Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Industry United Methodist Church, with Pastor Leighanne Brechin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Monday, November 14, 2016 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Pastors Phil Fenton and Brianna Merkle officiating. Elroy Paul Ganske passed away peacefully at his home early Sunday morning, November 6, 2016 at the age of 77. He leaves to mourn his passing: his wife of fifty years, Catherine Ganske; son, Michael Ganske and wife Linda of Granite Shoals; daughter, Gayle Deaver of Kingwood; daughter, Zena Hubby and husband Doug of Highland Village; stepsons, Curtis Covey and wife Lana of Dacono, Colorado; Craig Covey of the Philippine Islands; Clark Covey and wife Ana of Flower Mound. He is also survived by grandchildren Jessica, Chris, Noah and Chloe Ganske, Craig Covey, Jr., Jessica McAllister, Jonathan Covey, Megan Jackson and husband Nick, Mollie Poehlmann, Christian Deaver, Caleb Hubby, Noah Hubby, Hannah Hubby and several great-grandchildren. Marilyn Naumann, age 68 of Brenham, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016. Surviving loving family includes: sister, Pat Byrd Wright and husband Hoot; brother-in-law, Jim Brown; nephews and their spouses, Heath and Carrie Byrd, Doug Brown, Matthew and Renee Brown; great-niece and nephews, Isabel, Wyatt and Tyler Byrd and Andrew and Aiden Brown; aunts Mae Dufilho and Margaret Peters; and also numerous cousins. Visitation with the Naumann family will be held Wednesday, November 9th from 5 until 7 p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Jeff Janner, age 56, of Brenham, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016 at his home in Brenham after a courageous battle with cancer. Jeff’s loving family includes: wife; Meg Thomason Janner, son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Janessa Janner. Grandsons; Hudson Neal Janner, son of Matthew and Janessa Janner. David Kash Janner, son of the late Joel Neal Janner and Kelsey Alexandra Richardson. Jeff’s mother, Elvera Schulze Janner; mother-in-law, Marilyn Thomason; brother & sister-in-law, Doyle Janner (Daphne); sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna Deleon (David) and Connie Rohde (Danney). Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Marilyn Routt Thomason, Rosanna Routt (Rudy) Sena, Elizabeth Bevan King (Edward Vestal). Uncles and Aunts, Clyde “Hank” and Ruth Duvall, Onis Finke, Herbert and Gloria Janner, Laverne Weiss and Charles and Kay Janner. Jeff was blessed with many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Emma “Deedle” D’Albini Knapp Garnett died peacefully in her sleep in Fort Worth on October 28, 2016. She was the widow of John Garnett. She is survived by: her children, Joe and Ann Garnett of Houston; Libby and James Reue of Coppell; Katie and Dan Kolkhorst of Houston; and Matt and Rachael Garnett of Fort Worth; grandchildren Dickson, Pearson, Sully and Taylor Garnett; Chris and Adrianne Reue, Errinne and Clay Horton; Carolyn and Eric Draper; John Kolkhorst and Zoe Kolkhorst; Haleigh and Josh Bramer; Emily and Colton Maxwell; Jake, Micah and Gabriel Garnett; great-grandchildren Brenna and Coleson Horton; Emerson, Camden and Dillon Reue; Madelin, Juliette, Eloise and Isaac Bramer; sister-in-law Patti Wray of New Braunfels; sister-in-law Debbie Knapp of Angleton; and sister-in-law Penny Garnett of Austin. Carol Sue Lorenz, of Houston, entered eternal life Thursday, September 22, 2005, at the age of 52 years.
Carol Sue was born June 1, 1953, in Brenham, Texas, to Douglas and Elaine Lorenz. She became a child of God through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism at Zion Lutheran Church at Zionsville on August 9, 1953, and was confirmed in the Lutheran Faith on May 17, 1970, at the North Side Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas by Pastor W. C. Ahlrich. She attended public schools and the Harris County Center for the Retarded in Houston and was active with the Sheltered Workshop program until her death. She was a life-long resident of Houston.
Survivors include her loving parents, Elaine and Orville Glaesmann of Brenham and Douglas Lorenz of Washington, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Clark May of Houston; brother, Michael R. Lorenz of Houston; niece, Caprice May and nephew, Nathan May of Houston. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Berthold and Erna Lehde of the Zionsville Community in Washington County and August and Irene Braun of Houston, TX.
Her cousins will serve as pallbearers.
Memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville or Advent Lutheran Church of Houston.

Asalee Brumfield, 84, of New Orleans, Louisiana, died Sept. 14, 2005, in a Pasadena, Texas hospital.
Mrs. Brumfield was born Feb. 14, 1921, in Osyka, Mississippi, to Levi and Carrie Dixon Miller. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Watson Memorial Teaching Ministries, Central City location.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Purvis W. and Rita Brumfield of New Orleans and Randolph and Connie Brumfield of Brenham, Texas; daughter, Mattie Wells of New Orleans; brother, Robert Lee Miller of New Orleans; a stepsister, Dot Barnes of Kentwood, Louisiana; a stepbrother, Jessie Brumfield of Kentwood, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Birdie Brumfield Lott of Kentwood, Louisiana; brothers-in-law, Clifton Brumfield of Osyka, Mississippi and Veo Brumfield of New Orleans; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her devoted husband of more than 60 years, Hollis Brumfield; sisters; and brothers.
