Juanita Perrien
ANSON — Juanita A. Perrien, 86, died Saturday at a local nursing home.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Lee Welch officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Lawrence-Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Perrien was born in Truby and attended school in the Union community. She lived in Jones County all her life and had been a cook at the Noodle school and a dietitian at Anson General Hospital. She was a member and nursery keeper of First Baptist Church. She married Sam Harvey Perrien in 1932 in Anson; he preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Danny Heald of Anson; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several cousins.

Albert Woodrow ‘Woody’ Hill
CISCO — Albert Woodrow “Woody” Hill, 81, of the Atwell community died Saturday at his home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gene Kreig officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bill Armstrong. Burial will be in Scranton Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was born in Spur and was a carpenter and a member of Faith Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He married Estelle Poe in 1940 in Post.
Survivors include his wife, of Atwell; one son, Woodrow Hill Jr. of Breckenridge; one daughter, Brenda Rivard of Atwell; two sisters, Opal Johnson of Stone Mountain, Ga., and Odell Sheppard of Dallas; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6:30-8:30 p.m. today.

Ronald ‘Ronnie’ Wilson
COLORADO CITY — Ronald “Ronnie” Wilson, 50, died Saturday at a local hospital after a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Blackwell Cemetery, directed by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Wilson was born in Monahans and grew up in Colorado City. He graduated from Colorado High School and was an oil field worker, a motel manager in Odessa and a construction contractor.
Survivors include his parents, Audrey and Merlin Wilson of Colorado City; two brothers, Delos Wilson and Tommie Wilson, both of Colorado City; and two stepchildren, Joe Hernandez and David Hernandez, both of Colorado City.

Elva Jean ‘Dink’ Hall
HAMLIN — Elva Jean “Dink” Hall, 71, died Sunday at her home near Merkel.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Hamlin Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. James Brigham officiating, directed by Foster-Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hall was born at Fort Gates, moved to Hamlin in 1942 and graduated from Hamlin High School in 1944. She was a homemaker, a professional seamstress and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She had lived near Merkel since 1976. She was the widow of J.R. Elliott. She married Joe Hall in 1960 in Hamlin.
Survivors include her husband, of Merkel; one son, Douglas Elliott of Borger; one daughter, Jerry Lynn Wilson of Fort Worth; one brother, M.D. “Bo” Newland of Hamlin; one sister, Billy Fininis of Pipe Creek; and six grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6-7:30 p.m. today.

Andres Avelina Mendez
BAIRD — Andres Avelina Mendez, 91, died Sunday at an Abilene hospital.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Parker Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Ross Cemetery Annex.
Mr. Mendez was born in Gomez Palacio, Durango, Mexico, and had lived in Baird since 1957. He was retired from J.H. Strain & Sons and was a Catholic. He married Dominga Bustamente in 1932 in Rosenburg.
Survivors include one daughter, Eliadora Delores Keith of Baird; four sons, Fred Mendez, Andrew Mendez Jr. and John Mendez Jr., all of Baird, and Siprano Mendez of San Antonio; two sisters, Francisco Ramirez of Baird and Mary Garza of Sweeny; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Jacquie Jeannette Falkenbury Peck
SWEETWATER — Jacquie Jeannette Falkenbury Peck, 64, of Rockwall died Saturday at a Rowlett hospital.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will be in Roscoe Cemetery.
Mrs. Peck was born in Roscoe and was a secretary. She married Charles “Chuck” Peck III in 1981 in Rotan.
Survivors include her husband, of Rockwall; three daughters, Starla Burney of Mesquite, Darla Miller of Houston and Jessica Hines of Fresno, Calif.; her father, Allen Hull of Rotan; one sister, Lynelda Swafford of Rotan; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. today.

Huett Fuller Sr.
Huett Fuller Sr., 89, died April 20 at his home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at New Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. James W. Webbs officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, directed by Girdner-Brown Funeral Home, 111 Elm.
Mr. Fuller was born in Powell, Miss., and grew up in Pine Bluff, Ark. He worked for the railroad and for Morris Tie Plant. He moved to Abilene in 1996. He married Annie Bell Collins in 1955 in East St. Louis, Ill.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Jinetta Collins of Abilene and Geneva Jackson, Ella Mae Fuller and Linda Faye Fuller, all of Milwaukee, Wis.; four sons, Robert Mason and Huett Fuller Jr., both of Abilene, Louis Fuller of Milwaukee and Joseph Fuller of Colorado; 30 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will be at the funeral home from 5:30-7:30 p.m. today.

Trevor Jay Clark
Trevor Jay Clark, infant son of Terry and Paige Clark, died Sunday at a local hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 U.S. Hwy. 277 South, with the Rev. Rodney Watson officiating. Burial will be in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories.
Trevor was born in Abilene.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, ,Dalton Clinton Clark of Abilene; one sister, Brittney Rene Clark of Albany; grandparents Marjorie Clark of Abilene and Ron and Nancy Clinton of Fort Worth; great-grandparents Clifford and Mary Nell Clinton of Granbury and Margie Wilson of Amarillo; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Charles McCall Moore
Charles McCall Moore, 85, a longtime Abilene businessman, died Monday at a local hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at 5th and Grape Street Church of Christ with Royce Williamson and Paul Lack officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory.
Mr. Moore was born in Richland Springs and graduated from Abilene High School in 1931. He attended Simmons College and resided in Abilene since 1929, except 1963-1978, when he lived in Lovington, N.Mex. He was a member of 5th and Grape Church of Christ and Optimist Club. He was active in Meals on Wheels. He married Mary Louise Calfee in 1935 in Abilene; she preceded him in death.
Survivors include one son, Charlie D. Moore of Midland; one daughter, Dawn Trammell of Abilene; and two grandsons.
