LOCKNEY - Services for Johnny Weldon Jones, 54, of Amarillo will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Grace Fellowship Church with the Rev. Farril DeFoor, pastor, officiating.
He died Friday, June 18, 1999, in Amarillo.
He was born June 25, 1945, in Olton. He attended schools in Cotton Center. He was a delivery driver and a member of San Jacinto Baptist Church in Amarillo.
Survivors include his mother, Agnes Jones of Lockney; five daughters, Denise East and Ricki Holcomb, both of Alabama, Cindy Edmonds of Austin, Pam Holt of Memphis and Patty Barnett of Amarillo; five brothers, Ray Jones, Archie Jones and Bobby Jones, all of Lockney, Jimmy Jones of Lubbock and Joe Jones of Amarillo; five sisters, Linda Graves of Lockney, Pat Croysdale of Amarillo, Bessie Walker and Glenna Martinez, both of Bryan, and Maurine Whitefield of Haskell, Okla.

Catherine Conely
Services for Catherine Conely, 95, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ford Memorial Chapel at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Walter Hunt officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Rix Funeral Directors.
She died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at Lubbock Hospitality House.
She was born May 1, 1902, in Waco. She married
James Andrew Conely on Dec. 23, 1922, in Dallas. He died on Sept. 16, 1982.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she taught fifth-grade Sunday school.
Survivors include two sons, James D. Conely of Lubbock and John Riley Conely of Abilene; two daughters, W.C. Swart of Houston and Mrs. Jim Vernon of Merteus; 16 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mary Scoggin
MULESHOE - Services for Mary A. Scoggin, 76, of Muleshoe will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Muleshoe with the Rev. Brad Reeves, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Lazbuddie cemetery under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
She died Thursday, June 24, 1999, at her residence.
She was born April 25, 1923, in Mitchell County. She married
W. Lewis Scoggin on June 3, 1945, in Melrose, N.M. She had lived in Muleshoe since 1948 moving from Hope, N.M. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Muleshoe. She had taught school most of her life and taught in Muleshoe schools for 27 years. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Kearney Scoggin of Muleshoe, Verlyon Scoggin of Alamogordo, N.M. and Jerry Scoggin of Las Cruces, N.M.; three sisters, Lola Pearl Smith and Jessie Butler, both of Alamogordo and Audna Balko of Amarillo; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to First United Methodist Church of Muleshoe.
Don Parr
PETERSBURG - Services for Don "Nannernose" Eilland Parr, 62, of Petersburg will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jesse J. Nave, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Petersburg cemetery under direction of White Funeral Home.
He died Wednesday, June 23, 1999.
He was born March 24, 1937 in Knox City. He attended Idalou High School. He married
Evelyn Marie Gregory on June 23, 1960, in Petersburg. They moved to Petersburg in 1994 from Estacado. He was a retired farmer and a member of Estacado Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; his parents, Charlie and Starlie Parr of Idalou; two daughters, Lisa Philips and Judy Ferguson, both of Abilene; four grandchildren; a brother, Dale Parr of Idalou; and two sisters, Carrol Baker of Idalou and Sammie Sloan of Austin.
The family suggests memorials be made to Petersburg E.M.S., Petersburg cemetery, 1524 Main, 79250, Petersburg Public Library, 1614 Main, 79350, or a favorite charity.
Y.B. Thompson
LITTLEFIELD - Services for Y.B. "Jumbo" Thompson, 76, of Littlefield will be at 2 p.m. today at Hammons Funeral Home Chapel in Littlefield with the Rev. Benny Goss, pastor of Sunset Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Littlefield Memorial Park under the direction of Hammons Funeral Home.
He died Wednesday, June 23, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, following a lengthy illness.
He was born July 24, 1922, in Cheyenne, Okla. He married
Mildred Lyda on July 26, 1941, in Clovis, N.M. He served in the Army Air Corp during World War II and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was in the trucking business for 35 years, before retiring in the early 1980's. After retiring, he and his wife owned and operated Jumbo's Drive-In in Littlefield for 10 years. He was a member of Odd Fellows and Circle Eight Square Dancers. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Littlefield.
He was preceded in death by his wife on Dec. 7, 1987.
Survivors include a son, Gary Thompson of Borger; two daughters, Judith Henderson of Littlefield and Therese Sell of Rochester, Minn.; a brother, Charlie Thompson of Hawthorn, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Daniel Rauch
NEW DEAL - Memorial services for Daniel T. Rauch, 70, of New Deal will be at 4 p.m. today in Abernathy cemetery with the Rev. Tim Winn officiating.
Cremation is under the direction of Abell Funeral Home.
He died Monday, Oct. 11, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center-Lakeside.
He was born Aug. 9, 1929, in the Bronx, N.Y. He married
Ruth E. Rauch on June 1, 1974, in New Deal.
He retired from Texas Instruments in 1995 after 20 years.
He was an Episcopal deacon and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife; three step-daughters, Ruthalee Rhodes of Hartsborne, Okla., Sandra Bruce of North Little Rock, Ark., and Patricia Lynch of Lubbock; a step-son, Ronald Gililland of Lubbock; 13 step-grandchildren; and 18 step-great-grandchildren.
Betty Marsh
Private services for Betty Sue Marsh, 62, of Lubbock will be held Saturday at Resthaven Funeral Home.

She was born on April 4, 1937, in Colorado City. She married
Duey C. Marsh on July 2, 1954, in Cheyenne, Wyo. She was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church in Colorado City.
Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Stephen Marsh of Abilene; a daughter, Kathy Tuegel of Pineville, La.; four sisters, Doris Harmison of Prince George Va., Christine Britton of Loraine, Mary Ruth Shearer of Lubbock, and Sulvia Moon of Odessa; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
