MIDLAND - Services for Mary Wynola Washburn, 67, of Midland will be at 11 a.m. today at Fairmont Park Church of Christ with Scott Shepherd and Eldon Schoolcraft officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
She died Wednesday, June 23, 1999, at her residence, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born June 20, 1932, in Gasoline. She played basketball and graduated from Decatur High School. She married
A. Preston on Jan. 19, 1950. They moved to Midland in 1953.
She was active in many Christian endeavors. Among her priorities were raising funds for and supporting the works of Eastern European Missions and Lubbock Christian University. She also taught Bible classes and participated in the ongoing mission works of the Caribbean, Romania and Yugoslavia.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include three sons, Michael P. Washburn of Fort Worth, J. Tom Washburn of Lubbock and Don Washburn of Midland; a daughter, Cindy Copeland of Lubbock; a brother, Geoffrey Waters of Granbury; two sisters, Sylvia Lee Martin of Matador and Letha Thomas of North Richland Hills; and eight grandchildren.

William Tunnell
LAMESA - Services for William Cullen Tunnell, 93, of Lamesa will be at 3 p.m. today at Lamesa Church of Christ with Ronnie White, of Midland, officiating.
Burial will be in Lamesa Memorial Park under direction of Branon Funeral Home.
He died Thursday, June 24, 1999, at IHS Skilled Nursing Care Center.
He was born Nov. 18, 1905, in Runnels County. He married
Mildred Medlin Bristo on Feb. 14, 1952, in Lamesa. She died on Aug. 5, 1998. He owned and operated Tunnell Jewelry for many years. He was a member of Lamesa Church of Christ. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corp in World War II.
Survivors include a son, Larry Bristo of Ocala, Fla.; a sister, Zada Gill of Waco; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Joey Adams
LOCKNEY - Services for Joey William Adams, 24, of Floydada will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Abney officiating.
Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park under direction of Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home.
He died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, in Lubbock.
He was born Jan. 31, 1975, in Plainview. He graduated from Lockney High School in 1993. He married
Jamie Sue Crow on Sept. 2, 1995, in Floydada. He was a carpenter and a member of First Baptist Church. He was a lifelong resident of Lockney.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Tarrent Allen Adams and Christopher Dylan Adams, both of Floydada; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Adams of Lockney; and a brother, Justin Adams of Lubbock.

Weldon Legan
LEVELLAND - Services for Weldon Legan, 47, of Levelland will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Second Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Harrison, pastor of First Baptist Church in Whiteface, officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock under the direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors.
He died Thursday, June 24, 1999, at Covenant Hospital in Levelland.
He was born June 30, 1951, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He graduated from Whiteface High School. He moved to Levelland in May of 1999 from Sonora. He married
Carolyn Caffey on Aug. 29, 1970, in Amarillo.
He was a pumper for Gruy Petroleum.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Brian Legan of Abernathy and Brad Legan of Levelland; a daughter, Amy Abels of Seagraves; his mother, Wanda Thompson of Morton; a sister, Lea McCoy of Lubbock; and three grandchildren.
Jomarie Weaks
JOES, Colo. - Services for Jomarie Hope Weaks, 65, of Joes were at 2 p.m. Monday at Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Keith and Gary Weaks, nephew, officiating.
Burial was in Kirk cemetery in Kirk under the direction of Spellman-Schmidt-Baucke Funeral Home of Yuma, Colo.
She died Thursday, June 17, 1999, at Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital, after a lengthy illness.
She was born Dec. 13, 1934, in Vigo Park. She grew up in Swisher County. She moved to Burlington, Colo., in 1965 and to Joes in 1971, where she and her husband farmed. She was a member of Joes Ladies Auxiliary.
She married
Richard Orval Weaks on May, 3, 1952, in Clovis, N.M.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Shirley Langrell of Richland, Mo. and Lequita Damon of Joes; two sisters, Elvira Weaks of Tulia and Mildred Mouser of Plainview; two brothers, Willie Wesley of Tulia and Eddie Wesley of San Angelo; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Bill Bagley
Services for Bill B. Bagley, 59, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Church with the Rev. Paul Jantzen officiating.
Cremation will be under the direction of Chapel of Angels Funeral Home.
He died Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 30, 1939, in Henryetta, Okla. He was an associate professor of art at Texas Tech. He graduated high school in Henryetta and attended the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a master of fine art degree in sculpture. He received a bachelor's degree in visual arts from Phillips University. He did post-graduate work and studied sculpture at the School of Art and Architecture in Gandt, Belgium in 1972. In 1996 he received an honorary award from Emporia State University for development of a glass blowing program in 1969. In 1995 he was nominated for the Outstanding Faculty Member Award by Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society of Architecture and Allied Arts.
Survivors include his wife, Wendy Wymer; a son, Blake Bagley; and a daughter, Erin Bagley.
The family will receive visitors from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Marissa DeLaCruz

She was born July 5, 1999, in Dimmitt.
Survivors include her parents, her maternal grandmother, Lupe Ramirez of Dimmitt; her paternal grandparents, Jesus and San Juan DeLaCruz of Olton; and three brothers, T.J. DeLaCruz of Fort Worth and Tommy Fuentes and Jesus DeLaCruz, both of Olton.
