Lector Thomason
ROCHESTER - Lector Thomason, 99, died Thursday in a Haskell nursing home after a long illness.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in Rochester Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Huff officiating, directed by Smith Funeral Home.
Mrs. Thomason was born in Jones County and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was the widow of Henry M. Thomason.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth Thomason of Sacramento, Calif.; two daughters, Wanda "Corky" Jetter of Graham and Winona Martin of Odessa; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 41 great-great-grandchildren.

Nicholas Antonio Sanchez
Nicholas Antonio Sanchez, infant son of Guadalupe and Andrea Sanchez, died Thursday in a Fort Worth hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Uecker officiating, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory.
Nicholas was born in Abilene.
Other survivors include his grandparents, Francis and Guadalupe Sanchez Sr. of Abilene; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Etta Jean Barnes Terry
DETROIT, Mich. - Etta Jean Barnes Terry, 39, formerly of Abilene, died Friday.
Services will be held in Detroit, directed by Barksdale Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at 5425 Durango in Abilene.
Mrs. Terry lived in Abilene for most of her life. She moved to Detroit about eight years ago and worked as a security guard. She was a Baptist and was the widow of Keith Terry, whom she married in Abilene.
Survivors include three daughters, Lavetta Terry, April Terry and Karrie Terry, all of Detroit; four sisters, Corine Colbert, Lorine Landor, Cora Lee Allen and Nannie Barnes, all of Abilene; four brothers, Elisha Barnes of Oklahoma City, and Archie Barnes, Melvin Barnes and Milton Barnes, all of Abilene; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Betty Jane Barrington
LAMPASAS - Betty Jane Barrington, 63, formerly of the Big Country, died Thursday in a Farwell care facility.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Smith Cemetery in Oakalla in Burnet County with Hansford B. Smith officiating, directed by Briggs-Gamel-Wilcox Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Barrington was born in Oplin and married Bobby Jack Barrington in 1951 in Abilene. She worked as a licensed vocational nurse for 16 years, with 10 years at Snyder Oaks Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, of Lubbock; one son, Jackie Barrington of Newport, Tenn.; four daughters, Daphnee Jones of Clovis, N.M., Debbie Davis of Snyder, Carol Atkins of Breckenridge and Mary Peacock of Blackwell; her mother, Mary Inman of Clyde; one sister, Carlene Brocks of Clyde; two brothers, Leonard Roberson of Rosebud, Ark., and Conrad Roberson of Odessa; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Simona Baez
STAMFORD - Simona P. Baez, 73, died Friday at her home.
Rosary will be said at 6:30 p.m. today in St. Ann's Catholic Church. Mass will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the church with the Rev. Michael Melcher officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery, directed by Tankersley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Baez was born in Mexico and married Jose E. Baez in 1939 in St. Luiz, Mexico. She was a homemaker and was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
Survivors include five sons, Blas Baez of Knox City, Alvaro Baez of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, Jose Baez of Stamford, and Willie Baez and Navor Baez, both of Abilene; five daughters, Sally Fernandez of Mineral Wells, Margie Fernandez and Emily Moreno, both of Stamford, and Janie Baez Woods and Flora Gonzales, both of Abilene; two brothers, Jose Pecina of Dallas and Isbel Pecina of Mexico; one sister, Daria Porras of Dallas; 60 grandchildren; and 59 great-grandchildren.

Randy Flowers
ARLINGTON - Randy Flowers, 46, formerly of Abilene and Guthrie, died Friday at his home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Guthrie Cemetery, directed by Seigler Funeral Home of Paducah.
Mr. Flowers was born in Quanah and graduated from Guthrie High School in 1968. He worked for the 6666 Ranch in Guthrie, and lived in Clayton, N.M., where he managed the 5 States Livestock Auction Cafe. He formerly owned Cal's Restaurant in Paducah and moved to Arlington in 1994 from Abilene. He was employed by Business Hygiene of Dallas and Fort Worth, and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Tarra Nann Townley Flowers of Arlington; two sons, Marty Flowers of Odessa and Jason Flowers of Arlington; one daughter, Tarra Michelle Flowers of Arlington; his mother, Yvonne Mingus of Odessa; two brothers, Ronny Flowers and Richard "Fudd" Flowers, both of Greenwood; one sister, Delilah Jones of Odessa; and several nieces and nephews.

Josie Reeves
BELTON - Josie (Mrs. P.J.) Reeves, 92, formerly of Coleman, died Thursday in a local nursing home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Brown Ranch Cemetery in Coleman County, directed by Sheffield Funeral Home of Temple.
Mrs. Reeves was born near Santa Anna in Coleman County and worked as an artist and school teacher for many years. She moved to Belton in 1992. She was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ in Coleman and was the widow of P.J. Reeves, whom she married in 1925 in Coleman.
Survivors include one son, J. Bryant Reeves of Belton.
Memorials may be sent to Josephine Reeves Art Memorial Scholarship Fund at Temple College, c/o Lynette Wiggington, financial aid director, 2600 S. 1st St., Temple 76504.
The body will be at Walker Funeral Home in Coleman from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday.

Gordon Lee Pack
GARNER - Gordon Lee Pack, 77, Erath County native, died Thursday in a Fort Worth hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today in South Main Street Church of Christ in Weatherford with Dexter Sammons and Allen Harper officiating. Burial will be in East End Cemetery in Lingleville, directed by Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel of Weatherford.
Mr. Pack moved to Parker County in 1985 and was a retired self-employed small engine repairman. He was a member of Authon Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Imogene Pack of Garner; two daughters, Genie Feike of Weatherford and Shirley Jennings of Ovalo; one sister, Willie B. Lackey of Weatherford; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.

Polly Price Fouts
HASKELL - Polly Price Fouts, 76, died Thursday in an Abilene hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Haskell First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sid Parsley officiating. Burial will be in Willow Cemetery, directed by Holden-McCauley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Fouts was born in Childress, where she grew up, and graduated from Texas Wesleyan University. She married John E. Fouts Jr. in 1941 in Childress and worked as a school teacher and insurance agent. She attended Central Christian Church in Childress and later was a Presbyterian.
Survivors include her husband, of Haskell; one daughter, Patricia Fouts Wees of North Potomac, Md.; three sisters, Jeanne Price Blair and Martha Price Fullington, both of Austin, and Nancy Price Mires of Amarillo; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Chapel of the Holy Spirit in Germantown, Md.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
