He was born September 13, 1965 in Houston, Texas the son of Jimmy Earl Pinckard and Velma Rae Caldwell Pinckard and passed away June 5, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Pinckard, sister, Donna Lynn Pinckard, grandparents, Cliff and Catherine Pinckard, grandmother, Nell Clamon, and grandfather, Jack Caldwell.

Patty is survived by David Walters, husband of Chester, Texas, Patricia Werner, mother of The Woodlands, Texas, Molly Garza and husband Ray, sister and brother-in-law of Katy, Texas, Janet Werner, sister of The Woodlands, Texas. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.

He was born March 9, 2011 in Livingston, Texas the son of Sammy Junior Pattillo II and Becky Bailey and became an angel on May 31, 2011.

He is survived by his parents, Sammy & Becky Pattillo of Livingston, Texas, Dena Price, grandparents, Dena Price of Ware County, Georgia, Butch Price of Ware County, GA., Sammy Pattillo of Ware County, GA., Jerry & Susie Reeves of Livingston and Guy Horton, Jr., of Livingston, great grandparents; Joan Reeves of Livingston and Margie Guzzi of Pearland, Texas and great grandparent, Jammie Lee Miller of College Station, Texas. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive.

Margaret Twinn

Margaret Twinn. Born March 14, 1941, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Margaret was baptized June 1941 and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith, May 1954, in Trinity Lutheran Church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Margaret graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1959 and graduated from nursing school, Hillcrest Medical Center, in Tulsa and achieved her diploma in nursing in 1976. She completed the Parish Nurse Distance learning program with Mequon University, in Wisconsin in 1998. She worked and functioned as a registered nurse in many different roles, IE: Parish nurse, public health nurse, home health nurse, hospice, Dr’s office, prison, nursing home, hospital (house supervisor, O.R., nursery, L&D, Med. Surg, ICU, step down unit, peds, E.R., Texas A&M health service and school nurse. Our Lord and Savior used Margaret as an instrument to help persons by the introduction of the Christ Clinic in Katy. When asked which specialty area did she enjoy the most – she said without hesitation, “The area that I am working in” as she loved nursing and enjoyed helping other people and devoted her life to that. She also enjoyed teaching Sunday school, and loved to tell others (both young and old alike) about her love for the Lord and Savior, and often said that it was wonderful to see the look in their eyes when the other persons understood and realized what a great and wonderful gift our Lord has given us. Margaret enjoyed music and sang alto with the church choir. Margaret was marriage to Dick E. Hoffman, Jan. 30, 1959, in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Dick preceded Margaret in death, and Margaret marriage Spencer Robert Twinn in 1975. Robert also preceded Margaret in death, her parents, Arnold C. and E. Ruth Roesner and brother, Bill Roesner; Margaret is survived by her children, Ruth M. Creason, Cathy J. and Frank Adian, Homer A. (Sonny) and Shawna Hoffman, Cheryl L. and Alan Hasvold Mata L. Ringwald, Regena R. and Mike Jager, Regan W. and Shelly Miller; grandchildren, Randy Creason and Elaine, Glynnis Creason, Leah Creason, Michelle Campos and Cris, Jeremy Gooch, Robert Gooch and Amy, Buck Hoffman, Jack Carr and Chelsa, Levi James Carr, Steven Ringwald; great grandchildren, James Creason, Michael Gooch-Caceras, Jonathan Campos, Nicole Campos, Amber Gooch, Jade Bladenship, Caden Carr; sister, Catharyn Nation, sister-in-law, Loretta Roesner. Tereasa Ann Themis

Tereasa Ann Themis, 53, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. Terri was born in Garland, Texas, daughter of James Brooks and Virgie Cross. The family moved to Michigan in 1967, where they lived until 1978. Terri attended Jeffers High School in Painsdale, and graduated in 1976. After high school, Terri served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. Terri later marriage Dennis Themis. Together they have a loving son, Christopher. Terri was very interested in continuing her education, and received an Associate’s Degree, as well as other certifications throughout her adult life. Terri was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting as well. She will be remembered as a kind, loving person with a huge heart. Her biggest love of all was her family. A wonderful mother, sister and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Brooks and Virgie Cross. Services will be held at the family cemetery in Gonzales, Texas on June 11, 2011. Pace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Gerald Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ground Cemetery in Woodville, Texas. Lois Marie Ainsworth, 85, longtime resident of Livingston, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in Pasadena, Texas. Mrs. Ainsworth was born in Lovelady, Texas on January 19, 1926. She is preceded in death by her husband James Ainsworth, her son Billy Ainsworth and parents Owen Frank And Ora Lucas Straughan. Her survivors include five grandchildren; William Ainsworth, Michael Ainsworth, Jeffery Ainsworth, Daniel Ainsworth and Danielle Ainsworth and her sister, Dorothy Straughan of Pasadena, Texas; 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She was born December 27, 1931 in Lawton, Oklahoma the daughter of John LeMaster and Agnes Elliott and passed away May 18, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Richard C. Costellow.

She is survived by her friend, Don Rodgers of Livingston.
