hale Center will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Gould cemetery with Don Mullican of 4th & Broadway Church of Christ of Carnegie, Okla., officiating.
Burial is under direction of Abell Funeral Home in Hale Center.
She died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1999, at Hi-Plains Hospital in Hale Center.
She was born July 17, 1914, in Sayre, Okla. She married
John Bell on Aug. 14, 1937 in Gould. She moved from Carnegie, Okla. to Hale Center in September 1997. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1978.
She is survived by her sister, Pearlie Robertson of Lubbock and a brother, Noah Davis of Plainview.

Winnie Adkins
LOVINGTON, N.M. - Services for Winnie Belle Adkins, 84, of Lovington will be at 2 p.m. today in Tatum cemetery in Tatum, N.M., with the Rev. Rick Parker, of Tatum United Methodist Church, officiating.

She died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999, in Lovington Good Samaritan Center.
She was born Nov. 12, 1914, in Fleetwood, Okla. She married
Leon Adkins on Oct. 14, 1932, in Waurika, Okla. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Survivors include a daughter, Bobbie Harrelson of Brownfield; a son, Billie of Tatum; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Audrey Delgado

Audrey died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, in University Medical Center.
She was born Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999.

She died Monday, Feb. 22, 1999, in Lubbock.
She was born Sept. 24, 1902, in Emhouse. She was a presser. Her husband, Price, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Roy of Lubbock; a daughter, Christine Sandefer of Lubbock; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Curtis Yocom

He was born Aug. 10, 1915, in North Colbert, Ala. He married
Geneva Inez Williams on May 4, 1938, in Brownfield. She preceded him in death in 1986. He retired from the Houston school system, having worked as a carpenter and construction contractor. He was a Baptist and lifelong member of IOOF Lodge.
Survivors include his children, Margie and Gerald of Odessa, Marth and Jim of Odessa, Ray and Sue of Dublin, Shorty and Jean of Abilene, Jerold and Pat of Jacksboro and Jean and Mac of McCloud, Okla.; three sisters, Lenice Kilpractic of Seagraves, Lorraine Thomas of Levelland and Orie Graham of Belton; and a brother, Cecil Yocom of Andrews.

Berta Lovato on April 8, 1983, in Lubbock. He worked for Manley's Chem Dry. He was a member of the Organizacion del Evangelico Pentecostal.
Survivors include his parents, Jose and Ofilia Lovato of Lubbock; his wife; two sons, Larry Jr. and Chris, both of Lubbock; two daughters, Rebecca and Dolores, both of Lubbock; two brothers, Jose Jr. and Richard, both of Lubbock; and a sister, Dolores of Lubbock.
Sanjuanita Montanez

She died Tuesday, March 2, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
She was born Dec. 25, 1947, in Corpus Christi. Her husband, Eduardo, died in 1995.

Luther Jones

He died Friday, March 5, 1999, at Lea Regional Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 18, 1924, in Padawatame County, Okla. He married
Dorotha Fay Fullerton on June 21, 1947. He was a charter member of Northside Baptist Church and served as a deacon, Sunday school teacher and on various committees. He was a painting contractor for 40 years before retiring. He was preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Jourden.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Dennis Jones of Abilene; two daughters, Sandra Riddle of Hobbs and Retha House of Lubbock; two brothers, John Jones of Cloverdale, Calif., and Jack Jones of Ada, Okla.; two sisters, Effie Smith of Seminole, Okla., and Betty Cox of Magnolia; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Conde Harrell

He was born April 26, 1901, in Gorman. He married
Velma Elizabeth Brown on Dec. 24, 1928, in Amarillo. She preceded him in death on July 18, 1990. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a retired farmer. He moved to Lubbock in 1983 from Ralls.
Survivors include two daughters, LaJean Hughes of Lubbock and Zena Lee Wilson of Fort Worth; a half sister, Eunice Wilkinson of Copperas Cove; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls.
T.H. Sossaman
HEREFORD - Graveside services for T.H. Sossaman, 71, of Hereford will be at 10 a.m. today in West Park cemetery under direction of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home.
Sossaman died Wednesday, March 3, 1999, in Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
He was born Sept. 13, 1927, in Lazarr. He married
Cordia Hankins on May 12, 1973, in Hereford. He was a Baptist and a U.S. Army veteran. He worked in commercial trucking.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Mike of Dublin, Ga., and Bruce of Hereford; a stepson, John Smith of Corsicana; two daughters, Cynthia Rochelle of Grapevine and Carol Augusto of Hammond, La.; a sister, Bonnie Barnes of Fort Worth and John L. of Paducah; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Arvid Hackleman
LAMESA - Graveside services for Arvid Elvyn Hackleman, 81, of Perryton will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Lamesa cemetery with the Rev. Clifton Igo, a retired Baptist minister, officiating.

Hackleman died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999.
He was born in Nocona. He was owner and operator of a motel in Perryton. He served in communications with the 593rd Signal Co. in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include four sisters, Claudene Kilgore of Midland, Paulene H. Neal of Georgetown, Joy Beavers of Mount Vernon, Mo., and Jean Spitalnik of Wylie.
