Edwin (Jim) Lueckemeyer, 90, of Brenham, died October 25, 2001 in Trinity Medical Center in Brenham.
Survivors include his wife, Thekla Lueckemeyer of Brenham; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Rebekah Lueckemeyer of Katy; grandchildren, Sara and Brian Wiens of San Antonio and Michael Lueckemeyer of College Station; brother and sister-in-law, Harold "Pete" and Johnnie Mae Lueckemeyer of Brenham; sister-in-law, Rosa Lee Lueckemeyer of Brenham; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Meta and Herbert Mutscher, Alma Gaskamp, Annie Gaskamp, Clarence and Bernice Gaskamp, Raymond and Dorothy Ann Gaskamp, Melvin and Pearl Gaskamp, Alfred and Nelda Gaskamp and Monroe and Lillian Gaskamp, all of Brenham, and Otto Jr. and Florence Gaskamp of Richmond.
The funeral service for Edwin Jim Lueckemeyer will he held at 11am Saturday, October 27, 2001 in Bethlehem Lutheran Church of William Penn with Pastor Eldor J. Harmann officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 26, at Memorial Oaks Chapel.

Judith Jeter
Judith Earlyne (Judy) Jeter age, 58 of Brenham died Tuesday, October 23, 2001 at St. Joseph ‘s Hospital in Bryan.
Judy is survived by her husband Rev. Gary L. Jeter, pastor of First Christian Church, Brenham and three children: Terri Littlejohn and husband, Rory, of Bryan; Gary Jeter II and wife Corrine, Sherri Desern and husband Walt, all of Brenham. Also by her mother, Dulcie Burhenn and husband Lawrence, of Brenham and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, October 26, 2001 from 6 to 8p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel.
Funeral services for Judy Jeter will be held Saturday October 27, at 11:00 a. m. at First Christian Church, 306 Cottonwood St., Brenham with Rev. Norman Irons officiating Burial will he in Atkinson Cemetery at Chappell Hill.
All memorials should be given to First Christian Church.

Dorothy Himly, retired County Clerk of Austin County, 76, of Bellville passed away on Friday, July 27, 2001.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2001 at 2 pm from St. John’s Lutheran Church in Bellville with Rev. Milroy Gregor officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Knoll Cemetery.

Laura Krueger Wiecker, 87 of Welcome died Tuesday, July 24, 2001 in Bellville General Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law: Laura and Herbert Schumann of Bellville; son and daughter-in-law; Dalton and Carol Krueger of League City; brother: Bennie Boecker and sister-in-law: Pearlie Boecker and six grandchildren: Scott Schumann, Brenda Schumann, Jeffrey Krueger, Jennifer Krueger, Deanna and Doug Porter, Brian Schumann and fiancé Kristi Kestler as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Elton H. Krueger, and second husband, John H. Wiecker, and sister, Esther Hurtig.
A prayer service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2001 at 7:00p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 26, 2001 from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 27, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Welcome Lutheran Church. Rev. Milroy Gregor will officiate. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Sanders of Cypress; grandchildren. John Young Ill, Melissa Lunkwitz, Melanie Bettencourt, Kristen Peimann, Melanie Wise, Chris Williams, Jennifer Williams, Jeremy Munz and Valerie Munz; and five great-grandchildren, Blake Bettencourt, Grant Peimann, Bailey Bettencourt, Haley Wise and Avery Lunkwjtz.
