Roy Victor Casey
AUSTIN - Roy Victor Casey, 73, of Cedar Park and formerly of Abilene, died Sunday.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cook-Walden Chapel of Hills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery.
Mr. Casey was a longtime baseball coach at many levels.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Casey of Cedar Park; one son, Glen Casey of Weatherford; one stepson, Spence Jackson of Austin; two stepdaughters, Melodye Gatling of Cedar Park and Lisa Jackson of Plano; and five grandchildren.

Samuel Rodriguez
ROTAN - Samuel Rodriguez, 59, of Seguin and formerly of Rotan, died Friday in Seguin.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Macel officiating. Burial will be in Belvieu Cemetery, directed by Weathersbee Funeral Home.
Mr. Rodriguez was born in Rotan and moved to Seguin after marrying in 1960. He was a self-employed glazier, an Army veteran and a member of First Baptist Church in Seguin. He married Esperanza Garcia in Rotan.
Survivors include his wife, of Seguin; three sons, Joel Rodriguez and Able Rodriguez, both of California, and Daniel Rodriguez of Austin; his mother, Petra Rodriguez; four sisters, Petra Garcia and Maria Rodriguez, both of Abilene, Lydia Yanez of Rotan and Rachel Martinez of Moreno Valley, Calif.; three brothers, Daniel Rodriguez of Moreno Valley, Jim Rodriguez of Abilene and Isais Rodriguez of Rotan; and four grandchildren.

Harvey Franklin Hatley
CLYDE - Harvey Franklin Hatley, 75, died Sunday at his home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Joplin officiating. Burial will be in Clyde Cemetery.
Mr. Hatley was born in Zephyr and worked for Rogue Valley Orchards and Packing Co. in Medford, Ore., until retiring in 1983. He moved to Clyde from Medford in 1984. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include one daughter, Helen Louise Massey of Abilene; one brother, W.H. Hatley of Clyde; three sisters, Czella Ross of Clyde, Velma Gould of Medford and Dorothy Lewallen of Granbury; one half-sister, Rachel Cagle of Cisco; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Selma Louise Hasserodt
COLEMAN - Selma Louise Hasserodt, 79, died Sunday in Coleman.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Santa Anna Cemetery with the Rev. Marvin Hale officiating, directed by Walker Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hasserodt was born in Gonzales and had lived in Coleman County since 1928. She attended school in Gonzales and was a homemaker and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Santa Anna. She married Asa Hasserodt in 1926 in Gonzales; he preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Leon Hasserodt of Coleman and John Edward Hasserodt of Spencer, Wis.; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pat Morton
BROWNWOOD - Pat Morton, 67, died Sunday in Killeen.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with Larry York officiating. Burial will be in Eastlawn Memorial Park, directed by Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
Mr. Morton was born in Fort Worth and had lived in Brownwood since 1961. He retired after 33 years as a technician with Burroughs Corporation. He was an Army veteran and attended a non-denominational church. He married Faye Rollins in 1952 in Fort Worth.
Survivors include his wife, of Brownwood; one son, Doug Morton of Brownwood; one daughter, Patti Wilson of El Paso; one sister, Jean; and five grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. today.

Thelma Perry Atkinson
HASKELL - Thelma Perry Atkinson, 87, died Monday at a local care home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sid Parsley officiating. Burial will be in Willow Cemetery, directed by Holden-McCauley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Atkinson was born in Haskell County and moved to Haskell 3-1/2 years ago from Water Valley. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church. She married R.A. Atkinson in 1969 in Fort Worth; he preceded her in death.
Survivors include four nephews, Ray Perry and Don Perry, both of Haskell, Gene Perry of Stanton and Bill Perry of San Antonio; two nieces, Frances Blacklock of Austin and Jane Perry of Fort Worth; and several great-nieces and -nephews.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 201 N. Avenue F, Haskell 79521.
The family will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m.-noon today.

Austen Alexander Sanov
RANGER - Austen Alexander Sanov, 5, died Sunday after a traffic accident.
Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Rita's Catholic Church with the Rev. Dale Edwards officiating, assisted by the Rev. T. Nathan Tucker. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Austen was born in Houston.
Survivors include his parents, Phillip and Michele Butler Sanov of Ranger; one sister, Allyson Elizabeth Sanov of Ranger; grandparents Ron and Rowena Butler of Ranger and Mr. and Mrs. Seymour Sanov of Gladewater; great-grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Butler of De Witt, Mich., W.H. and Vernice Wilson of Ville Platte, La., and Anita Sterling Rosier of Thickett; and several aunts and uncles.

David Allison
BROWNWOOD - David Allison, 43, died Saturday in Brownwood.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Greenleaf Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Swindler officiating, directed by Heartland Funeral Home of Early.
Mr. Allison was born in Abilene and moved to Brownwood from Abilene in 1987. He was a mechanic and a member of the Pentecostal church. He was the widower of Yvonne Allison.
Survivors include one son, Yancy Allison of Mineral Wells; one daughter, Tiffany Allison of Mineral Wells; his parents, Herbert and Goldia Allison of Brownwood; two brothers, Timothy Allison and Jimmy Allison, both of Brownwood; one sister, Anita George of Brownwood; one grandson and several nieces and nephews.

Herbert Thomas Weaver
EASTLAND - Herbert Thomas Weaver, 91, died Sunday at his home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom Goodman officiating. Burial will be in De Leon Cemetery, directed by Edwards Funeral Home.
Mr. Weaver was born in De Leon, where he attended school. He graduated from Baylor University School of Pharmacy in 1927 and worked at Weaver Drug Store in De Leon. He co-owned Eastland Drug until 1968. He was a Mason with Armstrong Lodge in De Leon and Eastland Lodge. He was on the Eastland school board for 11 years and was a charter member of Lakeside Country Club and Lone Cedar Country Club. He was a member of Eastland Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce and served on the board of Eastlamd Memorial Hospital during its development. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He married Grace Mayo in 1930 in Gorman; she preceded him in death.
Survivors include one son, Herbert Thomas Weaver Jr. of Houston; one daughter, Jana King of Dallas; one sister, Allene Box of De Leon; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
