Michelle Baldwin
Michelle Baldwin, 80, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022.
She was the oldest of three children born to Jack Hamilton Tarver and Marian Beryl Lucas Tarver on September 14, 1942, in Plainview, Texas.
Her family soon moved to Amarillo, Texas, where she was raised.
She was involved in dance and theater as a child and was a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church.
She attended both Amarillo and Tascosa High School and was a student during the opening year of Tascosa in 1958.
On August 15, 1959, she married Lanny D Baldwin at Saint Lucien's Chapel on the campus of Price College in Amarillo, Texas.
They had two daughters, Cynthia Ann and Deborah Sue.
Ms. Baldwin was active at St. Joseph's Catholic Church while serving with the Catholic Daughters Alter Society and the Knights of Columbus.
Ms. Baldwin received two A.A.S. degrees from Amarillo College, one in Dental Hygiene and another in Computer-Assisted Drafting and Design.
Ms. Baldwin enjoyed reading, traveling, dance, music, and attending to her kitties.
She also was involved in modeling clothing and hair design.
She had a friendly smile and a pleasant personality and will be missed by many.
Michelle is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Baldwin Grant and husband Dick, and Debbie Baldwin Mosley.
A granddaughter, Maddison Grant Harvison and husband Matthew, three grandsons, Parker Mosley and wife Holly, Landon Mosley, and Seth Grant.
Three great-grandchildren, Cooper and Henley Harvison, and Claire Mosley.
Two brothers, Steve Tarver and wife Sandy, and Roger Tarver and wife Bettelyn.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Marian Tarver, her ex-husband Lanny Baldwin, and her son-in-law Clay Mosley.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 6 at 2:00PM at Flower Mound Family Funeral Home, 3550 Firewheel Dr, Flower Mound, Texas. After the service the family will be at 3913 Vintage Place in Flower Mound, Texas.
Graveside services will be held Friday, October 7 at 4:00PM at Llano Cemetery, 2900 S Hayes St, Section 10, Lot 11 Amarillo, Texas.
After the service, the family will be at 6319 Ridgewood Dr., Amarillo, Texas.
Linda Carol Dudek
Linda Carol Dudek, died at Medical City Hospital October 13, 2020, in Denton, Texas. Linda was 72; born on March 15, 1948, in Chicago, IL to Charles Elmer Fick and Doris L Fick.
She attended Triton College graduating in 1977 with an associate in arts degree.
She married in 1970 to Joseph H. Dudek, Jr., and the couple had two children together.
She made many friends at Ikon Office systems, after working there for over 25 years.
She did volunteer work for the American Heart Association after her retirement.
Linda is survived by her husband, Joseph; their children, Timothy Dudek, and Christopher Dudek; and her grandchildren, Jason, Taylor, Michael, and Alexander Dudek.
A memorial service is scheduled for 10 a.m. at Dalton & Son Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas.

Robert Elmer Sheets
Robert Elmer Sheets (Bob) went to be with the Lord on the morning of October 11th, 2020.
Robert was born on November 29th 1960 in Karsruhe, Germany, to Mr. and Mrs. Ronald L Sheets.
Mr. Sheet’s was in the U.S. Army and the family traveled all over the world.
While in high school, Bob’s family moved to and retired in Colorado Springs.
Bob lived and worked there for several years before briefly joining the Air Force.
After his time in the Air Force, Bob decided to make Texas his home.
Robert is preceded in death by his loving mother Elsa B. Sheets.
Robert is survived by his father, Robert L. Sheets, sister Diana Perrone, brother-in-law Paul Perrone, Sister Heidi brother-in-law Sean McGown, brother Ron and sister-in-law Lynn Sheets, 5 nieces and 2 Nephews, 4 Great-Nieces and 3 great-nephews, all who loved and adored him.
Bob had the biggest heart and made everyone around him smile.
Every Sunday he would call his father back in Colorado Springs, to make sure everyone was well.
He never forgot a birthday or anniversary.
His life revolved around his family, and if you know Bob, you were family.
Davina Ruth Gray Cowen
Davina Ruth Gray Cowen was born in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Husten Clyde Gray and Betty Ruth Gray on September 20, 1953 and passed away on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at the age of 67 in Flower Mound, Texas.
She attended elementary through high school in Odessa, Texas, graduating from Permian High School in 1971.
Davina married Clarence William (“Dub”) Suttle on January 22, 1972 and became the loving mother of two children: William Husten Suttle and wife Amy, Michael Lynn Suttle and wife Rebecca. Her 5 grandchildren are: Ashlyn Suttle, Amanda Suttle, Michaela Suttle, Justin Suttle, and Gretchen Suttle.
Other family members left to honor and cherish her memory are her two loving sisters, Anita Stegall and husband David of Levelland, Texas, and Lisa Cooper and husband, Bob of Lake Dallas, Texas, as well as nieces, Sharee, Shanna, Emily, and Audrey.
Davina was preceded in death by her parents, Husten and Betty Gray.
Pallbearers include Will Suttle, Michael Suttle, Bob Cooper, Jackie Howard, Chris Whitney, and Justin Suttle.
Visitation will be 8-10 a.m. Thursday, October 29th, 2020 at Flower Mound Family Funeral Home at 3550 Firewheel Drive, Flower Mound, Texas.
Memorial Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by processional to Rolling Oaks Memorial Center at 400 S. Freeport Parkway, Coppell, Texas 75019.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Grapevine Elks Lodge at 909 Bushong Rd, Grapevine, TX 76051, immediately following.

Elizabeth Duncan Matthews
Elizabeth Duncan Matthews, 81, of Flower Mound, Texas, entered heaven on October 24, 2020 after battling multiple illnesses.
Elizabeth was born on October 13, 1939 to William and Gladys Duncan in Rio Grande City.
The family moved around quite a bit during her youth, and she graduated in 1957 from Del Rio High School.
She then went on to study mathematics at Texas Woman’s University, graduating from there in 1961.
After graduation, she landed her first job as an engineer at Ling-Temco-Vought (LTV) where she met David Matthews, and they married in May 1962, going on to have two daughters, Laura Anne and Diana Gay.
As her daughters grew older, Elizabeth starting substitute teaching for Grand Prairie ISD, where she was a favorite substitute teacher and got to know many of her students.
She eventually taught Geometry full-time at Grand Prairie High School.
She was an “extra mother” and confidante to many, and loved when former students continued to visit, even when her daughters were away at college.
She was always available with a great listening ear and a caring response, and touched so many lives.
After her girls were out of college and following her divorce, Elizabeth went into the mortgage industry, where she loved her work and formed some very close friendships.
She retired in 2006 to Flower Mound to be close to her daughters and grandchildren.
She was an amazing mother, and a loving, doting grandmother.
She loved attending recitals, games, plays, and concerts, and had close relationships with each of her grandkids.
We will miss her terribly.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her mother and father, and her sister, Sarah Anne Jones.
She is survived by daughter Laura Hilman and her husband, Jeff, and grandson Tyler Matthew, and daughter Diana Barnard and her husband, Gregg, and their children, Emma Elizabeth and Aidan Jay.
The family requests all flowers and notes be sent to Flower Mound Family Funeral Home.
There will be visitation on Thursday, October 29, from 6-8pm, and the funeral service Friday at 2pm.
Jean Prather
Jean Prather, 91 resident of Flower Mound, Texas, entered Heaven on October 24, 2020.
She was born July 3rd, 1929, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Survived by her daughter Donna Dermott.
Jean had two younger sisters, Fay Kebert and Martha Cartwright.
Survived by sister Fay Kebert and brother in law George Cartwright.
Jean enjoyed nature and people and prayed for Family, Friends and Our Nation.
The Lord Jesus Christ was and is her Savior And King!
Mary Josephine Meno
Mary Josephine Meno passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 after 90 wonderful years with us.
At the time of her passing, Mary was a resident at The Oaks of Flower Mound, where she resided for the past several years with her trusty companion Macy.
Mary was born in Detroit, Michigan, on August 31, 1930, the daughter of Dr. John and Evelyn Johnston.
Mary enjoyed a wonderful childhood along with her younger twin siblings Diane and William.
Mary graduated from The Liggett School, and enjoyed summers spent at the Detroit Golf Club where she was an avid swimmer and diver.
Shortly after her 18th birthday, she drew the attention of Frederick John Meno, III and the two would spend the better part of the next seven decades together.
After attending Western College in Oxford, Ohio, Mary and Fred were married and remained so for 64 years, until his passing in 2016.
Mary and Fred were quite the team, and were avid sailors in the Interlake and Flying Scot class of one design sailboats, winning several National Championships together.
To this day, the championship trophy for the Flying Scot Midwinter Regatta bears Mary’s name.
Together Mary and Fred raised two wonderful children, Fred, IV and Debbie.
Mary raised her children in Columbus, OH where she spent time volunteering for the March of Dimes, in addition to sailing and serving as Fred’s faithful co-pilot in their travels around the country after Fred obtained his private pilot’s license.
The family later moved to Houston, TX, and then to Pennington, NJ.
While in Pennington, Mary was a Volunteer Coordinator at Princeton Hospital, and an avid bowler in the Wednesday morning ladies league at Curtis Lanes.
Mary and Fred retired to Panama City Beach, FL in 1988, where they enjoyed the warm sun and gulf breezes and were active members at the St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club.
It was there that Mary most enjoyed the greatest role of her life, Grandmother to her four pride and joys, Madison and Natalie Meno, and Kyle and Caitlin Hoagland.
School breaks and summer vacations were busy times for Mary as she spoiled her grandkids rotten!
Homemade snickerdoodle, lemon rolls and an endless supply of Capri Suns were always on hand.
Mary and Fred later moved to Conroe, TX, and then to Southlake, TX.
Following Fred’s passing, Mary moved to Flower Mound, TX.
Mary is predeceased by her parents and siblings, as well as her beloved husband, and sadly by her faithful companion Macy, a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen.
She reluctantly leaves behind her loving children and their spouses, Frederick John Meno, IV and Monica Meno (nee Lewis) of Fort Worth, TX and Edward and Deborah Hoagland of Northlake, TX, as well as her beautiful grandchildren.
A celebration of Mary’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the Flower Mound Family Funeral Home, 3550 Firewheel Drive, Flower Mound, TX 75028, with interment to follow at a later date at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit, MI.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a memorial donation in Mary’s name be made to Mercy Hospice, 2281 Olympia Drive, Suite 100, Flower Mound, TX 75028
Dora Elizabeth "Liz" Sharyers

Preceded in death by her father John Marion Sharyers and mother Nancy Flannery Sharyers, her sister Margaret Sickles and Brother Roy Sharyers.
Also preceded in death by many friends from her church.
Liz worked in Paris, Texas, until she moved to Dallas, and began her career as Self-Employed.
She spent her life collecting friends and taking care of animals that she so dearly loved.
To know Liz was to love her.
Liz would always smile when her friends would call her "Chainsaw Liz".
She enjoyed being outside and usually she was helping others with various chores and some included cutting down trees with a chainsaw.
She was always very involved with her neighborhood and was very involved with her church, The Cathedral of Hope, that she loved and enjoyed so much.
She was one of the original members of the MCC Dallas Church and always shared fond memories.
Liz is survived by a host of friends that will forever miss her.
Rebecca ‘Becky’ Lee Smartt
Rebecca ‘Becky’ Lee Smartt, age 66, died January 16, 2021. Becky lived on Moss Lake in Gainesville, TX, with her devoted husband of forty-seven years, Randy Smartt.
Becky was the only daughter born to Bobby Glenn Thompson, Sr. and Donna Jean Wilson Thompson in Somerset, KY on November 7, 1954.
She had four brothers: Bobby Thompson, Jr., Bill Thompson, Jeffery Thompson, and John Thompson.
Becky and Randy were high school sweethearts at J.J. Pierce High School and married June 23, 1973.
Becky’s life was a rich blessing to all who knew her.
Her career at Motorola spanned forty-five incredibly successful years in customer support and sales.
She was selected as a member of the Galvin Masters, the highest honor for a Motorola salesperson to achieve.
She joined this select group of leading salespeople as one of the few women to do so in the early 1990s and maintained this status for twenty-six years until she retired in 2017.
She was one of the longest tenured salespeople in the Galvin Masters program and also served as an officer for four years including two years as Galvin Masters President.
Becky was awarded Motorola Salesperson of the Year numerous times and earned the highest respect from her colleagues and customers.
She mentored new salespeople as a Galvin Masters leader and helped prepare the next generation before her retirement to ensure that Motorola would always keep moving forward.
Becky never spoke of her achievements but was quick to be a cheerleader for her co-workers.
Her friendships at Motorola were deep and wide, and they were always more important to her than her own success.
Becky loved life, her family, and her friends.
Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and her light shone abundantly for others.
She was actively involved in the Moss Lake Women’s Bible Study group.
Becky’s faith in her Lord Jesus Christ was strong, and she lived her life in service to others.
She joyfully ran errands and delivered care packages to porches for people in her community.
Her other interests included crafting, camping, traveling, and cooking, baking, and painting rocks with her grandchildren.
Her greatest joy came from service, her faith, and her family.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband Randy Smartt; her four brothers; her daughter Casey Smartt Colvin (Matt) and son Justin Smartt (Jillian); her three grandchildren Brodie Colvin, Macie Colvin, and Grayson Smartt who called her ‘Mimi’; and her precious little dog Libby.
A Memorial Service will be held February 6, 2021 at Dalton & Son Funeral Home, 1550 N. Stemmons Freeway, Lewisville, TX 75067.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Becky’s memory to Ranch Hands Rescue.

Patrick Gerard Skinner
Patrick Gerard Skinner, 62, of Frisco, Texas, passed away peacefully in his sleep in the morning hours of April 6, 2021.
Pat was born on July 18, 1958 to Arnold and Alice Skinner in Newark, New Jersey.
After graduating as the Valedictorian from Bloomfield Tech in 1976, he went on to become a plumber.
In 1978, he met Andrea Mitchell, and they wed in 1979, going on to have 2 children, Patrick Skinner, II and Alexandria Skinner.
They moved to Texas, in 1983 and Pat became a Master Plumber in 1985.
He then opened his own plumbing company, Skinner Plumbing, Inc.
In 2000, Pat bought a bar and thus Pat’s Pub was created, but years later, in 2015, the pub had to close due to a fire.
Pat and Andrea divorced in 2005.
In 2011, he met Priscilla Alaniz Innes and they wed in 2013, where he became stepfather to two children, Laura and Katlin Innes.
Pat was predeceased by his father Arnold Skinner, mother Alice Skinner, brother Gregory Skinner Strider.
He is survived by his wife Priscilla Innes Skinner, son Patrick Skinner, II, daughter Alexandria and husband Christopher Sheehan, Stepdaughter Laura Innes, Stepdaughter Katlin and husband Shaun Salazar, grandchildren Logan, Destiny, Payton, Tanner Robbie and Hudson.
