Jimmy Dale Robbins
BALLINGER -- Jimmy Dale Robbins, 60, died Wednesday in a Winters nursing home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Old Runnels Cemetery with the Rev. Riley Fugitt officiating, directed by Rains-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Robbins was born in Millersview and worked at Easter Machine Shop in Abilene for 35 years until moving to Ballinger. He married Virginia Mayfield in 1973 in Abilene. He was a machinist for Aeromotor Windmill Corp. in San Angelo for 10 years.
Survivors include his wife, of Ballinger; two sons, David Lynn Robbins and Terry Glen Robbins, both of Abilene; two daughters, Tonya Gay Robbins of Eula and Regina Kay Gonzales of Baird; four stepchildren, Ricky Daniels of Cross Plains, Clay Daniels of Abilene, and Debbie Moore and Katie Caraway, both of Haskell; his mother, Zell R. Canada Robbins of Ballinger; 24 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

W.M. 'Bill' McClellan
STAMFORD -- W.M. "Bill" McClellan, 82, lifelong local resident, died Wednesday in a local nursing home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Kinney Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jay Abernathy officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. McClellan was born in Stamford, where he graduated from high school, and owned and operated McClellan's Motor Machine Shop until retiring in 1978. He was a former member of the Lions Club. He was a Methodist and was the widower of Mary Lou Waldrep McClellan, whom he married in 1937.
Survivors include one son, William Michael "Mike" McClellan of Arlington; two daughters, Mary Celeste Wootan of Sweetwater and Pam Cox of Stamford; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

E.E. 'Gene' Millican
EASTLAND -- E.E. "Gene" Millican, 83, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Bakker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jonathan Gay and Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Eastland Cemetery.
Mr. Millican was born in San Saba County and moved to Eastland County in 1924. He served with the U.S. Navy's Seabees during World War II. He was the widower of Verda Greer Millican, whom he married in 1935 in Carbon. He worked as an insurance adjustor until retiring in 1977. He married Vernell Creech in 1990 and was a member of Masonic Lodge and Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, of Eastland; six daughters, Clara Dool of Mineral Wells, Gwen Boyd of Rowlett, Paulette Douglass, Betty Bonds and Kay Butler, all of Eastland, and Barbara Rossander of Breckenridge; one son, Virgil Gene Millican of San Angelo; two stepchildren, Christine Carey and Richard Creech, both of Cisco; one brother, Bill Millican of Cisco; 20 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

August Angerman
WACO -- August Angerman, 83, of Sagerton and formerly of Waco, died Tuesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Walter Albers officiating, directed by Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. A second service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Faith Lutheran Church in Sagerton with the Rev. Jeff Zell officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery in Stamford, directed by Tankersley Funeral Home of Stamford.
Mr. Angerman was born in Aleman and attended school in Waco. He was a farmer for many years. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Sagerton and was the widower of Lena Stremmel Angerman, whom he married in 1950 in Sagerton.
Survivors include one sister, Pauline Rosenauer of Waco; two brothers, John Angerman of Waco and Walter Angerman of Round Rock; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be sent to a favorite charity.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Tankersley Funeral Home in Stamford.

Preston Baker
COLEMAN -- Preston Baker, 89, of Gardendale and formerly of Coleman County, died Monday in an Odessa hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Dorman officiating. Burial will be in Burkett Cemetery.
Mr. Baker was born in Coleman County, where he attended school in Rae. He retired from an oil well servicing company. He lived in Snyder for 25 years and moved to Gardendale three years ago. He was a Baptist and was the widower of Tillie Rhoads Baker, whom he married in 1927 in Burkett; and Nellie Hearn Baker.
Survivors include one son, Terry Baker of Gardendale; six sisters, Essie Hunter of Rockwood, Madie Burton, Thelma Cox, Mary Trammell and Ovella Harris, all of Coleman, and Ronnie Winslett of Brownwood; seven brothers, J.C. Baker of Lovington, N.M., O.T. Baker of Vernon, James A. Baker, Bob Baker and Ed Baker, all of Brownwood, Howard Baker of Fort Stockton and Jerry Baker of Odessa; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Tom Nall
HAMLIN -- Tom B. Nall, 86, died Tuesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Hamlin First Baptist Church with the Rev. Tracy Watson officiating. Burial will be in Hamlin Memorial Cemetery, directed by Foster-Adams Funeral Home.
Mr. Nall was born in Forney and moved, as a child, to the Hamlin area, where he lived most of his life. He attended school in Swedonia and married Inez Jones in 1937 in Roby. He worked for T&P Oil Co. for 20 years until retiring in 1973. He also was a cowboy and animal trainer. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, of Hamlin; one son, Charles T. Nall of Sylvester; one sister, May Young of Hamlin; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Alice Edith Morgan
CISCO -- Alice Edith Morgan, 86, of Boerne and formerly of Cisco, died Tuesday in Boerne.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Poe officiating. Burial will be in Scranton Cemetery.
Mrs. Morgan was born in Atwell in Callahan County and was a homemaker. She moved to Boerne in 1992 from Cisco. She was a Baptist and was the widow of I.W. "Ike" Morgan, whom she married in 1932 in Scranton.
Survivors include one son, Mackey Morgan of Cisco; two daughters, June Johnson of City by the Sea, Texas, and Cheri Clark of Boerne; two sisters, Rita Mae Oliver of San Angelo and Mildred Foster of Cisco; one brother, Woodrow Jones of San Angelo; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Walter Alfred Moshier
Walter Alfred Moshier, 93, died Monday at his home.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Buffalo Gap Cemetery with the Rev. Scott Mayer officiating, directed by North's Funeral Home, 242 Orange.
Mr. Moshier was born in Rochester, N.Y., and attended Staunton Military Academy in Virginia. He worked for Eastman Kodak for 40 years until retiring in 1967. He moved to Bellaire in 1940 and Abilene in 1996. He was a member of Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest and was the widower of Georgia Gambrell Moshier, whom he married in 1940 in Marianna, Ark.
Survivors include one daughter, Ann Moshier Gilliland of Abilene; one son, Walter Moshier Jr. of Whitney; one sister, Beatrice Moshier Diggs of Cordova, Tenn.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Bert Cuney Hammond
Bert Cuney Hammond, 88, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Mount Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Kelvin J. Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Hill Cemetery in Marlin, Texas, directed by Dorsey-Keatts Funeral Home of Marlin.
Mr. Hammond was born in Calvert and moved as an infant to Marlin, where he grew up. He moved in 1957 to Abilene, where he worked at Mead's Bakery until retiring. He then worked part time for Abilene Candy Company until 1995. He was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church and was the widower of Tommie Lee Durden Hammond.
Survivors include two sons, Joe Hammond and Todd Hammond, both of Abilene; one daughter, Lou Barron of Houston; one sister, Gladys Penny of Odessa; 11 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the church.
