Frank Ramos Sr.
ANSON - Frank Ramos Sr., 88 died Wednesday at his home.
Services were Friday, June 25, at St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Rev. Oscar Del Rio officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Lawrence-Adams Funeral Home of Anson.
Mr. Ramos was born in Floresville and moved to Anson in 1950. He married Eusebia "Sadie" Ramirez on May 17, 1952 in Anson. He was a farmer and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of Anson; ten sons, Frank Ramos Jr., Salvador Ramos, Louis Ramos, Terry Ramos, and Joe Ramos all of Anson, Trino Ramos and Richard Ramos both of Topeka, Kan., Ramiro Ramos of Arlington, Ramon Ramos of Garland, Paul Ramos of Abilene; four daughters, Tonya Munoz of Fort Worth, Linda Munoz of Anson, Becky Baiza and Ofelia Morgan both of Weatherford; one brother, Lalo Ramos of Anson; two sisters, Beatrice Herrera of Anson and Vivanna Sanchez of Corpus Christi; one half-brother, Gilbert Herrera of Milwaukee, Wisc.; six half-sisters, Mary Herrera, Jacob Herrera, Margie Cardenas, Santos Rodriguez, Dominca Salazar and Frances DeLeon all of Corpus Christi, 52 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Evelyn Stewart
Evelyn Stewart, 69, of Abilene, died Friday at a local hospital.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 27, at Hope Chapel Foursquare Church in Abilene with the Revs. J.D. Hinson and Ed Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Dewey Cemetery, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 U.S. Hwy. 277 South.
Mrs. Stewart was born in Bryan and graduated from high school in Pampa. She attended Draughon's Business College. She was the widow of Ebert E. Stewart, whom she married on Nov. 30, 1947 in Lawn. She was a homemaker and had lived in the Abilene area most of her life. She was a member of the Hope Foursquare Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Hobbs of Abilene and Donna Moffitt of Amarillo; one sister, Margaret Peck; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at the funeral home.

Madeline Trainer
Madeline Trainer, 86, formerly of Abilene, died Friday at a Lubbock hospital.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at the Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 U.S. Hwy. 277 South with Bill Luttrell and Cecil Cox officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Trainer was born in Denton County and graduated from high school in Denton. She moved to Abilene in 1945. She was the widow of Ray E. Trainer, whom she married on Oct. 8, 1938, in Denton. She was a homemaker and a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ in Abilene.
Survivors include one daughter, Chris Kimbler of Lubbock; one son, Kenneth R. Trainer of Garland; two sisters, Ada Daniel and Myrtle Meador both of Dallas; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Wyvonne Loven Wood
Wyvonne Loven Wood, 78, of Abilene, died Friday in a local hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 27, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Pecos, directed by Bailey Funeral Home of Clyde.
Mrs. Wood was born in Denton Valley. She graduated from Littlefield High School and Texas Women's University. She completed her internship as a therapeutic dietitian at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver. She married Everett J. Wood on June 25, 1946. She moved to Abilene in 1974 and worked for the Department of Health. She was a Registered Dietitian with Long Term Care until her retirement.
Survivors include her husband of Abilene; two sons, Glen W. Wood of Abilene and Jesse F. Wood of Tucson, Ariz.; one sister, Mary Loven of Abilene; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Dewey Delaney
BRECKENRIDGE - Dewey Delaney, 60, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at the Elliott Street Church of Christ with Jim Cox officiating. Burial will be in Merriman Cemetery in Ranger, directed by Morehart Mortuary of Breckenridge.
Mr. Delaney was born in Stamford and graduated from Crane High School. He served in the U.S. Army. He lived in Abilene and Breckenridge while working for Gandy Dairies as a route driver. He also worked in the oilfields and at the Eliasville Gas Plant. He had worked in several states as a union carpenter for Brown & Root Company. He returned to Breckenridge as a self-employed carpenter in 1987.
Survivors include one son, Dewey Don Delaney Jr. of Independence, Kan.; one daughter, Donna Reece Cook of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, Melvin H. Delaney of Maumelle, Ark.; and one grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the VFW.

Jana R. 'Burt' Dunson
RANGER - Jana R. "Burt" Dunson, 42, died Thursday at her home.
A brief service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Edwards Funeral Home of Ranger. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at the Alameda Cemetery.
Mrs. Dunson was born in Ranger. She married David Dunson on Dec. 28, 1974 in Del Rio, TX. She had worked at the Ranger College Cafeteria for 10 years.
Survivors include her husband of Ranger; her mother, Jewell McDowell Reed of Ranger; one daughter, Lisa Davis of Junction City, Kan.; one son, Scott Dunson of Ranger; one sister, Jennifer Alexandra of Saginaw; two brothers, Jim Young of Fort Worth and Jackie Henson of Ranger; and one grandchild.

Archie Ray Langford
BRECKENRIDGE - Archie Ray Langford, 83, of Stephens County, died Friday in an Eastland hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 27, at the Necessity Baptist Church with the Revs. Wesley Hodges, Jody Sanders, and Jerry Speer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, directed by Morehart Mortuary of Breckenridge.
Mr. Langford was born in Stephens County. He attended school in Frankell and Snyder, and graduated from Snyder High School. He married Maxine Flow in Eastland on Sept. 28, 1938. He was a farmer/stockman in the Frankell Community and a member of the Necessity Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of Stephens County; two sons, Cecil R. Langford of Lakeview and Bill Langford of Weatherford; one daughter, Ginger Vick of Breckenridge; one brother, E. Cecil Langford of Breckenridge; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Meals on Wheels or the Necessity Baptist Church.

Lucile M. Camp
Lucile M. Camp, 82, of Abilene, died Friday at a local hospital
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 28, in Elmwood Memorial Park with the Rev. David Cason officiating, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory.
Mrs. Camp was born in Mount Enterprise where she graduated from high school. She moved to Abilene in 1959 and worked as a private duty nurse, worked at the Abilene State School, and worked at West Texas Medical Center. She was the widow of Earl C. Willis, whom she married in Sept., 1984. She married Floyd Camp in Abilene on April 21, 1996. She was a member of the Broadview Baptist Church and Rose Park Senior Citizens Center.
Survivors include her husband of Abilene; one daughter, Carol Williams of Abilene; one stepdaughter, Floydean Dearing of Abilene; one stepson, Tom Camp of Abilene; four brothers, Royce Creel of Atlanta, Ga., Bud Creel and Dick Creel both of Mount Enterprise, and Novell Creel of El Paso; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Frank Alverez Perez
Frank Alverez Perez, 57, died Thursday in a local hospital.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dimmitt with the Rev. Fernand Couture officiating. Burial will be in Castro Memorial Gardens in Dimmitt, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory. A prayer service will be at 8 p.m. Monday, June 28, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The body will be available for viewing until noon Monday at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home.
Mr. Perez was born in Lamesa. He married Tommie Lopez on Nov. 13, 1961 in Dimmitt. He was a truck driver for the City of Lamar, Colo., Sanitation and Street Departments, retiring after 30 years. He moved to Abilene six months ago. He was a member of St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church in Abilene and Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife of Abilene; one daughter, Silvia Strite of Abilene; four brothers, Jesse Perez of Sweetwater, Juan Perez of San Angelo, and Raymond Perez and Phillip Perez both of Dimmitt; two sisters, Virginia Bordayo of Hereford and Lupe Rodriquez of Dimmitt; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
