Edna Mae Reue Moeller was born January 19, 1928 in Freeport, Texas to Robert Collins and Bernice Williams Collins. She departed for heaven on August 5, 2012. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul ’s Episcopal Church in Freeport. She was married to Alfred Reue on December 11, 1949 at St. Paul ’s Episcopal Church.
Survivors include sons Judge Matthew Reue, Dr. David Reue and wife Susan of Austin and former daughter in-law, Tina Reue Webb. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and include Rachel Reue, Andrew Reue, Claire Reue, Colin Reue, Matt and Amy Pieper, Melanie and Donny Roberts, Aaron Moeller, Amanda Moeller and numerous great-grandchildren who she loved and adored. Also surviving are brother in-law Gale Evans of Freeport and many nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by her parents, her first husband Alfred, and recently, her husband Waldo, sister Margaret Collins Evans, brother Robert Collins, brother Ralph Collins, nephew Johnny Stokes, niece Robbyn Collins and great nephew Shane Sandel.
Funeral services for Edna will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Salem Lutheran Church of Salem with Pastor Charles Parnell and Toby Burk officiating. Burial will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill.

Kathy (Goeke) Buck, 62, of Burton passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 in Scott & White Hospital-Brenham.

Karel Kay Weinert, 68. of Round Top, died August 3, 2012 in Hospice Austin Christopher House in Austin, Tx. She is the wife of Milroy Weinert. Reuben Carl Kelm, 88 of Brenham, passed away at his Brenham residence on Thursday, April 19, 2012.
Reuben served his country during World War II in the Army Air Force and for many years he was owner/operator of Kelm’s Paint and Body Shop.
