TULIA - Services for O.V. Sprawls, 78, of Tulia will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Wallace Funeral Home Chapel with Trey Morgan of Central Church of Christ officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.
Sprawls died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999, in Baptist-St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo.
He was born April 1, 1920, in Callahan County. He married
Virginia Camp on Jan. 18, 1941, in Tulia. He was a farmer and rancher. He moved to Swisher County in 1924. He attended Tulia schools.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Karen Duval of Uvalde; a son, Butch of Knippa; two sisters, Ruth Lovelace of Tulia and Tessa Dawson of Junction; a brother, H.G. of Lubbock; and three grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Baptist-St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo or to the Tulia cemetery Association.
Thelma Hysinger
OLTON - Services for Thelma Hysinger, 88, of Olton will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Main Street Church of Christ with the Rick Harper officiating.
Burial will be in Olton cemetery under direction of Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home.
She died Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
She was born March 10, 1910, in Oklahoma. She married
Earl Hysinger on Oct. 22, 1926, in Quanah. He died Feb. 17, 1992.
Survivors include a daughter, Laverne George of Olton; two sisters, Faye Bishop of Gainesville and Edna Williams of Vernon; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Emme Lide
Services for Emme Lide, 81, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home with Lee Towns officiating.
She died Thursday, March 4, 1999, in the Lubbock Hospitality House.
She was born July 2, 1917, in Harlingen. She married
Elmer Lide in 1938, in Brownfield. She graduated from Lubbock High School and attended Texas Tech and Draughon's Business College. She worked for Adair Music Co. and Sam Baker Music Co.
Survivors include her husband; and a daughter, Beth Bartley of Lubbock.
The family suggests memorials to the Lubbock Children's Home or South Plains Food Bank.
Ruby Vaughn
TULIA (Special) Graveside services for Ruby Belle Vaughn, 72, of Tulia will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Don Hill, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Wallace Funeral Home.
She died Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at her residence.
She was born May 18, 1926, in Lamar Co. She married
H.L. "Bud" Vaughn in 1943, in Hollis, Okla. He preceded her in death on Feb. 24, 1999. She grew up in the Memphis area and attended schools in Memphis. She lived in Dumas for a number of years. She moved to Grand Prairie and lived there for 20 years. They moved to Tulia in 1985. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Tulia.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Barnes of Rockwood, Tenn., Linda Smith of Portland, Ore. and Laveta Hankins of Amarillo; five brothers, Charley Nolen and Dean Nolen, both of Tulia, Melvin Nolen of Dallas, Raymond Nolen of Anton and John Nolen of Wichita Falls; a sister, Sue Overton of Amarillo; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Ruth Ezell
SNYDER - Services for Ruth Olene Ezell, 80, of Snyder will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Coahoma cemetery with Barry Ezra, a Church of Christ minister, officiating.

She died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in Cogdell Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 12, 1918, in Brown County. She married
Jack J. Ezell on June 8, 1940, in Brownwood. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was a homemaker. She graduated from Blanket High School.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Johnnie of Coahoma; a brother, Gerald Ezra of May; three sisters, Nelda Nagle of Pecos, Pearl Harvey of Midland and Martha Ezra of Ira; and a grandson.
Narcisa Hernandez

Fernando Hernandez on Sept. 16, 1944, in Clairmont. He preceded her in death in 1985. She moved to Olton in 1987 from Dimmitt. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church in Olton.
Survivors include three daughters, Lisa Aleman and Juanita Gonzalez, both of Amarillo and Lupe Perez of Olton; three brothers, Gill Almanza and Phillip Almanza, both of Rotan and Pete Almanza of Odessa; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Kattie Crum
Graveside services for Kattie Mae Crum, 87, of Lubbock will be at noon today in the City of Lubbock cemetery with the Rev. Tim Winn officiating.
She died at Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center-Levelland.
She was born on May 7, 1911, in Star, Miss. She married
William Crum on Aug. 6, 1931, in Clarksville. He died on June 14, 1956. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Assembly of God. A daughter, Ella Mae Chase, and a son, Leonard Crum, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include a sister, Lucille McHam of Arkansas; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tony Guajardo
Services for Tony Guajardo, 70, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Sanders Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Ralph Beistle minister of Southside Church of Christ officiating.
Burial will be in the City of Lubbock cemetery under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.
Guajardo died Thursday, March 4, 1999, in Heritage Oaks Rehabilitation Center.
He was born July 5, 1928, in San Marcos. He graduated from Smyer High School where he was a basketball and tennis player. He was named all-district basketball player and won the county tennis championship. He graduated from Draughon's Business College. He joined the Army and served in Korea. He was assigned to the Redman Tank Battalion, and he was awarded two major battle stars. He was involved in Youth Football League, and youth baseball for more than 10 years. He served as coach, sponsor and commissioner of Dixie Little League Baseball and was a YFL coach for many years. His division team won the first YFL Super Bowl in 1979. He was owner of G&G; Custom Homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex where he was named home builder of the year in the prestigious Wintergreen North subdivision in Hurst. After retirement he worked part-time for EMTruck Company of Lubbock. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Michael of Plano; two sisters, Pauline Montemayor of Anton and Lupe Hernandez of Houston; two brothers, Jerry of Houston and Valentine of Orange, Calif.; and a granddaughter.
The family suggest memorials be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, or the Children's Home of Lubbock.
Willie Crafton
Services for Willie Lee Crafton, 90, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the W.W. Rix Chapel with Bill Crafton officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Rix Funeral Directors.
She died Wednesday, March 3, 1999, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 7, 1909, in Haskell. She married
O.V. Crafton on Nov. 26, 1927, in Dickens. He died on April 7, 1982. She graduated from Dickens High School and moved to Lubbock from Spur in 1952. She was a Baptist. She is preceded in death by a son, Marvin Crafton, on July 29, 1998.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Crafton of Lubbock and Billy Crafton of Rosemond Kern, Calif.; four daughters, Effie Allison of Wichita Falls, Vera Newton of Lubbock, Betty Kilpatrick of Midland, and Pat Young of Nashville, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grand-children; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Guillermo Marinelarena
LEVELLAND (Special) Graveside services for Guillermo "Willie" Marinelarena, 60, of Levelland will be at 2 p.m. today at Sundown cemetery.
Burial will be under the direction of Head Family Funeral Home.
He died Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 8, 1939, in Chihuahua, Mexico. He married
Maria Sanchez on Sept. 22, 1959. He moved to Texas in 1958 and to Sundown in 1981. He worked as a roustabout and retired from Kelley Coppedge with a disability.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Maria Del Socorro Marinelarena, Veronica Marinelarena, Angelica Marinelarena, all of Sundown, and Claudia Marinelarena of Albuquerque, N.M.; four sons, Jesus Guillermo Marinelarena, Arturo Marinelarena, Manuel Marinelarena, all of Sundown, and Juan Marinelarena of Lubbock; four brothers, Carlos Marinelarena of Chihuahua, Alfredo Marinelarena and Adolfo Marinelarena, both of California, and Juan Marinelarena of Michigan; three sisters, Socorro Munoz of California, and Imelda Olias and Carmen Marinelarena, both of Chihuahua; and five grandchildren.
Bobby Driskill
RANGER - Services for Bobby Lee Driskill, 59, of Abilene will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Eastside Baptist Church in Ranger with the Rev. Jerry Speer and Larry Linham officiating.
Burial will be in Ranger at the Evergreen cemetery under direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Driskill died Saturday, Feb. 13, 1999, in an Abilene hospital.
He was born Dec. 19, 1939, in May. He graduated from Highland High School in Roscoe. He worked for Dow Chemical in McCamey. He married
Roxie Jane Kidd in 1959.i They moved to Ranger in 1963. He worked for the CJB Cattle Co. and later as the ranch foreman for the Hagaman Ranch. He worked for Dowell-Schlumberger Inc. and sold cars in Big Spring and Abilene. He later married
Donna Ainsworth in October 1970. He began working for T&P; Railroad in 1973, and in 1976, he was the assistant roadmaster in Fort Worth Centennial Yard. In 1978, he was the roadmaster in Dallas, and in 1980, he was named general roadmaster for the Missouri and Pacific Railroad. He farmed and ranched in the Ranger area, and in 1989, he opened Bob's K&M; Service Station and Tire Service and the Ranger Hill Pit Stop and Restaurant. He operated the stores until retiring in 1993. He moved to Abilene from San Angelo in 1998. He was a Baptist. A son, Jesse Lynn, died in 1998.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Lee Ann Terry of Kingwood and Teresa Carol Breedlove of Kingwood; two sons, Brandon Lee of Stephenville and Wade Barret of El Paso; two brothers, Jolly of Tuscola and Modie of Eden; four sisters, June Stanford of San Angelo, Jeannie Driskill of Lewisville, Wanda Fullwood of Lubbock and Mary Lou Sponable of Brazoria; and nine grandchildren.
