BROWNFIELD - Rosary for Benito Rivera, 85, of Brownfield will be today in St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the same church with the Rev. Reynaldo Reyes officiating.
Burial will be in Brownfield cemetery under direction of Head Family Funeral Home.
Rivera died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
He was born March 19, 1913, in Mexico. He married
Delores Ramirez on April 19, 1941, in Rosenburg. He moved to Brownfield and worked as a carpenter and farmer. A daughter, Delores Rivera, and a son, Jessie Rivera, preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sons, Guillermo of Austin and Benito Jr. of Brownfield; three daughters, Carolina R. Moreno, Maria R. Rodriguez and Celia R. Valdez, all of Brownfield; 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Gloria Gonzales
POST - Prayer services for Gloria "Cookie" Gonzales, 46, of Roswell, N.M., will be at 7 p.m. today in Hudman Funeral Home.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Templo Bethel Assembly of God with the Rev. Les Rutherford officiating. The Rev. Fredrico Buitron will assist.
Burial will be in Terrace cemetery.
She died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, in Eastern New Mexico Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 25, 1952, in Post. She married
Fred L. Gonzales on March 12, 1971, in Roswell, N.M. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Elissa Renee Martinez of Muleshoe, Pamela Jolena Gonzales of Roswell and Monica Minnich of Girard, Ohio; two sons, Fred "Chico" Gonzales and Fabian Sal Gonzales, both of Roswell; three brothers, Ray and Rudy, both of Post and Robert of Lamesa; three sisters, Olivia Salinas and Arcilia Barbosa, both of Post, and Linda Trevino of Brownwood; and 11 grandchildren.
Kerstin Perez
SEAGRAVES - Graveside services for Kerstin E. Perez, infant daughter of Mark and Sylvia Perez of Seagraves, will be at 2 p.m. today in Seagraves cemetery with the Rev. John Casey officiating.
Burial will be under direction of Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole.
Kerstin died Saturday, March 6, 1999, in Brownfield Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her parents; her maternal grandparents, Alfredo Jr. and Arcilia Elizardo of Brownfield; her paternal grandmother, Ester Perez of Seagraves; her great-grandmother, Maria Elizardo of Amarillo; and her great-great-grandmother, Felicita Aguilar of Alice.
Betty Heller
PLAINVIEW - Services for Betty Jean Heller, 73, of Plainview will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First Baptist Church Chapel with the Rev. Travis Hart, pastor, officiating. J. Dean McNamara of Vista Care Family Hospice will assist.
Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park under direction of Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.
She died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, in Care Inn of Plainview.
She was born May 27, 1925, in Meadville, Mo. She married
Everette Heller on April 13, 1946, in Amarillo. She moved to Hart in 1951 and to Plainview in 1980. She retired from farming in 1980. She and her husband started Heller Insurance Agency. She was a church pianist at Edmonson First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Gary of Plainview and Jerry of Dimmitt; a sister, Mary Dewey of Meadville, Mo.; a brother, Dick Stelplugh of Springfield, Mo.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Thelma Hensley
Services for Thelma Hensley, 66, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Salvation Army Church with Major Dan Proctor officiating.
Burial will be in the City of Lubbock cemetery under direction of Rix Funeral Directors.
She died Sunday, March 7, 1999, in Quaker Villa Nursing Home.
She was born in Whitewright on July 24, 1932. She moved to Lubbock in 1950. She married
Lloyd Weldon Hensley in 1951, in Lubbock. He died March 7, 1986. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church, and she was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Weldon L. of Lubbock and Daniel T. of Idalou; a daughter, Shirley Ann Howell of Lubbock; a brother, James W. Watkins of Lubbock; a sister, Willie Jo Brock of Wilson; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Susan Coll
Services for Susan Christine Henderson Coll, 30, of Provo, Utah, will be at 11 a.m. today at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Orem City cemetery.
She died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999, at her home.
She was born April 16, 1968, in Hinsdale, Ill. She married
Jon Fielding Coll on June 25, 1989, in Lubbock. She graduated from Mountain View High School and Methodist School of Nursing in Lubbock. She was employed at Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio and St. Mary's of the Plains Hospital in Lubbock. She also worked as a Creative Memories Consultant in San Antonio.
Survivors include her husband; her children, Jack, Rachel, and Noah; two brothers and four sisters, Dodie Clark of Corpus Christi, Daniel N. Henderson Jr. of Spanish Fork, Utah, Cheryl Conger of Jacksonville, Fla., Sarah Benns of Berea, Ohio, Cindy Stewart of Salt Lake City, Utah, Richard Tyler Spencer of Orem, Utah; five stepbrothers and three stepsisters, Becky S. Ontiveros of Orem, Utah, D'Nae S. Mittweed of Laughlin, Nev., Jason Woods, Jared Woods and Jacob Woods, all of Lubbock, Timothy Henderson and Adam Henderson, both of New Albany, Ind., Kristian H. Gigger of Colorado Springs, Colo.; her stepmother, Ruth Henderson; and her stepfather, Thomas Spencer; her grandparents, Floyd and Dorothy Schroeder of Provo, Utah, and Richard and Irma Henderson of West Jordan, Utah.

Ted Karr
CROSBYTON - Services for Ted Karr, 76, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. today at Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Les Griffin, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Crosbyton cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.
He died Thursday, May 27, 1999, at Crosbyton Hospital.
He was born May 31, 1922, in Crosbyton. He married
Beatrice Azalea Brixey on Aug. 1, 1946. She preceded him in death on Dec. 27, 1975. He was a member of Crosbyton First Baptist Church. He formerly operated the water plant at White River Lake. He graduated from Crosbyton High School in 1940. He was chosen Crosbyton's Citizen through the Years in 1980, and as Man of the Year in 1989. He served as secretary/treasurer for Caprock Peace Officers Association for 18 years. He was a Scout Master for 10 years. He was commander of American Legion for the past eight years, he also served on Comanche Trail District. He was a member of Downtown Bible Class. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years during World War II. He saw extensive action in the South Pacific where he made five invasions.
Survivors include a son, Kelly Karr; a brother, Jimmy Karr of Crosbyton; and several nieces and nephews.
W.B. Stofel
PADUCAH - Services for W.B. Stofel, 67, of Paducah will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Prather, pastor, officiating.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Quanah Memorial Park cemetery under direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Paducah.
Stofel died Thursday, Feb. 17, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
He was born Oct. 19, 1931, in Idabel, Okla. He moved to Cottle County in 1949. He married
Gwynna Truelock on Aug. 30, 1952, in Paducah. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired farmer and equipment operator for Cottle County. He was a member of Missionary Baptist Church. A son, David Ray, died in 1978.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Danny Kay of Guthrie; his mother, Alice Stofel of Tulia; two sisters, Juanita Lee of Tulia and Bobbye Chaney of Paducah; two brothers, Earl Dean of Hart Camp and Ray of Hart Camp; and two grandchildren.
