Jessie Lou McInnis
Jessie Lou McInnis, 58, of Brownfield, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2010 in Brownfield.
Memorial Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Challis Baptist Church, with Rev. Dale Matlock and Rev. Bill Titus officiating, under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Jessie was born on May 29, 1952 in Artesia, NM, to Frank and Vivian Malicoat.
She attended school in Union, where she graduated from high school.
She married Eldon D. McInnis, Jr. on June 12, 1971 in Brownfield.
Jessie worked for as a certified billing coder for Dr. Hope for many years, and was currently working at Brownfield Medical Clinic for Dr. Tedford.
She was a member of Challis Baptist Church.
Jessie's greatest joy in life was her grandchildren and her husband.
Jessie is survived by her husband, Eldon D. McInnis of Brownfield; 2 daughters, Laura Howard and her husband, Kody of Brownfield, and Jamie McInnis and her husband, Jeremy of Pampa; her mother, Vivian Malicoat of Mineral Wells; 5 grandchildren; 2 brothers, F.J. Malicoat and his wife, Rhonda of Brownwood, and Gary Malicoat and his wife, Sue of Liberty Hill; a sister, Gloria Turner and husband, Keith of Mineral Wells.
Linda Jane Pendergrass
Linda Jane Pendergrass, 61, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her home in Brownfield.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 30, 2010 at Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Linda was born July 11, 1949 in Brownfield, to Marvin and Ima Jean Pendergrass.
She graduated from Brownfield High School. .
Linda was a member of the Terry County Fair Association, where she helped with the fair for several years.
She enjoyed greeting people at Wal-Mart.
Linda is survived by her brother; Jim Pendergrass and wife, Kim of Snyder; a niece, Suzie Huddleston and husband, Bobby of Snyder; a great-niece, Emily Marie Huddleston; two aunts, Inez Wilkerson of Brownfield, and Wanda Bailey of Burnett; and a very special cousin, Judy Sansom and husband, Larry of Brownfield.
MARY COLE
Services for Mary Deola Cole, 84, of Clarksville, Tenn., were held Oct. 2nd in Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with Mike McDonald of the Brownfield Church of Christ officiating.
Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Cole died Sept. 28th [1999] in Montgomery Nursing Home in Clarksville, Tenn.
She was born July 26, 1915 in Gayle, Texas, was married to Hiram Cole on Oct. 18, 1936 in Crosbyton.
He died on Nov. 6, 1973.
Mrs. Cole moved to Brownfield, in 1945 and to Wellman in 1967.
She was a member of the Wellman Church of Christ.
She is survived by six sons: Harold of Gary, Okla., Arthur and Tommy both of Cunningham, Tenn., Timothy of Del Rey Beach, Fla., Jerry of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Roy of Nebraska.
Mrs. Cole is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Cecil Marley of Hillsboro, and by one son, Dewey Cole.
DIXIE BURCH
Services for Dixie Tankersley Burch, 62, of Brownfield, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 15th in the Shady Oaks Church of God, with Rev. Buzz Timmons officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery in Odessa, under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Mrs. Burch died May 11th, 2000 in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
L.T. HAWKINS
Graveside services for L.T. "Tunny" Hawkins of Wellman, were held March 6th in Terry County Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Mr. Hawkins died March 3rd, 2000 in Lubbock.
BENITO GONZALEZ, SR.
Rosary for Benito Gonzalez, Sr., 94, of Brownfield, was said March 5th in the Head Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Services were held March 6th in St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Burial was in Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Gonzalez died March 3rd, 2000 in Covenant Medical Center.
MARGE RIDARELLI
Marge Ridarelli, age 79, was born in Pennsylvania, January 20, 1921 and died February 29th, 2000.
Services were held on March 4th in Phoenix, Ariz., at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home.
Burial was at Holy Cross in Phoenix.
MARK ALEXANDER
Services for Mark Alexander, 38, of Lubbock, were held March 3rd in Westmont Christian Church, with Rev. Clint Stephenson, and Mr. Scott Ramsey officiating.
Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Park, under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
Mr. Alexander died Feb. 25th, 2000.
DONALD OLIVER
Services for Donald G. Oliver, 62, of Brownfield, were held March 3rd in Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with Mike McDonald, Brownfield Church of Christ minister, officiating.
Burial was in Terry County Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Mr. Oliver died Feb. 29th, 2000 in Brownfield Regional Medical Center.
TIMOTHY LENNING
Services for Timothy F. Lenning, Jr. of Lubbock, were held March 4th in Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with Tom Skinner, minister of the Smithlawn Church of Christ, officiating.
Burial was in Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Lenning died March 2nd, 2000 in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
BERTHA FIELDER
Services for Bertha Fielder, 80, of Fort Worth, were held Feb. 22nd in Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel, under the direction of Winscott Funeral Home of Fort Worth.
Burial was in Brownfield Cemetery.
Mrs. Fielder died Feb. 18th, 2000 in Fort Worth.
