Warren Martin
COMMERCE- Warren Darrell Martin, 78, of Fort Worth died Thursday in Fort Worth. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. Sunday at Pemberton Funeral Home Chapel with David Gibson officiating. Burial is in Shiloh Cemetery in Klondike.
Mr. Martin was born March 13, 1920, in Delta County; the son of George and Lucinda Pratt Martin. He married Barbara Lynn Alexander on Sept. 14, 1945, in Greenville. He attended Shiloh public schools and was employed by Lockheed-Martin for 51 years until his death.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and attained the rank of technical sergeant. He was a member of the Fort Worth Church of Christ and the Masonic lodge.
Surviving are his wife of Fort Worth; daughter, Lynda Faudree of Fort Worth; two brothers, Eual Martin of Mineral Wells and Fred Martin of Honey Grove; two sisters, Bessie Humphries of Petty and Mozelle Ray of Klondike; one grandson and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Obie Martin, in 1989.

Billy Rea
COMMERCE- Billy Joe Rea, 21, of Sulphur Springs died Wednesday in Greenville. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Sunday at Pemberton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Davis officiating. Burial is in Money Cemetery in Greenville.
Mr. Rea was born Oct. 5, 1976, in Waco; the son of Laquita Etherton Rea and Leonard Rea Sr. He moved to the area 3-1/2 years ago from Kentucky. He worked for Gillis Construction Company in Sulphur Springs and attended Peniel Nazarene Church in Greenville.
Surviving are his parents, both of Sulphur Springs; fiance, Amanda Rawlings of Greenville; son, Jonathan Joe Rea of Greenville; two sisters, Teresia Rea of Tawakoni and Annie Sykora of Waco; and one brother, Leonard Rea Jr. of Waco.
Pallbearers are Dewayne Sims, Carl Moran, Morris Sanders and Cody Sykora.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
John Watkins
WOLFE CITY - John E. Watkins, 75, of Wolfe City died at his home Thursday. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Dwight Gardner. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
The son of John L. and Mildred Decker Watkins, he was born Sept. 11, 1922 in Quinlan. He married Hazel Horton July 24, 1961 in Durant, Okla. He was a veteran. Watkins was a retired house mover and farmer.
Survivors include his wife of Wolfe City; two daughters, Barbara Malone of Tyler and Kelly Scott of Wylie; a son, Billy Frank Watkins of Rockwall; a stepson, Tommy Malone of Point; three sisters, Pearl Mankin of Wolfe City, Mary Sifuentes of Quinlan and Bobbie Warren of Longview; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Jimmy Hester, Rickey Hester, Mark Chamberlain, Barry Paris, Jerry Payne and John Parrish are pallbearers.
Evelyn Amos
Evelyn Amos, 59, of Greenville died Wednesday at her home. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Saturday at Eastside Church of Christ with Maceal Nixon officiating. Burial is in Grundy Memorial Park.
She was born June 19, 1938 in Sulphur Springs, daughter of Jessie and Eddru Ransom Lee. She married Esau Amos in 1955 in Sulphur Springs.
Mrs. Amos worked as a nurse's aide. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband of Greenville; a son, Billie Amos of Greenville, two daughters, Patricia Reed and Faye Johnson of Garland; five brothers, James Lee of Dallas, Lowell Lee of Mesquite, Curtis Lee of Oakland, Calif., Marsel Lee and Ralphel Lee of Sulphur Springs and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Benton Williams, Jerry Ashford, Terry Washington, Henry Turner, Kenny Bailey, Reginald Lee and Tom Derrick.

David Childs
David Allen Childs, 45, of Caddo Mills died Monday in Dallas. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shiloh Baptist Church in Caddo Mills with Rev. Leonard Davis officiating. Burial is in East Mount Cemetery.
Born in Dallas on May 27, 1952, he was the son of Edgar Childs Sr. and Lenora Armstrong Childs .Mr. Childs was an employee of Box Factory. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Survivors include four brothers, Eugene Childs, Edgar C. Childs and J.C. Childs of Dallas and John H. Childs of Caddo Mills and two sisters, Mollie Butler and Betty Ray Duffey of Dallas.
Preceding him in death were his parents and two brothers.
Pallbearers are Vincent Duffey, Edgar Childs Jr., Rufus Childs, Darren Childs, Terry Childs and Donald Childs.

Kyle Lisk
SULPHUR SPRINGS - Funeral services for Kyle Klaton Lisk, 4, of Sulphur Springs are at 2 p.m. Saturday in West Oaks Funeral Chapel with Rev. Frank Kuhl officiating. Burial is in Ridgeway Cemetery.
He was born in Sulphur Springs on April 24, 1993, son of Donald and Donna Wilson Lisk. He died Tuesday in Cooks Childrens Medical Center in Fort Worth following a six-month battle with leukemia. He attended Immanuel Baptist Church.
Surviving are his parents of Sulphur Springs; a sister, Krystal Lisk of Sulphur Springs; grandparents Lee and Brenda Wilson of Yantis, Mike and Rebecca Singh of Greenville, Cruz and Mary Jane Medina of Sulphur Springs and great-grandparents Imogene Wilson of Sulphur Springs, Hazel Cowan of Sulphur Spirngs and M.L. "Dock" Reed of Brashear.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Donald C. Lisk.

Edna Lutz
GARLAND - Edna E. White Lutz, 89, of Garland, formerly of Royse City, died Wednesday in Whitewright. Funeral services are at 2 p.m.today at the First Baptist Church Chapel in Garland with Riley Hamlton officiating. Burial is in Mills Cemetery.
She was born July 24, 1908 in Royse City. She was a 50-year resident of Garland, a member of the First Baptist Church in Garland and at one time worked as a buyer for J.C. Penney Co.
She is survived by a daughter, Sondra Hendley of Celeste; a sister, Earnestine Nickens of Garland, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death two husbands, Orby Ray White and Ken Lutz and a brother.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.

Harry Bullard
QUINLAN - Harry Flynn Bullard, 81, of Lone Oak died Monday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. A memorial service is at 2 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church of Quinlan with Rev. Larry Krohn officiating.
Mr. Bullard was born May 2, 1916, in Chickamauga, Ga.; the son of James and Reo Smallwood Bullard. He served in the U.S. Army. He was the owner of Harry Bullard Florist and past president of Texas State Florist Association.
Surviving are daughters, Carol Embry of Burleson and Sandy Lee of East Tawakoni; sister, Polly Eledge of Etowah, Tenn.; grandchildren, Jennifer Higgins of Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Shana Lee of East Tawakoni; Cheryl Butler of Tyler; Keri Embry of Burleson; great-grandchildren, Joshua Higgins and Jordan Higgins of Minot AFB, N.D.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. Bullard and Bill Bullard; sister, Geneva Shirley; and one grandson, Shay Lee.

Marcella Dickinson
QUINLAN - Marcella "Fern" Dickinson of Quinlan died Tuesday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Saturday at Norberg Memorial Home in Princeton, Ill. Burial is in Elm Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born March 29, 1915 in Gainesville, Ark. She married Floyd W. Dickinson. Mrs. Dickinson was a member of Tiskilwa Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of Quinlan; a son, Jerry L. Jackson of Hendersonville; a stepson, Floyd Dickinson Jr. of Oswego, Ill.; two daughters, June Jackson Applen of Quinlan and Janet Jackson Jones of Wills Point; a brother, Gene Norton of Princeton, Ill; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Lola Hathaway
Lola Haydon Hathaway, 89, of Royse City, died Tuesday in Rowlett. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at the Church of Christ in Royse City with Kenneth Baird officiating. Burial is in the Royse City Cemetery.
She was born March 15, 1909 in Collin County to Marcus Haydon and Margaret E. Fraiser Haydon. She and Fred Hathaway were married Dec. 18, 1936.
Mrs. Hathaway was owner of Hathaway Appliance in Royse City for many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are a niece, Beryl Frasier of Heath and a nephew, Bill Haydon of Quinlan.
Preceding her in death were her husband and sisters and brothers.
Pallbearers are Mike, Tony, Josh and Haydon Fraiser, Morty Jones and Glen Cooksey.

Leona Hughes
FARMERSVILLE - Leona "Susie" Hughes, 93, of Farmersville died Wednesday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Graveside services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Princeton with Rev. Danny Gurley officiating.
The daughter of Charles F. Minty and Jennie Bunch Minty, she was born Feb. 17, 1905 in Sulphur Springs. She married James A. Hughes on Sept. 18, 1921 in Sulphur Springs. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Patsy Brown of Greenville; three sons, James Murl Hughes of Vern Beach, Fla., Weldon Hughes of Farmersville and B.E. Hughes of Lockhart; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Fielder-Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville.
Juanita Stutts
Juanita L. Stutts of Greenville died Tuesday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel in Dallas with Dr. David Stubblefield officiating. Burial is in Laurel Land Memorial Park.
The daughter of Albert C. Brown and Esther L. Thompson Brown, she was born Jan. 24, 1919 in Cleburne. She married Arthur K. Stutts on Jan. 25, 1942 in Dallas. Formerly a member of Urban Park Baptist Church in Dallas, she was currently a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Greenville.
Surviving are her husband of Greenville; a son-in-law, J.K. Crain of Greenville; a brother and his wife, Wayne and Dorothy Brown of Tira; a sister and her husband, Mellonee and Lewis Bradford of Dallas and two granddaughters and their husbands, Debbie and Terry Driggers of Greenville and Jeannie and Jason Weeks of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Ann Crain on July 14, 1997 and a brother, Rev. Albert M. Brown.

Shirley Young
Shirley Hardin Young, 73, of Greenville died Tuesday at her residence. A funeral service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Saturday at Laurel Land Funeral Home Chapel in Dallas with Dennis Scroggins officiating. Burial is in Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas.
She was born Sept. 13, 1924 in Springfield, Mo., the daughter of Charles Franklin Hardin and Mable Marie Payne. She and James Raymond Young were married Feb. 8, 1946 in Dallas. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Eclecta Club.
Survivors include a son, Gary Young of Grand Prairie; two brothers, Charles F. Hardin of Springfield, Mo. and Donald Phillip Hardin of North Richland Hills; a sister, Jimmie Hardin Scroggins of River Oaks; two grandchildren, Lorrie Michele Richardson Cooper of McKinney and William Phillip Richardson III of McKinney and one great-grandchild, Rowan Angel Cooper of McKinney.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 7, 1988 and a daughter, Cheri Ann Richardson on Feb. 23, 1995.
Visitation will be at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home tonight and until noon Friday. There will be a visitation Friday night at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Dallas.
