Harold James Fischer
Harold James Fischer born on September 5, 1929 in Springfield, Illinois, passed away in Humble, Texas on June 19, 2014 at the age of 84. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 55 years, Wanda Fay Caskey Fischer; sons, David Fischer, Harold Fischer and wife Noah; daughters, Wanda Moore and husband Jack, Sherrill Williams and husband David Gongora; grandsons, William P. Fischer, Tracy Pyle, Mark Gongora and wife Ashley, William Hymer and Shawn Davis; granddaughters, Ashley Fischer, Heather Fischer, Sharon Williams McIntyre and husband Edward., Leticia Gongora and Christy Fischer; Ten great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Harold was preceded in death by both his parents; daughter, Cindy Fischer; step father, David Paul Sidwell. Harold was a very talented artist. He loved his family dearly and will be missed deeply.

will follow at Magnolia cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, June 24, 2014 also at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.
Mr. Read was born on February 7, 1953 in Runnels County, Texas and passed away on June 23, 2014 in Shenandoah, Texas. He worked as an assistant professor at Sam Houston State University. He is preceded in death by his father, James Dorsey Read; brother, Robert Read; and sister, J-Ann Taylor.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Brittany Read of Trinity, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, James and Chelsea Read of Livingston, Texas; son, Matthew Read of Onalaska, Texas; mother and step-father, Betty and Robert L. Behrns of Huffman, Texas; grandson, James Robert Read of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Stephan Duman of Huffman, Texas; nieces and nephews, Katie Duman of Huffman, Texas, Stephan Duman of Huffman, Texas, and David Duman of Huffman, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Mr. Read will be escorted to his grave by pallbearers: Michael Newport, Stephan Duman, Roy Newport, Arnold Ortiz, Robert Behrns, and Ty Gongora.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.

Kelvin Pernell Lowery, 53, of Livingston, Texas was born on December 31, 1960 in Memphis, Tennessee and passed away on June 22, 2014 in Livingston, Texas.
Mr. Lowery is preceded in death by his parents, June and Duff Lowery; uncle and aunt, Jay and Peggy Lowery; Uncle Eddie; cousins, Gary Lowery and Patricia Bennett.

Larry Roy Hiser
Larry Roy Hiser, born on January 11, 1953 in Snyder, Texas to Leon Hiser and Alice Laverne Culp Hiser, passed away in Point Blank, Texas on June 23, 2014 at the age of 61. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 16 years Audrey Gail Whittington-Hiser; children, Kenneth Lambert, Leland Winstead and partner Courtney, Rhonda O’Donovan, Melisa Thibodaux, Michelle Blakeney and husband Randall, and Jeremy Hiser, Edmund Hiser and wife Brandi, David Hall and Sarah Hall; sisters, Linda Nelson, Karan Erwin and husband Steve, Lynn Sanford; mother, Alice Laverne Culp Hiser; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Larry is preceded in death by his father, Leon Hiser; brothers, Ricky Fanning and Michael Blackwell. He was the best carpenter in the world. Larry loved his children and grandchildren very much and will be missed deeply by them all. Elaine was born on July 5, 1966 in Woodville, Texas and passed away on June 19, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. During her lifetime, she worked as a receptionist at the Alabama-Coushatta Multi-Purpose Center.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Ora (Obe) Williams; brother, Quentin Williams; sister, Elizabeth Williams; uncles and aunts, Merrill Williams, Edgar Williams, Lee Obe, McKinney Obe, Mary Williams, and Irene Stafford.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelli and Kyle Smith of Lumberton, Texas; son, Noah Wilkerson of the Reservation; granddaughter, Jamie Smith of Lumberton, Texas; father, Clarence Williams of the Reservation; aunts and uncles, Delma Williams of the Reservation and Leila Battise of Elton, Louisiana, Sherman Williams of the Reservation, Roy Williams of the Reservation, Dolen Williams of Houston, Texas, Kenneth Williams of the Reservation, and Donald Obe of the Reservation; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Carl Blake
October 27, 1953 – June 19, 2014
Carl Blake gained his wings and went to be in the arms of the Lord in Heaven after a 5 year battle with cancer. He passed on June 19, 2014 at the age of 60 in Del Rio Texas.
He was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma to J. L. Blake and Evelyn Blake Toler.
Carl loved his work and all the fellow Pipeliners he met and worked with over the years. “Now that he is in Heaven, he might already be working on a pipeline project transporting souls into Heaven and being an amazing boss.” In his down time he liked to have fun playing golf with family and friends.
Carl leaves behind his wife, Julia Blake and children, Mark Blake, Mendy Blake-Gaillardet and husband, Craig. He had 4 step-children and 9 grandchildren. He also leaves behind 2 siblings, Connie Calobreves of Midland, Texas and Curtis and wife, Debbie Blake of Millersview, Texas; step-brother, Steve and Kyla Wilkes; 1 niece and several nephews; and his faithful companion, Rambo.
He was preceded in death by his father J. L. Blake; mother, Evelyn Toler; step mother, Hazel Blake; and step brother, Bill Johnson.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. All Friends and Family are welcome to attend, rejoice, and remember Carl’s life.

Kenneth Victery Hayes passed away on June 20, 2014 at home in Livingston, Texas. He was born on September 2, 1927, in his maternal grandparent’s house in Leggett, Texas, to parents, Jack L. Hayes and Eunice Victery Hayes.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Dave and Ella Victery of Leggett; brothers, Jack L. Hayes Jr. and Gordon G. Hayes; and sisters, Ella May Townsend and Betty Anne Sanders.
He is survived by his children: Charles Keith Hayes and wife Cathy of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Claire Denise Mabry and husband, George of Richardson, Texas; his grandchildren, Kelly Meyer and husband, Johnnie of Chandler, Arizona, Colin Hayes of Denver, Colorado, and Kara Hayes of El Paso, Texas; his great-granddaughters, Madilyn and Kimberly Meyer; and his children’s mother, Bera Parrish Hayes of Garland, Texas.
The family extends heartfelt appreciation to his friends and caregivers, especially Maxine, Shirley and Conseula.
Kenneth attended schools in Leggett and Galveston, Texas. He served three years in the U.S. Navy during World War II as an Air Gunner. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Navy in 1946, he attended college at Sam Houston State University and The University of Houston. He was employed for 37 years by AT&T - Southwestern Bell Telephone in Houston, retiring in 1984. He then relocated to Livingston, representing Lear Siegler Telecommunications-Joslyn Industries of Santa Barbara, California until retiring again in 1998.

Lauren is the daughter of Brian Jones and Christie Hancock-Jones of Livingston. She is survived by her parents; her twin sister, Emily Margaret Jones; grandparents, Mike and Linda Jones of Livingston, and David and Beth Hancock of Livingston; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-grandparents. Douglas Keith Thompson was born August 5, 1959 in Thibodeaux, Louisiana. He died June 16, 2014 in Maple Valley, Washington. Keith graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1978 where he was a member of the famous Robert E. Lee Marching Band. He graduated from East Texas State University with honors in 1983. He was an Associate Editor of Model Railroader Magazine at Kalmbach Publishing in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Keith married
Michelle Sullivan on November 26, 1994 in Kent, Washington. Their twin girls were born September 16, 1995 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Shortly after their birth Keith and Michelle moved the family back to Washington State. As a technical writer Keith worked for AT & T Wireless, Microsoft, Nintendo and F5 Networks. The hobbies he loved were photography and model railroading.
Keith is survived by his wife, Michelle; daughters, Denver and Mikayla; sister, Kemala Thompson-Knott and husband James; and mother-in-law, Millie Sullivan.
