Girlie Willard
Memorial services for Girlie Willard, 77, of Lubbock will be at 3 p.m. today in Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home with chaplain Richard Lamb of Lutheran Home of West Texas officiating.
She died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, in St. Mary's Plaza.
Her body was donated to the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.
She was born July 12, 1921, in Crosby County. She married
Lee Willard on March 4, 1939, and he died in 1997. A daughter, Charlene, died in 1955. She and her husband were boot makers.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
Reba Hilton
Graveside services for Reba L. Hilton, 87, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee, Okla., with the Rev. Bill Matthews, pastor of Shawnee's Liberty Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial is under direction of Franklin-Bartley Funeral Home of Lubbock.
She died Monday, April 19, 1999, in University Medical Center.
She was born in Healdton, Okla. She married
Roy L. Hilton on May 2, 1931, in Maud, Okla. He died Dec. 15, 1993. She moved to Lubbock from Shawnee in 1989. She was a member of Indiana Avenue Baptist Church. She was a retired salesperson and bookkeeper at Hilton Supply Co.
Survivors include a son, Arlen L. of Lubbock; a brother, Haskell Lewis of Mount Vernon, Mo.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Ruben Manriquez
TAHOKA - Rosary for Ruben Manriquez, 45, of Tahoka will be at 7 p.m. today and Sunday in St. Jude Catholic Church.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the same church with the Rev. Bert Mead officiating.
Burial will be in Nevels cemetery under direction of Calvillo Funeral Home of Lubbock.
Manriquez died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, in University Medical Center.
He was born July 25, 1953, in Tahoka. He married
Maria Ellena Barron in 1993, in Lamesa. He was a lifelong resident of Tahoka. He was a machine operator for Chickasha Oil Co. He was a Catholic.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Ruben Jr. of Lamesa; a daughter, Destiny of Lamesa; and his mother, Elena Manriquez of Tahoka.
The body will be at the church today until services.
Hattie Turner
BOVINA - Services for Hattie Turner, 96, of Bovina will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Mogan, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Bovina cemetery under direction of Ellis-Blackwell Funeral Home.
She died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999, in Prairie Acres Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 1, 1902, in Mount Pleasant. She married
Frank O. Turner on June 6, 1920, in Roby. He died Feb. 16, 1991. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She taught Sunday school and was a member of the WMU at the church. She moved to Bovina from Roby in 1951.
Survivors include two sons, Olan of Friona and Jack of Bovina; two daughters, Frankie Dickerson of Stamford and Wannette Barron of Tucson, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Prairie Acres Nursing Home, 201 E. 15th St., Friona.
Garland Boggus
HALE CENTER - Services for Garland William Boggus, 76, of Hale Center will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gene Meacham officiating.
Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under direction of Freeman-Abell Funeral Home.
Boggus died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 20, 1922, in Cotton Center. He graduated from Cotton Center High School. He was a U.S. Navy Seabees veteran of World War II. He was co-owner of Boggus Brothers Butane in Hale Center. He was a general contractor. He married
Pat Cannon on March 25, 1989, in Lubbock. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Kathi Forest of LaVerne, Calif.; two brothers, Arnold Ray of Covina, Calif., and Mel of Abernathy; three stepdaughters, Jean Ann Hettler of Idalou and Jo Tucker and Jana Johnston, both of Lubbock; and seven grandchildren.
Gladys Perry
MATADOR - Services for Gladys Inez Perry, 85, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Dickens Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Coffey, a retired minister of Idalou, officiating.
Burial will be in Crosbyton cemetery under direction of Seigler Funeral Home.
She died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center.
She was born May 6, 1913, in Spur. She married
Cecil C. Perry on March 15, 1934, in McAdoo. She moved to Lubbock in 1992. Her husband died Jan. 29, 1997. She worked in the school lunchroom at Patton Springs and later at Spur until retiring. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include a son, Clayton W. of Lubbock; three sisters, Katie Reagan and Mozelle Chambers, both of Crosbyton and Zenobia Cornley of Houston; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Katherine Bartlett
LORENZO - Services for Katherine "Doll" Bartlett, 83, of Lorenzo will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Lorenzo First Baptist Church with Elizabeth Abraham, Hospice of Lubbock chaplain, officiating. Casey Perry of Mabank will assist.

She died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, in Lubbock.
She was born Oct. 18, 1915, in Burleson County. She married
Buster Bartlett on Feb. 26, 1933, in Clovis, N.M. He died Jan. 4, 1987. She was a member of Lorenzo First Baptist Church, where she worked with the children's program. She moved to Lorenzo in 1946.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry W. of Ransom Canyon and Doyle B. of Dallas; a daughter, Bobbye Hargrove of Lubbock; a sister, Mae Dillard of Lubbock; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
