Eula Mae Julian of Caddo Mills died Monday at Briarcliff Nursing Center. Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Thursday at Peters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clifton M. Julian officiating. Burial is in Caddo Mills I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Born in Mississippi on May 4, 1913, she was the daughter of Robert Allen and Inez Douthit Allen. She married Johnnie R. Julian on Nov. 24, 1934 in Greenville and she was a homemaker.
Mrs. Julian was a member of First United Methodist Church in Caddo Mills.
Surviving are a son, Rickie Julian of Caddo Mills; a daughter and son-in-law, Ruth and Sim Williams of Commerce; two grandchildren, Michelle James and Burt Williams and a great-grandchild, Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her husband in March, 1984 and two brothers.
Pallbearers are Nathan Chandler, James Johnson, Billy Julian, Mike Vaughn, Monty White and James Douthit.
Visitation is 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Wiley Kellum Jr.
COMMERCE - Wiley Jackson Kellum Jr., 79, of Dallas died Monday at Manor Care Nursing Home in Dallas. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home of Commerce with Wes Price officiating. Burial is in Rosemound Cemetery.
He was born Aug. 31, 1919 in Haile to Wiley Jackson Kellum Sr. and Beulah Butler Kellum.
Mr. Kellum had worked in road construction for the City of Dallas. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
He is survived by two sisters, Olga Brister of Dallas and Mary Broadus of Victoria; two nephews and four nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James Weldon Kellum.
Pallbearers will be Frank Brister, Devin Bese, Jim Bese and Mike Bese.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Alice Whittlesey
Alice G. Dees Whittlesey of Greenville died Monday at Briarcliff Nursing Center. Graveside services are at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Many Cemetery in Many, La. with Rev. Eddie Smith officiating.
The daughter of A.G. Dees and Alice German Dees, she was born Aug. 16, 1909 in Many, La.. She and J. Raymond Whittlesey were married June 20, 1929 in Mansfield, La.
Mrs. Whittlesey was a school teacher and music teacher in Kilgore and Louisiana. She lived at Grace Presbyterian Village in Dallas for two years.
Mrs. Whittlesey was a member of the First Baptist Church in Kilgore for more than 50 years. She was a member of Miriam Sunday School Class, Primetimers Senior Choir, Kilgore Music Club and she was the founder of Community Concerts of Kilgore.
Surviving are a sister, Nell Powers of Greenville; a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Ouida Ramsey of Jackson, Miss.; nieces Alice Nell Powers Logan and husband Clarence of Texarkana; nephews Gene Powers and his wife, Marge, of Houston and Raymond Powers and his wife, Judy Berger, of Carrollton and great-nieces and great-nephews Greg Powers and wife Becky and children, Conor and Riley of Manchester, N.H., Laura Bradshaw and husband Dan and children Patti and Ryan of Houston, Laurie Swindle and husband Butch of El Paso, Ark., Vicki Roberts and husband Kevin of Plano and Joshua, Adam and Rachel Powers of Carrollton.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Pallbearers are Gary Davis, C.R. Logan, Gene Powers and Raymond Powers. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Ramsey and Brown Wooley.

Aron Hall
Aron Hall, 78, of Greenville died Thursday in a Dallas hospital. Services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Price officiating. Burial is in East Mount Cemetery.
Son of George and Ira Kelly Coffey, he was born May 5, 1920 in Naples. He was a construction worker and he was a Baptist.
Surviving are his stepmother, Mollie J. Coffey of Dallas; three brothers, J.W. Coffey, John L. Coffey and Authur J. Coffey, all of Dallas and five sisters, Jo Ann Johnson of Greenville and Mary Caldwell, Martha Coffey, Laverne Coffey and Dorothy Coffey, all of Dallas.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers.

FARMERSVILLE - Hazel Pauline McGuffey, 78, of Blue Ridge died Friday. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Methodist Church in Blue Ridge with Rev. Mark Thurman officiating. Burial is in Blue Ridge Cemetery.
She was born May 27, 1920, in Seagoville, daughter of Otis and Dora Tucker Houston. She married Jesse Elmer McGuffey in 1942 in Beaumont. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Mike McGuffey of Blue Ridge; two sisters, Lavilla Smith of Seagoville and Nancy Stateler of Dallas; a brother, Lloyd Houston of Dallas and one grandchild.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Fielder-Baker Funeral Home in Blue Ridge.
Terry Tippit
GATESVILLE - Graveside services for Terry Teran Tippit, 31, of Gatesville, formerly of Greenville, are at 10:30 a.m. today at Flint Creek Cemetery with Rev. M.V. Hemphill officiating. He died Saturday.
He was born Oct. 14, 1967, in Gatesville and was reared in Flat and attended school in Gatesville. He married Stephanie Carr on Sept. 17, 1993. Mr. Tippit was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife of Plano; his mother and stepfather, Sandra and Albert Scott of Clifton; two daughters, Destiny Nicole Tippit of Plano and Chasiti Shea Tippit of Laguna Park; a stepsister, Sharon Sellers of Houston; a brother, Dee Tippit of Gatesville; paternal grandfather James Tippit of Flat and maternal grandfather, Willie Joe Hale of Clifton.
He was preceded in death by his father Duane Tippit on Sept. 13, 1995.

Warren Wootton
QUINLAN - Warren Reginald Wootton, 58, of West Tawakoni died Monday. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lady of Fatima in Quinlan with Father A. Oskar Diez officiating. Burial is in Lakeside Memorial Park. There will be a Rosary today at 7 p.m. at Lady of Fatima Church.
He was born March 19, 1940 in Dallas to Wayland and Geraldine Polk Carmack. served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Wootton was an electrician technician. He was a member of Lady of Fatima Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Surviving are his wife, Judith Wootton of West Tawakoni; his mother, Geraldine Crow of West Tawakoni; five sons, Donald Wootton, Michael Wootton, Andrew Mahuka, Arlenton Mahuka and Daniel Mahuka; two daughters, Deborah Howell and Andrea Rogue; two brothers, Robert Dale and Darrell Wootton of Dallas and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1963 and a son, David R. Wootton.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.

Mary Lee Brigham
Services for Mary Lee Brigham, 84, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at New Bethel CME Church in Neylandville with Elder Herbert Scott officiating. Burial will be in Grundy Memorial Park with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Brigham died Wednesday in a Garland nursing home.
She was born in Greenville on Dec. 10, 1914, to John C. and Christina Searcy Faulk.
Surviving are her daughters, Edith Ashford of Greenville and Oletha Preston of Terrell, 22 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
John Craig
AUSTIN - John B. Craig, 88, of Austin died Friday. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Amey Funeral Home in Austin. Burial will be in Austin Memorial Park.
Mr. Craig was born January 18, 1911, in Hunt County to John and Frances Craig. He graduated from Wesley College in Greenville and worked as a clerk in the Hunt County Tax Office from 1936 to 1944. He later moved to Austin, where he worked in the State Comptroller's office for 30 years. He retired in 1972 as the Director of the Ad Valorem Tax Division. After retiring, he served as financial officer for the Automotive Wholesalers of Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Lee Craig, sons John Almon Craig and Charles Michael Craig, and three grandchildren, all of Austin.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Weldon Craig.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Annie Dickson
Annie Mae Dickson, 87, of Greenville died Thursday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Coker-Mathews Chapel with Rick Henslee officiating. Burial is in Memoryland Memorial park.
She was born March 40, 1911, in Greenville to Robert Dunn and Carrie Barker Dunn. She married W.K. Dickson in Oklahoma on December 12, 1931. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son Donald Dickson of College Station, daughters Janie Lemons of Arlington and Helen Russell of Quinlan, sisters Willie Evans of Greenville and Helen Worthen of Tyler, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989, brothers Roy and Raymond Dunn, and sister Vada Kirby.
Pallbearers are Kevin Jones, Bobby Lemons, Mark Russell, James Evans, C.W. Spainhour and Billy Russell.

TOM BEAN - Deborah Sue Sommers, 28, of Tom Bean died Thursday at Wilson N. Jones Hospital. Services are at noon Monday at Waldo Funeral Chapel in Sherman with Rev. Billy Hamilton officiating. Burial is in Burns Cemetery in Trenton.
She was born on March 21, 1970, in Groom to Wilburn and Freda Holt and attended school in Leonard. She married Ronald Sommers August 29, 1986, in Tom Bean. She was a Baptist and worked at Sunrise Nursing Home in Whitewright as a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include her husband of Tom Bean; son Corey Gene Sommers of Tom Bean; daughter Amber Sue Sommers of Tom Bean; mother of Defuniak Springs, Fla.; brothers Lance Holt of Little Elm, and John Holt, Daniel Holt and Jack Holt, all of Defuniak Springs, Fla.; sisters Tricia Holman of Groom and Cindy Martinez of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.

LEONARD - Rose Ann Weaver, 64, of Leonard died Friday at Community Medical Center in Sherman. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church in Leonard with Rev. Chris Cowen and Charles Wrenn officiating. Burial will be in the Leonard Cemetery.
She was born in Nobility November 6, 1934, to Hubert M. Cooper and Fannie Lou Wheat Cooper. She married James C. Weaver on May 14, 1955, in Leonard. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Leonard and a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of Leonard; daughter Melinda Joye Kimberlin of Leonard; son James Keith Weaver of Leonard; sisters Lola Flanagan and Hattie White of Leonard; brothers Ronnie Cooper, Bill Cooper and James Cooper, all of Leonard; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lloye Flanagan, Pete Flanagan, Felton Cash, Robert Stephens, Danny Lindsey and Glenn Edwards.

Katherine Abbott
Katherine Ruble Abbott, 50, of Greenville died Feb. 15 at her residence. A memorial service was at 2 p.m. Feb. 20 at Kavanaugh United Methodist Church with Rev. Ben Shinn officiating.
Mrs. Abbott was born Jan. 7, 1949, in Dallas; the daughter of Warren and Elizabell Sparks Ruble. She was married to Gregg Abbott on Oct. 19, 1992, in Greenville.
A resident of Greenville for 44 years, she was a reservationist for Continental Airlines and a member of Kavanaugh United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband of Greenville; parents of Greenville; sons, Keith Stuart of Emblem and Jeremy Cook of Carrollton; sisters, Gail Ingram of Safford, Ariz. and Teresa Nichols, Karren Chitwood, Leslie Ramm and Shelly Childres, all of Greenville; and four grandchildren.

Born in Imlay, Mich. on Dec. 23, 1936, she was the daughter of Harry J. and Viola Hardenburg Hagemeister. She was a homemaker.
Survivors are her husband, Ronald Dale; a son, Mike Middleton; sisters Norma Peck, Sherrie Kalbfleisch and Sharon Johanshen and five grandchildren.

Charlene Spoonemore Daniels, 32, of Orange, formerly of Celeste, died Wednesday. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Peters Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Celeste Cemetery.
Born in Greenville on July 26, 1966, she was the daughter of J.F. "Pete" and Phyllis Spoonemore. She graduated from Celeste High School in 1984. She was a slot attendant at the Isle of Capri Casino.
Surviving are her parents of Celeste; a daughter, A'leta Nicole Daniels of Orange; a brother, Jimmy Spoonemore of Annona; two sisters, Tuesday Roberts of Celeste and Tammy Brightwell of Henderson; grandfather S. L. Spoonemore of Greenville and aunts Sammie Griffis of Greenville, Beckie Curtis of Celeste and Eloise Shields of Rockwall.
She was preceded in death by grandparents Opal Lee Spoonemore and Phil and Lakie Perkins.
Pallbearers will be J.T. Gill, Ernie Haire, Matt Hazen, Mike Shields, Mark Collins and Sam Galbreath.
