Fred Niebruegge
SNYDER, Okla. " Funeral services for Fred H. Niebruegge, 88, of Mountain Park, Okla. are at 2:30 p.m. today at the Snyder First United Methodist Church with Rev. Nancy Adler officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Niebruegge died Monday in Greenville.
He was born Jan. 1, 1913 in Frederick, Okla. On April 8, 1937 he married Viola V. Oberg in Bay, Mo. He farmed in and around the Mountain Park/Snyder areas all of his life. Mr. Niebruegge was a member of the Mountain Park United Methodist Church and served on many boards and committees and taught Sunday school classes.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Barnes of Greenville; a son, Dr. Byron Niebruegge of Plano; brother Roy Niebruegge of Mountain Park, Okla.; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to United Methodist Boy's Ranch, P.O. Box 999, Gore, Okla. 74435 or to the Snyder United Methodist Church Building Fund, 918 E Street, Snyder, Okla. 73566.

Katy Thedford
EMORY " Katy Thedford, 85, of Emory died Monday at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at First Assembly of God Church in Emory with Rev. Montie Parker officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Alba.
Born April 21, 1916 in Emory, she was the daughter of Melvin E. and Amanda Daniels Turner. She and T.J. Thedford were married in 1941 in Center. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Thedford was a member of First Assembly of God Church.
Surviving are a brother, John Turner of Point; a sister, Nina Dale of Garland; two nieces and four nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jason Dale, Matt Portillo, Ken Pinckley, Floyd Jackson, John Huzier and Jasper Northcutt. C.E. Dale and Marvin Northcutt will be honorary pallbearers.
Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home of Emory is in charge of arrangements.

John Walker
A memorial service for John Wylie Walker, 73, of Greenville, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Salem-Kinser United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Shaddox officiating. Mr. Walker died Monday evening at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville.
Son of Y.B. Walker and Clyde Cox Walker, he was born Dec. 6, 1927 in Hunt County. He married Pauline P. Watson on Oct. 22, 1982 in Hunt County. Mr. Walker was a longtime Greenville Herald Banner employee in the Production Department. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife; daughter Barbara Hampton of Columbus, Kan.; stepdaughters Debra P. Brown of Bastrop, La. and Paula Taylor of Minden, La.; a sister, Ina Mae Thomas of Spring and two grandsons, James Hampton of Twenty-Nine Palms, Calif. and Robert Hampton of Camp Pendleton, Calf.
His parents preceded him in death.
Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Altus Gilbert
FORT WORTH " Altus Rushing Gilbert, 95, died Sunday in Fort Worth. There is a graveside service at 2 p.m. today in Shiloh Cemetery in Commerce.
Born Aug. 12, 1905 in Hopkins County near Sulphur Springs, she was the daughter of Tommie Ruth Armor and William Otto Rushing. On Jan. 19, 1922 she married Horace Gilbert and lived in the Commerce area where they farmed. She and her husband lived in Texas, Mexico City and Georgia. Mrs. Gilbert was a member of Sagamore Hill Baptist Church of Fort Worth.
Survivors include children Dortha Erwin of Fort Worth, Clarence and Peggy Gilbert of Emerald Bay and Harold and Sara Gilbert of Sugarland; grandchildren Stephen Erwin of Houston, Don and Gaynelle Iglehart of Dallas, Kathy and Greg Gibbs of Austin, Lin and Lisa Lauve of Fayetteville, Ark., Charles and Rosann Gilbert of Houston, Rick Erwin of Floyds Knobs, Ind. and Diana and Kyle Neely of Richmond; and great-grandchildren Randy and Stacy Ott, Daniel Gilbert Lauve, Alicia Lauve, Christina Lauve, Andrew Iglehart, Blake Gibbs, Laura Gibbs, Carolyn Gibbs, Matthew Erwin, Michelle Erwin, Eric Neely and Cecilla Neely.
Memorials may be made to Parkinson Disease Foundation, 710 West 168th Street, New York, N.Y. 10032.

John Hannon
FORT COLLINS, Colo. " John P. Hannon, 65, of Fort Collins, Colo. died suddenly Monday. His body will be cremated. A memorial service is scheduled at 6 p.m. today at the Raytheon Flying Clubs Hanger at 5 p.m.
He was born in Fort Peck, Mont. on Aug. 27, 1935. Mr. Hannon served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet fighter pilot in his early years. He then worked in flight avionics at Falcon Jet in Little Rock, Ark. and E-Systems in Greenville. He retired as an avionics engineer from E-Systems.
He is survived by three nephews, Mark Hull, West Covina, Calif., Clark Hull of Orange, Calif. and Jay Singleton III of North Little Rock, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Berry and Evelyn Hannon and a sister, Dell.

Lora Hulsey
Lora R. Hulsey of Paris died Tuesday at Deport Nursing Home. There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Memoryland Memorial Park, Greenville, with Rev. Bob Bush officiating.
Daughter of William C. Sibley and Rena Allison Sibley, she was born March 6, 1906 in Mansfield. On Aug. 15, 1927 she was married to John W. Hulsey in Greenville. She retired from Mary of Puddin Hill where she worked in production. Mrs. Hulsey was a member of Central Christian Church in Greenville.
Mrs. Hulsey is survived by a son, Gene Hulsey of Paris; son-in-law Bob Greaves of Greenville; a daughter, Jimmye H. Preister of Houston and grandchildren Teri Harrington of Plano, Tina Backsen of Greenville, Pamela Harrod of Wichita, Kan., Lyn Salas of Paris and Greg Hulsey of Tyler and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Oct. 20, 1959; one brother; five sisters and one daughter, Jane Greaves.
Visitation is from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Ann Armstrong
PANHANDLE " Ann Armstrong, 80, died May 29 in Amarillo. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church in Panhandle with Rev. Kathryn Boren officiating. Burial was in Panhandle Cemetery.
She was born in Hopkins, Minn. and had been a Panhandle resident since 1946, moving from St. Louis Park, Minn. She married David Clinton Armstrong on Dec. 3, 1943 in Dallas. Mrs. Armstrong was a homemaker and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Atheneum Club, VFW Wives, 55 Plus Club and Thursday Bridge Club.
Surviving are four sons, David Armstrong of Prescott, Ariz., Glenn Armstrong of Houston, John Armstrong of Greenville, and Kenneth Armstrong of Leander; a daughter, Alice Upshaw of Claude; brother Arthur Goranson of Duluth, Minn.; two sisters, Helen Martin of Mountainview, Calif. and Ruth Smith of Topeka, Kan.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 27, 1991; her parents; a sister and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Square House Museum in Panhandle or to the 55 Plus Scholarship Fund in Panhandle.

Donna Hawkins
LONE OAK " Donna Lynn Hawkins, 40, of Lone Oak died Saturday at Parkland Hospital of Dallas. Services are at 1 p.m. today at Prairie Valley Baptist Church with Randy Bartley officiating. Burial will be in Simmons Cemetery.
She was born on Jan. 4, 1961, in Greenville to Franklin Mitchell Rachel and Rachel Inez Rose. She was a homemaker and a member of Dixon Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Louis Hawkins of Lone Oak; two sons, Josh and Mitch Hawkins of Lone Oak; her parents and two sisters, Joann Hensley and husband David of Bells and Evelyn Rachel of Syracuse, N.Y.

Alitra Miles
Alitra Miles 25, of Sherman died Sunday in a Sherman hospital. Funeral services will be at Galloway Memorial Church of God in Christ in Farmersville at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Supt. J.E. Ellis will officiate. Burial will be in Houston Cemetery, Farmersville.
Born Sep. 14, 1975 in Dallas, she was the daughter of Dave Miles and Joyce Henderson. She was a member of Galloway Memorial Church of God in Christ.
She is survived by her mother of Sherman and a sister, Jadetta Miles of Whitewright.
Her father and one sister preceded her in death.
Pallbearers will be Tony Henderson, Casey Henderson, Blake Henderson, Phillip Henderson, Michael Henderson and Jason Craddock.

Margaret Moore
Margaret Edith Moore, 80, of Celeste died Saturday morning at Terrell Care Center in Terrell. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Celeste with Rev. James Ralson officiating. Burial will be in Dulaney Cemetery.
Daughter of Elmer Harrison and Pauline Greer Harrison, she was born May 8, 1921 in Hunt County. On Nov. 3, 1940 she was married to Johnny "Leon" Moore in Dallas. Mrs. Moore was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Celeste.
Survivors include a son, Johnny L. Moore Jr. of Celeste; two brothers, Robert Harrison of Celeste and Lloyd Harrison of Greenville; a sister, Betty Pugh of Celeste; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a brother, Raymond Harrison.
Pallbearers will be Mark Harrison, James Harrison, Kip Jackson, Bobby Milner, Jimmy Patterson and Greg Pugh.
Visitation is from to 8 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

M.D. Riddle
BLUE RIDGE " Funeral services for M.D. Riddle, 76, of Blue Ridge, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Blue Ridge with Rev. Rick Riddle and Rev. Doug Herrell will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Riddle died Monday at North Central Medical Center in McKinney.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Riddle of Blue Ridge; two sons, Bobby Riddle of Blue Ridge and Rev. Ricky Riddle of Merit; brother Lloyd Riddle of Roger; two sisters, Foy Marie Uhl of Tempolocia, Calif. and Wilma Boze of Dallas and five grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Taylor Funeral Home of Leonard.

Mike Sulser
QUINLAN " Mike Darrell Sulser of Dallas died Friday in Grand Prairie. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Quinlan Funeral Home.
Son of Darrell and Gladys Hall Sulser, he was born Sep. 25, 1963 in Dallas. He was a machinist and he was a Baptist.
Mr. Sulser is survived by his wife, Rita Sulser; his father; his mother; his stepfather, Johnny Layman; three sons, Mike Sulser, Lance Sulser and Tim Sulser; sisters Jolene Engles, Lawana Johnson and Alicia Graffis; a brother, Arthur Darrell Sulser Jr. and grandfather Frank Alonzo.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Charlie Farnam
Charlie Dan Farnam, 50, died Saturday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Vansickle Baptist Church.
He was born Jan. 19, 1951, in Niceville, Fla. to Wineford Olan Farnam and Helen Mason. He was a carpenter.
He is survived by a son, Cody Farnam of Greenville; two daughters, Melinda Powell of Kansas and Beckie Lindsey of Greenville; mother Helen Owens of Niceville, Fla.; stepmother Winette Farnam of Cantonment, Fla.; two brothers, James Sims and Bruce Farnam; three sisters, Mary Farnam, Peggy Wolff and Shena'fae Farnam; and five grandchildren.

Donna Hawkins

SHERMAN " Marie Cleary Payne, 84, of Sherman died Saturday at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Waldo Funeral Chapel with Dr. Mike Lawson officiating. Burial will be at West Hill Cemetery.
She was born on August 3, 1916, in Sherman to Robert R. and Maude Spencer Richardson. She was married on Sept. 6, 1940, in Sherman to J.T. Cleary and on August 30, 1976, in Sherman to James E. Payne. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sherman and a was a retired customer service representative for General Telephone. She was a graduate of Sherman High School and Texas Women's University.
Mrs. Payne is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mickie and Kenneth Rolen of Greenville; a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Anna Cleary of Placentia, Calif.; a sister, Amy Smith of Greenville; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She is preceded in death by her first husband in 1969, second husband in 1982, and two brothers, John and Tom Richardson.
Pallbearers will be Todd Bolen, Don Bolen, Kenneth Bolen, Sid Auten, Jim Stift, Tommy Richardson, and Bob Richardson.
Visitation will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Waldo Funeral Home.
