Bobby Baise
Bobby Ray Baise, 61, of Quinlan died Sunday at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Campbell.
Born Jan. 13, 1940, in Dallas, he was the son of Merle Carson Baise and Ruby Jewell Tawater Baise. He married Dolores Jean Vaughan on Jan. 15, 1960, in Rockwall. Mr. Baise was a truck driver. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Baise is survived by his wife of Quinlan; his mother of Greenville; two sons, Danny Ray Baise and David Wayne Baise, both of Cash; daughters Darla Jean Tucker of White Rock and Donna Lynn Thomas of Cash; a brother, Billy Merle Baise of Merit and 11 grandchildren.
His father preceded him in death in 1979.
Pallbearers will be Bud Loftin, Jerry Little, Tom Allen, Robert Montgomery, Jimmy Stewart and Scottie Stewart.
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Peggy Crawford
ROYSE CITY - Peggy Crawford, 71, of Dallas died Saturday. Graveside services were Monday in the Royse City Cemetery with Eddie Couch officiating.
She was born Oct. 3, 1929, in Royse City to Raymond and Mildred Hayles Tuttle. She was a homemaker and lived in Royse City until the early 1960s. Mrs. Crawford worked for VARO in Garland for 10 years.
Surviving are daughter Shelly Crawford of Garland; a sister, Emily Ouren of Dallas; two grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
Her husband, James Crawford, preceded her in death in 1984.

Gerald Jackson
QUINLAN - Gerald Joseph Jackson of Quinlan died Saturday in Tyler. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Raley officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Park.
Son of Gene and Grace Thornton Jackson, he was born July 9, 1953, in Fond du Lac, Wis. Mr. Jackson served in the U.S. Army. He supervised plastic manufacturing.
Survivors include his father of Arkansas; his mother of Quinlan; a son, Jeffery Jackson of Quinlan; daughter Anna Jackson of Quinlan; two brothers, Michael Jackson of Norwalk, Ohio, and Louis Jackson of Huntsville; sisters Barbara Burnett of Mesquite and Jacqueline Jackson of Quinlan; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Joe Molock, Coy Smith, Phil Walker, Wesley Smith and Gary Sanders.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Rev. V.L. Maxwell
DALLAS - Rev. V.L. Maxwell, 78, of Dallas died Friday. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church , 3611 Latimer, Dallas. Burial will be in Laureland Cemetery.
He was born in Highbanks on Dec. 16, 1922. Mr. Maxwell was a minister and was pastor at True Vine Baptist Church in Greenville for 40 years. He was also a teacher in the Dallas Independent School District for 22 years. He was a member of True Vine Baptist Church.
He is survived by one son, two daughters and 10 grandchildren.
His wife, parents and three brothers preceded him in death.
A wake is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Singing Hills Funeral Home of Dallas.

Willie Morris
Willie L. (Fannin) Morris of Greenville died Saturday at Lake Point Hospital. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Highland Terrace Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Baldridge and Rev. Riley Hamilton officiating. Burial was in Prairie Valley Cemetery.
Born in Lone Oak, she was the daughter of Will H. and Clara Belzner Fannin and lived in the Greenville area for 89 years. She married Dale J. Morris in Campbell on Nov. 17, 1928.
She is survived by a son, Harvey Morris and his wife, Mary of Greenville; daughters Mary N. Money and her husband James of Mesquite, Reba N. Dooley and her husband E. J.. of San Antonio and Lu Ann Pendleton and her husband Ward of Olney; 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one son, four brothers and three sisters.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
Peters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mary Routledge
FORT SMITH, Ark. - Mary Marie Routledge, 42, of Commerce died Friday at her residence. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark., with burial in Forest Park Cemetery, also in Fort Smith.
Mrs. Routledge was a dog groomer and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her father, Leon Moore of Greenville; her mother, JoAnn Farrell of Lakewood, Calif.; two daughters, Sara Routledge of Rowlett and JoAnna Routledge of Commerce; paternal grandmother Grace Moore of Van Buren, Ark.; and four brothers, Richard Moore of Sulphur Springs, Barry Don Moore of Greenville, Harley Sorrel of VanBuren, Ark., and Hubert Bell of Lakewood, Calif.
Pallbearers will be Richard Moore, Barry Don Moore, Harley Sorrell, Gary Baldwin, Steven Gilbreath and Billy Moore.

Juanita Williams
CAMPBELL - Juanita Williams of Campbell died Sunday in a Dallas hospital. Services are at 2 p.m. today at Peters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Timothy Greenawalt officiating. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery.
She was born in Meridian, Miss., on June 5, 1911, to Hanon and Lillie Pearl Stevens. She married Albert Lee Williams on Aug. 21, 1926, She worked with her husband on the train.
Surviving are three daughters, Jessie Lee Flowers of Duncanville, Tootsy Inez Lovelace of Mesquite and Barbara Jean Tippit of Greenville and grandchildren Harvey Babb, Karla Burke, Vick Flowers, Talena Greenawalt, Rick Flowers, Tim Lovelace, Kathy Lovelace, Glenn Lovelace, Larry Tippit, Diana Gifford and Steve Tippit.
She was preceded in death by her husband on March 1, 1985; a daughter, Dorothy Pearl Babb; two brothers and four sisters.
Pallbearers will be grandsons Harvey Babb, Vick Flowers, Tim Lovelace, Larry Tippit, Steve Tippit, Glenn Lovelace and Rick Flowers.

Thelma Brown Cook
GRAHAM - Thelma Brown Cook, 97, died Saturday in Graham. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with Rev. Dale Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook was born Feb. 23, 1904, in Cooke County to James F. and Annalaska Campbell Brown. She married Frank M. Cook on Nov. 21, 1920, in Newcastle. He preceded her in death on July 22, 1978. Mrs. Cook moved to Greenville in 1995 and lived here before returning to Graham this year. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist church.
,Survivors are three daughters, Doris Holder of Greenville, Shirley Ann Hawkins of Graham and Valera Langford of Fort Belknap; two sons, Jack A. Cook of Graham and Gerald B. Cook of Throckmorton; daugther-in-law, Doris Jean Cook of Graham; 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Cook was also preceded in death by a daughter, Thelera Anna Cook and a son, Harrell F. Cook.

Irene Defer
CADDO MILLS - Irene Defer, 82, of Caddo Mills, died Sunday in Greenville. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in colbert Cemetgery.
She was born in Hendrix, Okla., to Newt Charles and Ora Mae Curlee Seal. She married Estes Defer in Van Alstyne in 1937.
Surviving are sons Richard Defer and Robert Defer of California; daughter Dorothy Fredrickson of Oregon; sister Dovie Tyler of Mesquite, eight grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, an infant son and 11 brothers and sisters.

Juanita Williams
CAMPBELL - Juanita Williams of Campbell died Sunday in a Dallas hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Peters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Timothy Greenawalt officiating. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery.

Brooke Delahunt
Brooke Michele Delahunt, 29, Monday afternoon in Ennis. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. William's Catholic Church with Lee Davis and Rev. Dennis P. Rogers Jr. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Born in Little Rock, Ark., on June 14, 1972, she was the daughter of Michael Kordsmeier and Karen Rogers Kordsmeier. She worked as a clerk.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather Karen and Robert M. Johnson of Plano; father and stepmother Michael and Carolyn Kordsmeier of Hollywood, Fla.; grandparents Dennis P. Rogers Sr. of Danville, Ill., Mary Theresa Kordsmeier of Little Rock, Ark. and Col. Paul P. and Lisa Taylor of Chandler, Ariz.; uncles Rev. Dennis P. and Sharon Rogers Jr. of Danville, Ill., John Patrick Kordsmeier of Little Rock, Ark. and Frank J. Kordsmeier; aunts DeeDee and Roy Rich of Albuquerque, N.M., Jane and Robert Dudley of Arkansas and Barbara and David Oberste of Little Rock, Ark.; special friends, Ronnie and Cheryl Stailey of Quinlan and cousins.
,Pallbearers will be Jaysen Torres, Jim Miller, Frank Turner, Rick Stuck, David Oberste and Pat Kordsmeier.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Dillon Delahunt
Dillon Louis Delahunt, 3, of Quinlan died Tuesday afternoon in Dallas. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. William's Church with Lee Davis and Rev. Dennis P. Rogers Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Son of William Louis " Bill" Delahunt and Brooke Michele Johnson Delahunt, he was born Feb. 22, 1998, in Dallas.
Survivors include his father of Quinlan; grandparents Ronnie and Cheryl Stailey of Quinlan, Karen and Bob Johnson of Plano, Michael and Carolyn Kordsmeier of Hollywood, Fla. and Jake Delahunt of Mesquite; great-grandparents Eldon and Grace Hinkle of Katy, Theresa Kordsmeier of Little Rock, Ark., Dennis P. Rogers Sr. of Danville, Ill. and Col. Paul P. and Lisa Taylor of Chandler, Ariz. and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
His mother preceded him in death on Sept. 10, 2001.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Estes, Rickey Dusterburg, Butch Turner and Toby Arnold.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Lois Mitchell
Lois K. Mitchell, 92, of Bristow, Okla., died Wednesday evening at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. There will be a memorial service at a later date in Springdale, Penn.
She was born in Tarentum, Penn., on Jan. 8, 1909, daughter of William Keller and Mae Monnier Keller. Mrs. Mitchell was a retired executive secretary with Lockheed-Martin. She was a member of Springdale United Methodist Church in Springdale, Penn.
She is survived by a son, Dana E. Mitchell III, of Bristow, Okla.; three daughters, Shirley Weigand and Carol Speer of Greenville and Mary Lois Hall of Cheswick, Penn.; brother William A. Keller of Tarentum, Penn.; several grandchildren, including Elizabeth Speer Wood of Greenville and Lisa Capps of Dallas; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Five daughters preceded him in death.

Carla Hall-Stokes
Carla Denise Hall-Stokes, 34, of Greenville died Tuesday. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Clark Street Christian Church with Rev. W.D. Hines officiating. Burial will be in Grundy Memorial Cemetery.
She was the daughter of Guy and Dorothy Hale. She was a member of Clark Street Christian Church.
Surviving are a son, Dorian Stokes; daughter Danielle Stokes; brothers Oliver "PeWee" Hale of Grand Rapids, Mich., Vincent Hale of Greenville, Tommy Hale of Greenville and Daron Hale of Garland and a sister, Marilyn Hale of Greenville.
Pallbearers will be Brian Anderson, Travis Martin, Billy Jackson, Rhoman Crockett, Mike Nelson and Richard Jackson.
Grundy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
