Cathie Lynn White, age 61, of Livingston, Texas, passed away on July 8, 2013. She was born on March 31, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri, to parents, John Seek and Shirley Seek. On July 18, 1969, she married
her best friend Lonnie Gene White in Independence, Missouri. They moved to Livingston and attended worship services at Central Baptist Church. Cathie was very involved with the Children’s Ministry at the church.
She is survived by her husband, Lonnie White, of Livingston, Texas; parents, John and Shirley Seek, of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Lisa Goins, of Livingston, Texas; two sons, Lonnie White, Jr. and wife, Tonya, of Onalaska, Texas and Shane White and spouse, Tammy Wendland, of Red Rock, Texas; grandchildren, Victor White, Christopher White, Brandon White, Devin White, Elena White, Zachary White, Ciara White, Ariana Paull, Gabriel Wendland, Kristen White and Tallie Parke; great-grandchildren, Bryce White, Damon White and Zachary White, Jr.; brothers, Kenny Seek, of Livingston, Texas, J.R. Seek, of Baytown, Texas, and Gary Seek, of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Helen Fancher, of Livingston, Texas, Connie White, of Sugarland, Texas and Tammy Seek, of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 8:00 AM-10:00 AM on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas.
Funeral services for Cathie Lynn White will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Mike Meadows officiating the service. Interment
will follow in Bold Springs cemetery in Livingston, Texas. She will be escorted to her final resting place by her pallbearers, Victor White, Christopher White, Brandon White, Devin White, Zachary White and Gabriel Wendland.

John D. Ener, age 71 of Shepherd, Texas, passed away on July 8, 2013 in Houston, Texas. John was born on February 2, 1942 in Jasper, Texas, to parents Grady and Allie Mae (Brown) Ener.
John is preceded in death by both of his parents; wife, Peggy Ener; son, Grady Ener; brother, Loyd Ener; niece, Tammy Kay; great-grandchild, Baby E; and best friend and first cousin, Jerry Brown. He is survived by his son, Ricky Darell Ener of Dayton, Texas; son and spouse, James Ener and Deniece Haskins of Shepherd, Texas; step-daughter, Alana Eakes of Kountze, Texas; step-daughter, Dee Chaney of Shepherd, Texas; son and spouse, Ernest W. Ener and Debbie Ward of Shepherd, Texas; grandchildren, Christina Moran, Amber Bayless, Rosa Ener, Jewel Ener, Austin Ener, Brian Chaney, Lavonn Chaney, Johnathan Chaney, Honey Holloway, Cody Holloway, and Billy Wayne Eakes; great-grandchildren, Brooke Chaney, Addaline Ener, and Adryan Escobedo; three brothers, Troy, Kenneth and Boyd, and their spouses; two sisters, Barbara and Louise, and their spouses; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

will follow at Farley Chapel cemetery in Shepherd, Texas. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Honor Guard Post #8568.

Tony Michael Loos, age 66, of Coldspring, Texas, passed away on June 29, 2013. He was born on July 26, 1946, in Yoakum, Texas, to parents, Wade Loos, Jr. and Vera Randolph Loos. He participated with the Mason Lodge, A.F. & A.M. and he helped with the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Debra J. Loos, of Coldspring, Texas; daughter, Shanna Loos, of Goodrich, Texas; daughter, Molly Driggers, of Coldspring, Texas; brother, Gary Loos, of Coldspring, Texas; grandchildren, Meagan Latham, Skyla Latham, Blake Latham and Leeanna Carey; mother, Vera Loos, of Woodville, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Gerald is preceded in death by both of his parents; wife, Elizabeth Ann Cornett; son, Jerry Cornett; daughter, Karen Cornett; sister, Ercelle Pratt; brother, Arnett McTear Cornett. He is survived by his son, Danny Cornett of Austin, Texas; nephew, David Pratt; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Edith is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Leffingwell. She is survived by her two daughters, Grace Smith and husband George of Euless, Texas and Sandra Walker and husband J.T. of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Aaron Smith of Euless, Texas, Brandon Wheeler of League City, Texas, and Ryan Wheeler of Shoreachers, Texas; sister, Louise Seely; great-grandchildren, Madaleine Camm and Peyton Wheeler; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Sandra Jean Machen
Sandra Jean Machen was born March 1, 1949 to Edwin Henry Nagel and Edna Caroline Krueger in Cuero, Texas, went to be with her Lord Thursday, July 25, 2013 in League City, Texas, at the age of 64 years after battling breast cancer since 1995. Her loving family includes husband of 44 years, Ken Machen of Livingston, Texas.; sons, David Machen and wife Bettina Schtheiss of Jena, Germany, Dan Machen and wife Louisa of Meyersville, Texas., and Doug Machen and wife Laurel of League City, Texas.; daughter, Denise Laffey of League City, Texas; and brother, Charles Nagel of Cuero, Texas. She is preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Nagel Benfield. Sandra was part owner of a Montessori Preschool in League City for 18 years were she loved to teach pre-school. Sandra was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Sandra had 11 grandchildren that she adored and loved spending time with every chance she got. Grandchildren: Silas, Noah, Elias, Shannon, Sarah, Bryce, Cade, Cale, Lyssa, Riley and Laney. A visitation will be held from 5pm till 8pm Friday, July 26, 2013 at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with a Rosary beginning at 6pm.
A Celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at 3pm Saturday, July 27, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 2590 Hwy 190 W., Livingston, Texas. The Father Clifton Labbe, S.V.D. will be officiating. Pallbearers will be David Machen, Dan Machen, Doug Machen, Silas Schtheiss, Scott Benfield and Mike Rees. Interment
at Mt. Olive cemetery in Houston, Texas at a later date.
