J.B. Low, 86, of Corsicana passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003 in Corsicana.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Oakwood Cemetery with Bro. Bill Honea officiating.
Survivors include wife of 63 years Nadean Low of Corsicana; daughters Lynda Low of Corsicana and Janet Foster and husband Leon of Longview; grandsons Michael Foster and wife Brenda of Hallsville and David Foster and wife Jinny of Longview; granddaughter Susan Graves and husband Jase of Longview; great-granddaughters Briley Applegate and Heather Applegate and husband Toby, all of Chandler, and Jennifer Foster of Hallsville; and sisters Mildred Shook and Minnie Shockey, both of Corsicana.

Earl G. Moore
Earl G. Moore, 76, of Ennis passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 at Ennis Care Center.
Services were 11 a.m. today at Keever Chapel in Ennis with the Rev. Richard Moody officiating. Interment followed at Myrtle Cemetery.
Mr. Moore was born Nov. 6, 1926 in Frost to George E. and Cora Porter Moore. He was raised in Frost and was a 1944 graduate of Frost High School. He then entered the U.S. Navy. After his discharge, he attended Baylor University where he earned his business degree. On Aug. 21, 1954 he married Bettye Giffis of Frost. After their marriage they lived in Lubbock, later moving to Frost. They moved to Marlin and in 1967 moved to Ennis. He was employed by FMC Corp. as a manager in ag-chemical sales for nearly 25 years. His love was in his farming and he was very active with volunteer work. His family always came first. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James Moore.
Survivors include his wife, Bettye Moore of Ennis; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Donna Moore of Athens, Robert and Cathy Moore of Houston, John and Kelly Moore of Flower Mound; daughter and son-in-law, Marla and Roger Ferguson of Owasso, Okla.; brother, Horace Moore of Dallas; sisters, Nedra Hooser of Corsicana and Frances Holley of Italy; and grandchildren, Chris, Bradley, Katy, Laurel and Sarah.

William Weldon Carnal
William Weldon Carnal, 95, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002 at Kremmling Hospital Extended Care Unit in Kremmling, Colo.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery in Hubbard.
Mr. Carnal was born Aug. 19, 1907 in Milford, Ellis County, the son of William and Berta (Bounds) Carnal. He had been an accountant for a construction company. He lived in Kremmling, Colo. for the past three years and had previously lived in Hubbard and Fraser, Colo.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth on Aug. 7, 1980.
Survivors include his nephew, James Harold Weatherby of Hubbard.

Clyde T. 'Red' Johnson
Clyde T. 'Red' Johnson, 75, of Corsicana passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2002 in Corsicana.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Corley Funeral Chapel with Brother Bill Honea officiating. Interment will follow at Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was born Dec. 21, 1926 in Pursley. He was a business owner who served in the United States Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by wife Wanda Johnson.
Survivors include sons Terry Johnson and wife Karen, Jeffrey Johnson and wife Cathy, and David Johnson and wife Jennifer, all of Corsicana; sister Doris Ann Ellis of England; granddaughters Jennifer Johnson of Chicago, Tara Johnson of Midland, Kasey Johnson of Navarro, and Ashley Jones, Jordan Johnson, Alexis Johnson and Neva Johnson, all of Corsicana; and grandsons Jack Johnson and Justin Williams and wife Angie, all of Corsicana.

James H. "Doc" Edgar, 89, of Corsicana passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 in Corsicana.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Corley Funeral Home.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church with the Rev. Mark Luera officiating. Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery.
Mr. Edgar was born Aug. 6, 1913 in Richland. He was a science professor and was also in the Air Force.
Survivors include his daughter, Jan Moore of Corsicana.
Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church building fund.

Myrtle Metcalf
Myrtle Metcalf, 91, of The Woodlands passed away Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002 in The Woodlands.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Teri Hildebrand officiating.
Mrs. Metcalf was born March 1, 1911 in Lexington, Okla. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Houston and an interior designer.
She was preceded in death by husband J.E. Metcalf Jr., parents Collie and Esther Shockley, sister Gloria Taylor and brother Leon Shockley.
Survivors include cousin Carroll Rainey and wife Sandra of Houston.

Mollie Swank, 87, of Kerens passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 at Kerens Care Center.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sagamore Hill Baptist Church in Fort Worth with Dr. O.S. Hawkins officiating.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Moore Cemetery in Arlington.
Mrs. Swank was born Feb. 9, 1915.
She was preceded in death by husband, the Rev. W. Fred Swank.
Survivors include daughter Susie Swank McDaniel of Kerens; son William David Swank of Fort Worth; grandchildren Diana Howard, Jim Hickey, David Hickey, Suellen Rightmer, Cindy Chatman, Kristen Karr and Mark Swank; and five great-grandchildren.

Annie Ruth Crawford
Annie Ruth Crawford, 91, of Italy and formerly of Frost, passed away Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab in Italy.
Services were 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church in Frost with the Revs. Joe Dowdy and G.W. French Jr. officiating. Interment followed at Dresden Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ronald Brown, Gordon Lockett, Charlie Curtis, Billy Hargrove, Ray Adams and Buddy Blue.
Mrs. Crawford was born Oct. 27, 1911 in Navarro County to Bob Thompson and Carrie Lindsey Thompson. She worked at a grocery store for many years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Frost for many years.
Survivors include her sons, Leon Crawford and wife Mary and Erselle Crawford and wife Lola, all of Frost; daughter, Glynell Smith and husband Aubrey of Waco; brother, Aubrey Thompson and wife Betty of Italy; sister, Vestal Kelly and husband Odell of Italy; 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Joey Robert "Bubba" Sims
Joey Robert "Bubba" Sims, 35, of Bullard, passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 in his home.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at Boren-Conner Funeral Homes in Bullard.
Services will beheld at 10 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 5, at Oak Grove Bible Church with Rev. Tom Terry officiating.
Pallbearers will be Rick Burian, Gary Treadwell, Randy Oden, Leslee Watkins, Todd Worthen, Jason Key, Mac Key and Coy Collins.
Mr. Sims was born on Sept. 27, 1967, in Paris. He was a Bullard High School graduate, a lifelong resident of East Texas and a member of Oak Grove Bible Church. Mr. Sims served in the U.S. Army for 10 years, including service in the Gulf War.
Survivors include parents Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Sims of Mixon, wife Natalie Sims of Bullad, son Dustin Robert Sims of Bullard, daughter Melissa Dawn Sims of Bullard, brother Samuel Wayne Sims and wife Stacy of Bullard, brother Micheal "Rod" Sims and wife Lisa of Pattonville, brothers-in-law Markus and Marius Anlauf and many aunts, uncles, nephews, neices and close friends.
