Ronald Caffee
Services for Ronald Keith Caffee of Houston will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Resthaven Funeral Home.
Caffee died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, in Houston.
He was born in Lubbock and attended Lubbock schools. He graduated with honors from Lubbock High School in 1959. He received a master's degree from Texas Tech University and an honorary doctorate from Calgary College in Canada. He was a catcher for four years for the All-State Lubbock High Westerners baseball team and for the Texas Tech Varsity baseball team. He played semi-pro baseball and coached Little League baseball teams.
He worked in the family business until moving to Houston. He worked in asset management and inventory control for Harris County, UTMB Hospital in Galveston and Jones Business Systems in Stafford. He was a member of the Texas State Property and Inventory Systems Manager Professional Association. He was a member of Eastside and Southwest Baptist Churches in Lubbock, and he attended Westbury Baptist Church in Houston.
Survivors include two sisters, Debi J. Caffee Wenzel and Mara J. Caffee, both of Houston.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.

She died Sunday, April 25, 1999, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 21, 1927, in Yorktown. She married
Ricardo Vargas in 1963 in Lamesa. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband; four sisters, Louisa Lerma of Tulia, Corrina Couturier and Lilly Barron, both of Lamesa, and Yolanda Reyes of Lubbock; and three brothers, Richard Lopez, Joe Lopez and Frank Lopez, all of Lamesa.
Robert Fischer Sr.
Memorial services for Robert R. Fischer Sr., 79, of Lubbock will be at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in Covenant Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Davis Price, pastor, officiating.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the City of Lubbock cemetery under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.
Fischer died Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 25, 1920, in the Bronx, N.Y. He grew up in Flushing, N.Y. He graduated with a degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas in Austin and was in Pi Epsilon Honor Society. He married
Marjorie Holland Dumm Humphreys on May 30, 1942. After serving as a lieutenant in the Navy from 1942 to 1946, he entered the elevator business in New York City and rose to the position of vice president. He was co-author of "Law and Liability" and "Elevator and Escalator Maintenance for Building Managers" published by Elevator World. He lived in the northeast for many years, in Louisville, Ky., for 19 years and in Lubbock since 1991. At various Presbyterian churches he served as deacon, elder, and trustee. He was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Judith Fischer of Lubbock and Bonnie Mineo of Sherborn, Mass.; one son, Robert Russell Jr. of Louisville, Ky.; his mother, Grace Fischer of Lubbock; one brother, Ernest Fischer of Homer, N.Y.; one sister, Dorothy Fischer; six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
The family suggest memorials be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church, 4600 48th St., Lubbock 79414.

Fred Mooneyham
CROSBYTON - Graveside services for Fred Thomas Mooneyham, 86, of Crosbyton will be at 11 a.m. today in Crosbyton cemetery with the Rev. Lester B. Griffin officiating.
Burial will be under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
Mooneyham died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, in Crosbyton Hospital.
He was born Nov. 29, 1912, in Grapevine. He married
Hattie Mae Peak on Oct. 30, 1936, in Afton. She died Oct. 7, 1989. He was a member of Crosbyton First Baptist Church. He was a farmer. He moved to Crosby County in 1943.
Survivors include a son, Sam of Greenwood, Ark.; three daughters, Mattie Mosley of Stamford, Fay Savage of Crosbyton and Wanda Walker of Fort Worth; a sister, Minnie Ashley of Portland, Ore.; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Francisco Rodriguez
ABERNATHY - Rosary for Francisco C. Rodriguez, 79, of Abernathy will be at 7 p.m. today in St. Isidore Catholic Church with Rev. Luis Dussan, pastor, officiating.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in the same church with the same officiant.
Burial will follow in the Abernathy cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy.
Rodriguez died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999, in Plainview's IHS Healthcare Center.
He was born April 2, 1919, in Claireville. He married
Catarina Jimenez on Oct. 1, 1945, in Bolton. He moved to Abernathy in 1967 from Hart. He was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church and was a member of the Cursillista. He was a Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by a son, Rudy Rodriguez, on Aug. 10, 1981.
Survivors include his wife; 10 sons, Cleofus and Santiago, both of Lubbock, Sabino of Odessa, Freddie, Michael and Joseph, all of Loveland, Colo., Frank E. of Vista, Calif., Roger W. of Jacksonville, N.C., Richard of Aurora, Colo., Charlie R. of Abernathy; seven daughters, Rosa L. She was born Dec. 4, 1920, in Lubbock. She married
Odell Shadden on Nov. 11, 1939. He died May 26, 1987. She lived in the Cotton Center/Hale Center area until 1939. She lived in Lubbock from 1954 to 1973, and she returned to Hale Center. She was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church in Lubbock. She worked for Hester's and for Caprock Business Forms until retiring in 1982. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hale Center.
Survivors include a son, William O. of Round Rock; three daughters, Dorothy Dell Layer of Vacaville, Calif., Patricia Mayer of Lubbock and Leesa Gail Cole of Dallas; two brothers, Donald Rawls of Princeton and Robert Rawls of Lubbock; five sisters, Ruby Coursey of Sulphur Springs, Wanda Adkins of Borger, Dodi McCoy of Hale Center, Modelle Thurman of San Angelo and Mozelle Austin of Austin; and five grandchildren.

Von E. Reynolds on Aug. 2, 1948, in Paris, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sherelyn Timora of Hermleigh; two sons, Rev. Rex and Vance, both of Hermleigh; two sisters, Beverly Rains of Commerce and Elida Mae Burris of Yukon, Okla.; two brothers, Delbert Casey of Stratford, Okla., and Harris Casey of Eufala, Okla.; four granddaughters; a grandson; and five great-grandchildren.

Scott Prather on Nov. 11, 1935, in Abernathy. He died in 1975. She and her husband owned Mayfield Cafe from 1969 to 1973. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Joy Westmorland of Abernathy, Nita Terry of Washington, Okla., Theda Berg of Hale Center and Deanna Rhodes of Pantego, N.C.; a sister, Mildred Tannelhill of Abernathy; a brother, J.M. Redwine of Dallas; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

He was born Nov. 24, 1911, in Moran. He attended schools in Petersburg and Ralls. He married
Joy Beatrice Grigsby on Oct. 14, 1932, in Plainview. He moved to the Sandhill community in Floyd County in 1944 and to Floydada from the Starkey community in 1952.
He was a retired farmer and had worked in TV sales and service.
He was formerly a member of the National Guard. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 712 in Floydada and First Baptist Church of Floydada.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Lloyd Edgar Allen of Perryton; four daughters, Marion Frances Allen Lipps and Joy Naomi Allen Johnson, both of Farmington, N.M., Patricia Ann Allen Battey and Debra Kay Allen Graham, both of Floydada; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
