Wake services for Antonio Laundra Chibuko, 19, of Lubbock will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Tull Thornton Jr. Chapel at Brock's South Plains Funeral Directors.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Progressive Baptist Church with elder Curtis J. Slay officiating. Eulogy will be from Rev. Homer Avery.
Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens.
He died Monday, June 14, 1999, at University Medical Center.
He was born March 17, 1980. He was raised in Lubbock and attended Lubbock High School. He would have graduated in August. He was on the football, track and wrestling teams. His ambition was to finish school and join the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include his parents, Frederick Chibuko of Abukaliki, Nigeria, and Sharon Chibuko of Lubbock; a sister, Latasha Renee Chibuko of Lubbock; a grandmother, Gloria Jean James of Lubbock; and two great-grandmothers, Gracie James of Lubbock and Angie Grant of Amarillo.
The family suggests memorials to the Tony Chibuko Memorial Fund at Plains National Bank.
Akkilli Landrum
Graveside services for Akkilli Semaj Landrum, infant daughter of Larry L. and Sharrona Jacquline Wright, will be at 2 p.m. today in Plainview Memorial Park Baby Land with the Rev. Henry Jackson officiating.
Burial is under the direction of Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.
She died Thursday, Sept. 30, 1999, at Covenant Hospital.
She was born Sept. 29, 1999, in Lubbock.
Survivors include her parents; her grandparents, Richard and Jaqueline Landrum of Plainview, Larry and Bernice Wright of Plainview and Donald Henderson of Fort Worth; and two great-grandparents.
Charles Hughes
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Services for Charles Von Oden Hughes, 84, of Winter Haven will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Hope Presbyterian Church in Winter Haven with the Rev. Tom McGrath officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery in Lakeland, Fla., under the direction of Crisp-Coon Funeral Home.
Local arrangements will be under the direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors.

He was born Dec. 19, 1914, in New York, N.Y. He moved to Floria in 1950. He moved back to New York in 1968. He returned to Florida in 1979. He married
Patsy Jean Stien in 1947 in Redondo Beach, Calif. She preceded him in death in 1989. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a retired mining engineer for Mobil Chemical. He was a member of Hope Presbyterian Church. He was a member of American Society of Mining Engineers.
Survivors include three sons, Dr. Charles Hughes of Levelland, Jonathan Kirby Hughes of Burt, N.Y., and Thomas Lauret Hughes of Agawam, Mass.; three daughters, Elizabeth Adrian Madden of New Albany, Ind., Margaret Susan Noel Archibald of Lafayette, Calif. and Mary Patricia Lovelace of San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Grace Oak of Mount Kisco, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Mary Reddy
FLOYDADA - Graveside services for Mary Pearl Reddy, 93, of Floydada will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Floydada cemetery with the Rev. Glenn Switzer officiating.
Burial is under the direction of Moore-Ross-White Funeral Home.
She died Thursday, June 17, 1999, at Robert Lee Medical Center.
She was born May 11, 1906 in Ovilla. She attended school in Webb. She married
Clarence S. Reddy on June 28, 1924, in Webb. They moved to Floydada in 1924. She was a retired homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Floydada.
Her husband died in 1958.
Survivors include a son, Lewis Reddy of Floydada; four daughters, Janet Hulsey of Lubbock, Joyce Roach of Robert Lee, Ruth Harper of Plainview, and Nell Green of Midland; a sister, Thelma Blackwell of Amarillo; 14 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Jose Jimendez
Services for Jose Maria Jimendez, 57, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Tull Thornton Jr. Chapel at Brock's South Plains Funeral Directors.

He died Friday, Oct. 1, 1999, at St. Mary Hospital.
He was born Feb. 25, 1942, in Pleasant. He was a lifelong resident of Dimmitt where he attended schools. He was a farmer and a welder.
Survivors include three sons, Tony, Bobby and Joe, all of San Antonio; a brother, Miguel of Hereford; and a sister, Maria Flores of Hereford.
Victoria Ramirez
ANDREWS - Services for Victoria Elizabeth Ramirez, 3-day-old infant daughter of Nick Ramirez and Prescilla Rampone, both of Andrews, will be Friday at 4 p.m. in the Primera Iglesia Bautista Church with the Rev. Benito Ramirez, pastor, officiating.

She was born in Midland on Saturday, June 12, 1999.
She died Tuesday, June 15, 1999, in Lubbock.
Survivors include her parents; grandparents Nick and Sylvia Ramirez and John and Sylvia Rampone, all of Andrews; great-grandparents Joe and Vickie Torres and Consuelo Ramirez, all of Hereford, Dora Rampone of Fort Worth, and Anastacio Elida Subida of Andrews; one great-great-grandparent, Conrada Jaquez of Andrews.
George McKinney
ANDREWS - Graveside services for George McKinney, 94, of Andrews will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Andrews Old cemetery with the Rev. Mike Henson, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.
Cremation will be under direction of McNett Funeral Home.
He died Tuesday, June 15, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Seminole.
He was born March 23, 1905, in Noshoba, Okla. He lived in Andrews for most of his life. He had farmed and worked in the oil business. He also worked for the city of Andrews, where he retired as a sanitation engineer. He was a trapper and a past member of the Andrews Oddfellow Lodge. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include a son, Floyd "Spoog" McKinney of Milan, Ill.; two brothers, Chuck and Warner McKinney of Andrews; four sisters, Ive Wilson, Vera Harris, Jewel Gibson and Lillie Harris, all of Andrews; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Guy Manges
PLAINVIEW - Memorial services for Guy David Manges, 76, of Plainview will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Drew Travis officiating.

He was born Jan. 14, 1923, in Plainview. He married
Clarisse Taylor Manges on Dec. 18, 1954, in Clovis, N.M. He attended Plainview schools. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He owned Manges Motor Co. He was a sales manager for Cooper Pontiac-Cadillac and Sheppard Chevrolet Co. He was a Master Sales Broker in real estate since 1985. He owned and operated Trade Lot. He sang in the church choir.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Randee Teykl of Rosenburg; a son, David Manges of Lubbock; his mother, Thelma Manges of Plainview; a sister, Faye Black of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Guy Manges Fund of First Presbyterian Church of Plainview.
