LEONARD - Funeral services for Makala Ann Bolin, infant daughter of Vanessa Bolin, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Valley Creek Baptist Church near Leonard with Rev. James Henry officiating. Burial is in the Valley Creek Cemetery.
She was born and died Saturday at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
Survivors include her mother and grandmother, Brenda Bolin, of Leonard.
Anna Hass
Anna Hass, 77, of Alba, died Sunday at East Texas Medical Center Hospital in Quitman. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel in Emory with Rev. Herriage officiating. Burial is in Pilgrim Rest No. 1 Cemetery.
The daughter of Silos and Laura Boggs Bogan, she was born Jan. 20, 1921 in Wolfe City. She married Harris D. Hass on Jan. 31, 1971 in Weatherford. Mrs. Hass was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She was a housewife.
Survivors include her husband of Alba; a son, James Lee Hawk of Sugarland; one grandchild and two great-granchildren.
Pallbearers will be W.T. Hass, Joe Dale Hass, Douglas Hass, Henry Hass, Harl Dean Hass, Jimmie Don McKenzie, Preston Hass, Jerry Don Adair and Richard Hass.
Thomas Phillips
QUINLAN - Funeral services for Thomas "Tommy" Joe Phillips, 15, of Quinlan are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Methodist Church of Quinlan. Burial is in Lakeside Memorial Park. Rev. Larry Krohn will officiate.
He died Sunday in Quinlan.
Born April 14, 1982 in Greenville, he was the son of Floyd and Sue Green Phillips. He was a student at Ford High School in Quinlan.
Surviving are his parents of Quinlan; a sister, Melissa Sue Phillips of Quinlan and grandparents Joe and Taffie Green and Mrs. Ollie Gunter, all of Quinlan.
Cousins will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Quinlan LyBrand Funeral Home.
Guy H. Tippit
Guy H. "Jack" Tippit, 64, of Greenville died Monday at his residence. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Peters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Royce Litchfield and Rev. Mark Allred. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery.
Mr. Tippit was born in Greenville on June 17, 1933, son of James Emanuel and Jennie Lee Harris Tippit. He and Barbara Jean Williams were married Dec. 24, 1952 in Greenville. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Tippit was a manufacturing engineer and taught machine shop classes at E-Systems. He was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. His hobby was hunting arrowheads.
He is survived by his wife of Greenville; two sons, Larry Jack Tippit of Rockwall and Steve Alan Tippit of Greenville; a daughter, Barbara Diana Gifford of Cooper; a sister, Joy Tippit Moore of Greenville; 11 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
His parents preceded him in death.
Pallbearers are Ray Burker, Jimmy Babb, Rick Flowers, Vick Flower, Glen Lovelace, Art Phillps, Humpy Chaffin and Tim Greenawalt.
Visitation is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Myron Biester
LONE OAK -Myron Anthony Biester, 54, of West Tawakoni died Friday in Terrell. Memorial services are at 4:30 p.m. today at Bartley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Reese officiating.
Mr. Biester was born July 3, 1943, in Horton, Kans.; the son of Walter and Irene Biester Hunt . He married Starlet Harrington on Feb. 14, 1994, in Quinlan. He was a welder and served with the U.S. Marine Corps in the Vietnam War.
Surviving are his wife of West Tawakoni; mother of Topeaka, Kans.; daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and James Smith of Garland; brother, Mike Hunt of Medford, Okla.; sisters, Cheryl Schroeder and Goaia Hunt, both of Topeaka; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Violet Graves
Violet Graves, 66, of Greenville died Saturday at her residence. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at Johnson Street Church of Christ with Randy Daw and Rick Henslee officiating. Burial is in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Mrs. Graves was born Dec. 7, 1931, in Lone Oak; the daughter of James R. and Safronia Elizabeth Garner Carter. She was married to Raymond Graves on Oct. 14, 1955, in Greenville. She was a longtime employee of Raytheon and a member of the Johnson Street Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband of Greenville; sister, Bettie Patterson of Greenville; several nieces and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Pallbearers are Dr. C.H. Spencer, W.J. Harris, Doug Hooten, Jack Dutton, Farrell Nalls and Ted Peters. Honorary pallbearers are Kenneth Russell, Luther Adams, Carl Johnston, Marcus McKinney, Max Edwards, Boyd Woods and John Clark.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

LEONARD - Ruth Lee Reynolds, 91, of Leonard died Saturday in the Heritage Country Manor nursing home in Sherman. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Wrenn officiating. Burial is in the Leonard Cemetery.
Miss Reynolds was born Sept. 23, 1906; the daughter of Calvin C. and Mary Martin Reynolds. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Leonard and a retired farmer.
Surviving are a nephew and two nieces.
Pallbearers are Denzle Cummings, Sonny Watkins, Barry Burgess, Rande Reynolds, Steve Reynolds and Larry Reynolds.
Chock Watkins
ROYSE CITY - Zettie Weldon "Chock" Watkins, 89, of Dallas died Saturday. Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Rest Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is in the Royse City Cemetery.
Mr. Watkins was born June 20, 1908, in the Millwood community in Collin County; the son of Henry Z. and Cora Jerrell Watkins. He married Mable Martin on June 23, 1927. He was a retired auto part salesman.
Surviving are a son, Jackie Watkins of Wichita Falls; a daughter, Nita Tate of Rancho Cordova, Calif.; sisters, Veta Simmons of Dallas and Stella Smith of Duncanville; brothers, Donald Watkins of Rockwall, James Watkins of Henderson and Mack Watkins of Mesquite; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife; one son, Billy Watkins; five brothers and one sister.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel.

Allen Clark
DALLAS - Private services are scheduled for Allen David Clark, 28, of Dallas. Clark died Friday in Dallas.
Born in Greenville on June 4, 1969, he was the son of Lee A. Clark and Ann George Clark. He was a computer analyst.
He is survived by his parents, of Greenville and by one sister, Laura Lee Lawler of Dallas.

Gladys Crowell
ROYSE CITY - Funeral services for Gladys Canup Crowell, 84, of Royse City, are at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Royse City with Rev. Lawrence M. Cox and Rev. George McCrain officiating. Burial is in Royse City Cemetery. She died Saturday.
Crowell was born in Blackland on March 22, 1914. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge No. 642 and the Texaco Social Club.
She is survived by her husband, R. S. "Bob" Crowell; a son and daughter-in-law, Bobby John and Marti Pullen Crowell; grandsons Robert John Crowell and wife Kim, James Scott Crowell and wife Nancy and Henry Matthew Crowell and wife Kelly; five great-grandchildren, Leslie, Cortney, Cooper, John Rowdy and Mackenzie; brother Joe Bailey Canup and sister Lucille Acker.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

Charles Eaton
COMMERCE- Services for Charles L. (C. L.) Eaton Jr., 77, of Commerce, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Rick Flynn and Rev. Michael Shields officiating. Burial is in Rosemound Cemetery. He died Friday in Commerce.
Born in Honey Grove on Jan. 19, 1921, he was the son of Charles L. Eaton Sr. and Anzie Rebecca Hall. He married Sylvia Brookshire in Hugo, Okla. on Oct. 22, 1958. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church, was a builder and was also a construction and building supervisor at East Texas State University for seven years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Eaton, of Commerce; three sons, Charles Eaton of Miles City, Mont., Capt. Timothy Eaton of Virginia Beach, Va. and Jeffery Eaton of Sulphur Springs; two daughters, Denise Taylor of Paris and Deborah Brewer of Commerce; a brother, Alvin Eaton of Greenville; a sister, Hallie Siddle of Vadilia, La.; 14 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a goddaughter, Brenda Sneed.

John Floyd
LONE OAK - Services for John P. Floyd, 80, of Lone Oak are at 1 p.m. Monday at Bartley's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Witt officiating. Burial is in Greenview Cemetery. He died Friday.
Born in Tawanda, Kans. on March 3, 1918, he was the son of John Henry and Lillie Knight Floyd. Floyd was formerly of Lake Dallas for 25 years and had lived in Lone Oak for the past 10 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II, receiving Air and Asian Campaign medals.
Mr. Floyd was a neon glass blower, a 41-year member of Jewell P. Lightfoot Masonic Lodge, was Past Commander of American Legion Post No. 453, was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and a member of Post No.2559.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Floyd, in 1994.
Surviving are sons, Gary Floyd of Lone Oak, Larry and Babbette Floyd of The Colony and John and Ona Floyd of Lone Oak; sisters, Evelyn Thompson of Arlington and LaVern Lybrand of Pleasant Grove; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Jerry Thompson, Billy Thompson, Kenny Lybrand, Richard Floyd, Larry Floyd Jr. and Jeffrey Floyd.

Evelyn Graham
EMORY - Services for Evelyn Graham, 74, of Emory, are at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Sulphur Springs with Dr. David Hardage and Rev. Fred Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Sulphur Springs City Cemetery. She died Thursday at a Dallas hospital.
Born in Anson on Nov. 9, 1923, she was the daughter of Curtis and Una Wright Willis. She married Billy Graham in Greenville on March 10, 1946. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Sulphur Springs and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Billy David Graham of Fort Worth and Carl R. Graham of Point; one daughter, Shelia Frey of Forney; one sister, Wilma Graham of Greenville; 11 grandchildren, Kevin Ewing, Melissa Helton, Dustin Graham, Stuart Frey, Stacy Frey, David Burris, Michael Burris, Rebakah Tinsman, Elizabeth Bellamy, Dorothy Bellamy and Sam Bellamy and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Pallbearers aree Billy Jackson, Bob Jackson, Richard Willis, Cory Tinsman, Michael Burris, David Burris, David Johnson and Jeffrey Johnson.
Honorary pallbearers are members of the Faith Sunday School Class of First Baptist Church.
