Patsy L. Bailey, age 69, passed away, Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in Lockney. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 5, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Lockney with Vance Mitchell officiating. Interment
follow at the Lockney cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Lockney. Arrangements are under the care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Lockney.
Patsy was born on January 6, 1945 in Lockney to Owen Elbert and Avis (Miller) Emert. Patsy and her family always went on vacation in the summer to Lake Kemp where she loved to go fishing. One thing she loved to do was cook for her family. Patsy enjoyed gardening. The most important thing Patsy loved to do was spend time with her family and especially her grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her husband; James Richard Bailey, parents; Owen and Avis Emert and brother; Keith Emert.
Patsy is survived by three sons; Tracy Bailey and wife Bobbye of Lubbock, Ronnie Bailey of Floydada, Kevin Bailey of Midland, one daughter; Terri Bailey of Lubbock, a sister; Vickie Emert and husband Curtis of Floydada, one brother; Floyd Emert and wife Janet of Sulfur, Oklahoma, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Hattie Williams Mullens, age 89, passed away, Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Prairie House in Plainview. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Floydada cemetery with James Earl officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Moore Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Hattie was born on October 11, 1925 to Taylor "Seven" and Eva (Springfield) Williams in Elm Flat, Texas. She loved to fish, fix hair and cook for her friends and family. Hattie was a nurse's aide and loved to help others.
She is preceded in death by her son; Lasalle Donnelle, one sister; Ethel Price and brother; Samuel Williams.
Hattie is survived by her brother; Roy Williams of San Antonio, one grandchild and several nephews and nieces.
Guy Wesley Ginn

Guy Wesley Ginn, age 99, passed away, Thursday, December 18, 2014 in Lubbock. Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Floyd County Memorial Park in Floydada. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Floydada with Pat Ginn and Ken Peterson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Guy was born in Roger Mills County in Oklahoma in 1915 to Charles Wesley and Hazel Witt Ginn. This family moved to Floydada in 1923. Guy graduated from Floydada High School in 1933 and graduated from Texas Technological College with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1940. Guy married
Margaret Louise Smith of Floydada in December 1938. Guy and Margaret returned to Floydada in 1943 where they spent the rest of their married
life. Guy lived here until the fall of 2012. He was office manager for Southwestern Public Service in Plainview, Clovis, NM, and Floydada for nine years. He began farming in 1950 and retired in 1985. He was president of the Rotary Club of Floydada in 1952-1953 and was a founding member of the Floydada Vegetable Growers Association. He was active in the life of Floydada United Methodist Church serving in many positions and as a member of the building committee for the new building in 1953.
Guy is preceded in death by his wife Margaret who passed away in 2006, his parents, a son Charles Vaughn Ginn of Petersburg who passed away in 1990, and two sisters Norma Wood and Nelda Rae Whitfill.
Guy is survived by son Kenneth Pat (Martha) Ginn of Lubbock, daughter Jancy (Steve) Rodgers of Petersburg, and daughter-in-law Linda Ginn of Lubbock. He is also survived by grandchildren Phil (Jo) Ginn, Caryn Mulanax, Susan (Eddie) McMahan, Brannon (Misty) Rodgers, Kirk (Kari) Rodgers, Cheryl (Rod) Bishop, and Elizabeth (John) McCormick as well as 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Floydada or Seniors Citizens Center of Floydada.
William Alvin "Bill" Feuerbacher

William Alvin Feuerbacher, age 86, passed away, Sunday, June 7, 2015.. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life of 86 years on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Floyd County Memorial Park. Family will gather for fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Floydada. Arrangements are under the care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
William Alvin (Bill) Feuerbacher was born August 15, 1928 in Shattuck, Oklahoma. His parents were Alvin and Gertrude Feuerbacher. The family moved to Plainview Texas and Bill graduated from Plainview High school. Bill attended Texas Tech University and was employed by Son Carpet Company in Plainview. Bill was an Army Sergeant first class from 1950-52 and served as a Supply Sergeant in the Korean War. In February 1960, he married
Norma Gene Weatherall and they moved to Floydada, Texas. In Floydada, Bill was employed as City Secretary and also City Manager while Norma taught in Floydada ISD. They lived in Floydada until they retired in 2012 and moved to San Angelo, Texas.
Bill is survived by Norma, his loving wife of 55 years, his three sons and their families; Jeff and Debi, Shawn and Linda and Brad and Belinda. Bill had six grandchildren; Brad, Monica, Megan, Kalie, Cory and Drew and also five great grandchildren; Haley, Chelsea, Peyton, Jayden and Grayson.

Frances LaVern Davis on December 3, 1950 in Roaring Springs, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his wife; LaVern Davis Kingery, his parents; Elmo Kingery and Eliza Dye Kingery, a sister; Beavis Dickson, two brothers; Raymond and Leon Kingery.
Teddy is survived by 4 children; Anthony and wife Kathy Kingery of Silverton, Frances and husband Carl Brown of Chickasha, OK, Glen and wife Judy Kingery of Abilene, Texas, Annette and husband Merle Roehr of Gallup, New Mexico, 4 grandchildren; Karen and husband Jarred Rowden of Shallowater, Shauna and husband Wheeler Osborne of Lubbock, Shalana and husband Benjamin Jacobi of Lubbock, Nathaniel and wife Haley Roehr of Amarillo, 4 great grandchildren; Brock Cheek, Jade Jacobi, Paxton & Parker Rowden, a brother-in-law; SN Davis of Waxahachie, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Reynaldo was born October 6, 1944 to Juan and Francisca (Guerra) Gonzales in Kingsville, Texas. Reynaldo could build almost anything. He was very talented with his hands. He enjoyed being a mechanic.
He is preceded in death by his parents Juan and Francisca Gonzales and one brother; Alfredo Gonzales.
Reynaldo is survived by 3 sons; Ricky Gonzales, Ray Gonzales and Ruben Gonzales, Josh Gonzales, 1 daughter; Sylvia McCarter, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 5 brothers; Ben Gonzales and wife Mollie, Armando Gonzales and wife Lupe, Placido Gonzales, Fabian Gonzales, and Rafael Gonzales and wife Susan, 2 sister; Julie Garcia, and Juanita Moncibais.

Byrd T. "Buster" Mooney, age 83, passed away, Sunday, December 28, 2014. Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the Floydada cemetery. Byrd was born on May 20, 1931 to O.R. and Roe Annie (Terrell) Mooney in Oglesby, Texas. Byrd moved to Floydada in 1934, he graduated from Floydada High School in 1950. He was drafted into the Army on May 11, 1953 and volunteered for the paratroopers. He was honorably discharged from the Army May 10, 1955. Byrd worked for many years at the Amerada Hess and over 30 years for Peabody Coal in Kayenta, Arizona.
He was preceded in death by two brothers; Rex and Bob, and a sister, Murice.
Byrd was survived by a sister; Jo Beth Walker of Lubbock, 3 nephews; Mike Walker, (Holli, Landon and Logan) of Lubbock, Stevan Walker of Lubbock, Rex Mooney (Barbara and Kathrine) of River Ridge, L.A., and a special Farmington family; Beth Ann Williams and family.

Violet Juanita Dassler on October 20, 1947. She passed away on January 10, 2014. Charlie worked 30 years farming in the Plainview and Lockney areas. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Lockney. His hobbies included hunting and fishing.
Charlie is survived by a daughter, Edith Cook of Lockney, a son; Roy Henderson of Bonham, Tx, a daughter in law; Gail Henderson of Malacoff, Tx, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 66 years, a son; Ira Henderson, and a great grandbaby; Charlie Lee Howard and several brothers and sisters.
