STAMFORD - Ricky Dale Patterson, 32, died Wednesday in Arlington.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Highland Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Jessie Morton officiating, directed by Tankersley Funeral Home.
Mr. Patterson was born in Hollis, Okla., and worked for the city of Haltom City. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his parents, Bill and Barbara Patterson of Stamford; one sister, Sondra McEwen of Stamford; his grandmother, Lou Baldwin of Stamford; and two nephews.

Maggie Bell Cato-Hamrick
COLORADO CITY - Maggie Bell Cato-Hamrick, 94, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Colorado City Cemetery with the Rev. Glenda Johnson officiating, directed by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hamrick was born near Paris, Texas, and moved to Colorado City in the late 1920s. She was active in the Order of Eastern Star and 4-H program, and was the widow of Luther Hamrick, whom she married in 1921.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews.

Elva Dillingham
ALBANY - Elva V. (Mrs. Bud) Dillingham, 79, died Sunday in a Houston hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Albany First Baptist Church with the Rev. John Tunnell officiating. Burial will be in Albany Cemetery, directed by Godfrey-Neese Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dillingham was born in Hodges and worked as a beautician. She was a Baptist and was the widow of B.E. "Bud" Dillingham, whom she married in 1947 in Albany.
Survivors include two daughters, Janice Carr of Deer Park and Beverley McDonald of Rosharon, Texas; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Larry Donnell Dean
Larry Donnell Dean, 40, died Monday in a local hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Breckenridge Cemetery with the Rev. Danny Edwin officiating, directed by Curtis-Starks Funeral Home, 542 E.N. 7th.
Mr. Dean was born in Breckenridge and attended school in Breckenridge and McMurry College. He worked in the shipping and receiving department at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Mathis Dean of Abilene; four daughters, Amy Dean and Taramma Dean, both of Abilene, Shamma Dean of Lubbock and Shanna Dean of Knox City; six sons, Anthony Dean, Arron Dean, Darrell Dean, Michael Dean, Christopher Dean and Anthony Dean, all of Abilene; his father, James Dean Sr. of Rule; six brothers, James Dean, Charles Dean, Johnny Dean, Jammie Dean and Dale Dean, all of Abilene, and Edwin Dean of Snyder; three sisters, Patricia Dean and Chris Dean, both of Abilene, and Ella Dean of Rule; his grandfather, the Rev. John H. Robinson of Abilene; and many other relatives.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today in the funeral home.

Ruth Mae Scott
Ruth Mae (Mrs. Henry) Scott, 98, died Thursday in a local nursing home.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Mount Hope Cemetery in Anson with the Rev. Sue Rowlett officiating, directed by North's Funeral Home, 4002 Buffalo Gap Road.
Mrs. Scott was born in Louisiana and moved to Jones County in 1915. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Anson and was the widow of Henry Scott, whom she married in 1916 in Anson.
Survivors include four daughters, Bertha Hagler of Abilene, Margaret Baird of Levelland, Hazle Sanders of Sulphur, La., and Faye McDonald of Ozark, Ala.; one son, J.W. Scott of Lovington, N.M.; one sister, Ollie Buske of Wellington; 19 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

The family will be at 2800 Sayles, No. 3A.

Frank Earl McDougal
CLYDE - Frank Earl McDougal, 72, died Tuesday in San Marcos.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 U.S. Hwy 277 South, in Abilene with the Rev. S.C. Lemond officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park in Abilene, directed by Bailey Funeral Home.
Mr. McDougal was born in Lamesa and served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He moved to Clyde in 1959 from Lamesa and worked as a linetype setter operator at the Abilene Reporter-News until retiring in 1975. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include three sons, Frank Eugene McDougal of San Marcos, Michael Drew McDougal of Mineral Wells and Ben Thomas McDougal of Clyde; four daughters, Glenda Sue Frieary of Winston-Salem, N.C., Yonna Nell Green of Tye, Dora Louise Hosman of Finley, Ohio, and Debra Kay Shadwick of McDonald, Tenn.; one sister, Vermell Gillispie of Knox City; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today in Bailey Funeral Home.

Margarita Weaver
DEL RIO - Margarita P. Weaver, 77, of San Angelo, mother of an Abilene resident, died Wednesday in Abilene.
Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will be in Del Rio Memorial Park, directed by G.W. Cox Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Weaver was born in Del Rio and graduated from San Felipe High School, Sul Ross University in Alpine and Southeastern State University in Durant, Okla. in 1972. She was a first-grade and special education teacher for several years. She worked at the Education Service Center in San Angelo from 1972 until retiring in 1987.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia W. Galindo of Del Rio and Teresa Iris Hedrick of Abilene; two sons, Dewey "Buddy" E. Weaver of San Angelo and David A. Weaver of Slaton; one sister, Feliciana P. Flores of Del Rio; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Melvin Coston
BROWNWOOD - Melvin L. Coston, 83, of Waxahachie and formerly of Brownwood, died Wednesday at his home after a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today in Eastlawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Tim Holder officiating, directed by Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
Mr. Coston was born in Brownwood, where he married Lena Fae Wright in 1935, and was a retired employee of Exxon Corp.
Survivors include his wife, of Waxahachie; one son, John R. Coston of Waxahachie; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Earl Lester Harris
CISCO - Earl Lester Harris, 79, died Thursday in an Abilene hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Calvary Baptist Church with the Revs. Harry Grantz and Franklin Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Cisco, directed by Kimbrough Funeral Home.
Mr. Harris was born in Carbon, where he married Edna Faye Wilson in 1940, and was a farmer. He was a trustee of the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Association and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, of Cisco; two sons, Charles Lester Harris of Waco and Gary Don Harris of Cisco; one sister, Joyce Fleming of Clyde; and four grandchildren.
