Mr. Faber
A family memorial service will be held in San Francisco, Calif., for Robert Faber Sr., 70, a former Lampasas resident.
Mr. Faber died Aug. 7, 2000, in Albuquerque, N.M.
He was married to Nanette Faber and was retired. He served in the military.
Mr. Faber was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Lampasas.
Survivors include his wife of Albuquerque; two daughters, Roberta Gradel, of Lampasas, and Rebecca Bringolf, of Sanford, N.C.; five sons, Kevin Faber, Christopher Faber, Kenneth Faber and Robert Faber Jr., all of Albuquerque, and Mark Faber, of Dallas; and 11 grandchildren.
Mrs. Arbuckle
Graveside services for Jane Culver Arbuckle, 76, of Corpus Christi: Aug. 19, 2000, Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas. Officiant: Dr. Stephen Holcombe.
Mrs. Arbuckle died Aug. 13.
She was born Nov. 15, 1923, the daughter of Dan and Lula Taylor Culver.
She was married to H.C. "Bucky" Arbuckle.
Mrs. Arbuckle was a resident of Corpus Christi since 1928. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Corpus Christi.
Survivors include one son, H.C. "Herb" Arbuckle III, of Corpus Christi; and one granddaughter, Cynthia Kenan Wilson, of Corpus Christi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and two brothers, John Key Culver and George Albert Culver.

Mrs. Mann
Graveside services for Joyce Mann, 42, of Vicksburg, Miss.: Aug. 19, 2000, Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas. Officiant: Dr. Stephen Holcombe.
Her body was cremated.
Mrs. Mann died Aug. 6 at Vicksburg.
She was born Aug. 8, 1957, in Lampasas, the daughter of John Hinson and Joann McLean Hinson VanDerleest.
Mrs. Mann was a shipping clerk for Cooper Lighting Co.
Survivors include one son, Shane Begley, of Fort Drum, N.Y.; one daughter, Kodie Mann, of Vicksburg; and two brothers, John Burt Hinson, of Seguin, and Ernie VanDerleest, of Granbury.
She was preceded in death by her mother and by one sister.

Mr. Fredenrich
No services are scheduled for Ira Tilden "Tex" Fredenrich, 73, of Lampasas. The body was cremated.
Mr. Fredenrich died Jan. 27, 2001, at his residence.
He was born June 7, 1927, in Weldon, the son of William Walter and Maedell Sills Fredenrich.
Mr. Fredenrich was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a rancher and a Lutheran.
He was a member of the Cold Springs VFW and the American Legion.
He had been a resident of Lampasas since September 2000.
He is survived by three sons; five daughters; and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Day
Graveside services for B.C. Day Jr., 76, of San Angelo, Feb. 1, 2001, Adams Cemetery, Coleman County.
Mr. Day died Jan. 29 in San Angelo.
He was born and reared in Burkett in Coleman County, and had lived in San Angelo for more than 30 years.
He helped make furniture for Carlsbad State School.
Survivors include three brothers, N.R. "Rusty" Day, of Izoro, Edward E. Day, of Winters, and Willie Day, of Overton; two sisters, Lorean Whorton and Ida May, both of Brownwood; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorials: Adams Cemetery or Carlsbad State School, just north of San Angelo.

Mrs. Boone

Mrs. Boone died Nov. 21 at Spring Oaks Terrace Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 25, 1907, at Brown Ranch Community in Coleman County, the daughter of Thomas E. and Degina Vanderver Field.
Mrs. Boone married Lewis Walter Boone on June 14, 1934.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Mary Helen and Tom Jackson, of Denham Springs, La., and Carolyn and Charlie Brown, of Lampasas; one son and his wife, Milton and Kay Boone, of Lampasas; grandchildren, Beverly Boone, of Bedford, Roger Boone and wife, Mary, and Mica Brown, all of Lampasas, Mishaux Tyler and husband, Kevin, of Walker, La., Robert Jackson and wife, Paige, of Denham Springs, and Britt Brown, and wife, Laura, of Flower Mound; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on July 3, 1989.

Mrs. Wykes
Royaldean Reeder Wykes, 86, died Nov. 14 at a Georgetown hospital.
Memorial service set for Mrs. Wykes and her husband, Murray, who preceded her in death after 59 years of marriage: Nov. 21 at Georgetown Church of Christ.
Mrs. Wykes was born May 15, 1913, in Winchester, Ill., to James and Bertha Grole Reeder.
She is survived by a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Roy and Joan Wykes, of Harker Heights; four sons and their wives, Jim and Jean Wykes, of Austin, Bill and Mary Elizabeth Wykes, of Othello, Wash., Bob and Pat Wykes, of Richardson, and Tom and Mary Katherine Wykes, of Grand Prairie; 15 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a brother, Bill Reeder; and by a sister, Dorothy Petross.
Mrs. Kendrick

She was married to Daily Kendrick.
Mrs. Kendrick was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was a member of First Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia McBryde, of Trickham; one son and his wife, Bill and Martha Kendrick, of Conroe; two sisters, Amy Wadkins, of Lampasas, and Ruth Russell, of Adamsville; two brothers, Ivan "Buck" Smith, of Briggs, and W.B. "Bud" Smith, of Lampasas; five grandchildren, Lynda and Phil Godfrey, of Gatesville, J.R. McBryde, of Lampasas, T.J. and Sheila McBryde, of Arroyo Grande, Calif., Tony Kendrick, of Conroe, and Eric Kendrick, of Austin; and two great-grandchildren, Cole McBryde, of Trickham, and Kinsey McBryde, of Arroyo Grande.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Oct. 8, 1987; by two sisters, Ruby Castleberry and Resa Nettleship; and by three brothers, Rual Smith, Raymond Smith and Bill Smith.

Mrs. Smedley

Mrs. Smedley died April 7 at Rollins Brook Community Hospital.
She was born Feb. 7, 1907, at Gail, the daughter of Leroy L. and Luna Eubanks Jones.
She married James King Smedley on Jan. 4, 1929, at Brownwood.
Mrs. Smedley was a homemaker and had worked for Avenue Cleaners in Lampasas for many years. She was a member of Broad Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include four daughters, Syble Nelson, of Houston, Jean Syzdlik, of Friendswood, Dorothy Doggett Taylor, of Buchanan Dam, and Joann Coble Morgan, of Lampasas; three sisters, Helen Smith, of Lampasas, Pearl Elam, of Granbury, and Roxie Rutledge, of Milam, Tenn.; two brothers, Earl "Jiggs" Jones, of Brownwood, and Jim Jones, of Winters; eight grandchildren, Betty McDougal, Anne Knott, Kay McCann, Joyce Burkelbach, Judy Pelon, Lisa Baker, Linda Smedley and Johnnie Lane Smedley; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1959; by one son, J.W. Smedley, in 1982; one sister, Edith Hamilton; and by three brothers, Delbert Jones, Elbert Jones and Clifford Jones.
