Memorial services for Virginia AuBuchon, 75, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Chaplin Alex Montilla officiating.

Mrs. AuBuchon was born November 18, 1939 in Birmingham, Alabama to parents, Leon Jefferson Cobb and Juanita (Carroll) Cobb, and passed away on March 15, 2015, in Lufkin, Texas. During her life she was a member of the Lakeside Homemakers, a past youth director for the First Baptist Church in Onalaska, and was a member of the Franklin Graham Samaritan's Purse. She loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and getting the family together for holidays. She also loved gospel music. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Milford AuBuchon.

She is survived by her sons, Jeff Lynn of Onalaska, Texas, Tim Lynn of Elkhart, Indiana, and Joel Lynn of Spring, Texas; daughter, Jenny Vavra of New Braunfels, Texas; son, James Lynn of Spring, Texas; grandchildren, Gene Lynn, Andy Lynn, Shane Lynn, Tabitha Lynn, Trista Lynn, Brianna Lynn, Charlie Vavra, Deniz Haas, Jessica Lynn, and Monica Uantop; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Faye Grabarkwitz of New Braunfels, Texas; nephew, Chris Grabarkwitz of Seguin, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Franklin Graham Samaritan's Purse or Hospice In The Pines.

Nona Lee Antley Fortune

Funeral Services for Nona Lee Antley Fortune, 90, of Corrigan, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in the Corrigan First Baptist Church, Texas with Bro. Buster Griggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Springs cemetery, Corrigan, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, March 16, 2015 in the Corrigan Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Fortune was born January 12, 1925 in Groveton, Texas and went to be with her Lord, Friday, March 14, 2015 surrounded by her loving family of Corrigan, Texas.

She worked at Citizens State bank for 21 years and Livingston Savings & Loan 12 years until her retirement. Nona was a homemaker, member of Corrigan First Baptist Church; she enjoyed her yard, church activities, flowers and especially her grandchildren and great grandsons. Mrs. Fortune was known for her cooking, especially her Chicken and Dumplings!

Nona is survived by her loving husband and the love of her life of 71, W.S. “Bo” Fortune; son, Walter G. Fortune and wife Jackie of Corrigan, Texas; grandson, Walter L. Fortune and wife Bernadette of Dayton, Texas; granddaughter, Tracy Fortune Cobb and husband Mike; great grandsons, John of Dayton, Texas; Chris Cobb of Corrigan, Texas; sister, Irene Poe and husband of Pennington, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends who will miss her greatly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, David Franklin and Lethia Ann Reynolds Antley; brothers, Vernon H. Antley, William J. Antley, John Henry Antley, Murl D. Antley; sisters, Lena Antley, Gertie Antley Kennedy, Alice Antley McAdams, Lillian Antley Gibbins, Nina Rieske and Marie Hoffpawir.

Pallbearers are John J. Fortune, Christopher M. Cobb, Billy Mack Cockrell, David Reed, Larry “Bo” Smith and William Truss.

February 13, 1932 – March 14, 2015

Bob N. Marsh, 83, of Point Lookout Estates went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Funeral services for Mr. Marsh will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the International Order of Odd Fellows cemetery in Gonzales, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2015 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until service begins in the First Baptist Church in Onalaska, Texas.

Mr. Marsh was born February 13, 1932 in Kirvin, Texas to parents, Sid Marsh and Della (Davis) Marsh, and passed away March 14, 2015 in Bryan, Texas. During his life, he was an electrician for the Houston Post for over 20 years. He retired in 1998. He is preceded in death by his parents; and grandson, Eric Wallace.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Marsh of Point Blank, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Mary Wallace of Gonzales, Texas; one granddaughter; five great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Polley was born April 19, 1935 in Moss Hill, Texas to parents, Claude Parker and Edna (Stout) Parker, and passed away March 12, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. During her lifetime she enjoyed ceramics, shuffle board, and dancing. She also loved music, keeping her hair appointments, and being the best dressed. A couple of her best attributes were being a strong and classy lady. Most of all, she loved being the best mother and grandmother in the world. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, George and Mary Stout, and John and Zetta Parker; grandchild, Thomas Melvin Dominy Jr.; and sister, Mary Fowler.

She is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” Polley of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Helen Whitmire; daughter and son-in-law, Edna and Roy Whitmire; son and daughter-in-law, Bo and Candy McCreight; daughter, Kathy Hoover; son and daughter-in-law, Clifford and Jennifer Polley; grandchildren, Stephanie Kveton, Tricia Pope, Cissy Whitmire, Jeanne Williams, Samatha Spurgeon, John McCreight, Jimmy Herbert Jr., Suzanna Peck, Rachel Winzer, Chad Dominy, Jessica Polley, and Clifford Polley III; great grandchildren, Shelby Fricano, Drew Fricano, Damian Mefford, Nicholos Nickelbur, Jasper Nickelbur, Dylan Nickelbur, Erica Pope, Brandon Pope, Rylee Vandiver, Sheldon Vandiver, Hannah Williams, Natalee Sheffield, Dawson Sheffield, Chrissy Spurgeon, Makayla Spurgeon, J.D. During her life, she loved to cook for her family. She also loved to tend to her home and flowers. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth H. Flossie Irene Davis

Flossie Irene Davis, age 90, was born in Nogalus Prairie, Texas on April 5, 1925 to William Joseph Ephram Marshburn and Dora Belle Marshburn. She went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 23, 2015. Flossie had a love for music, singing and was a very talented artist. Flossie also loved to cook for all. She was a faithful servant to the Lord. Her mission in life was to be a witness for Him and was instrumental in bringing many people to The Body of Christ. Flossie is survived by her two daughters, Nelline Strange and husband Gerald, Diane Mansel and husband Douglas; son in law, Sidney Napoleon; her sister, Jewell Cavnar; three grandchildren, Chad Mansel and wife Holly, Charlotte Mallory and husband David, and Teresa Stewart; a host of other relatives and dear friends. Flossie was preceded in death by her husband, Edward O. Davis; daughter, Ella Faye Napoleon; grandson, Jesse Arendal Stewart and 14 brothers and sisters. Service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 3:30 P.M. at Friendship Harbor Church in Trinity, Texas with Bro. Reagan Duncan, Bro. John Budd and Bro. George Bragg officiating. Burial to follow in Chita cemetery.
