Funeral services for Johnny Brown Jr., 42 of Bremerton, Washington, are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Rising Star Baptist Church in Dime Box, Texas with Rev. Herbert Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery near Dime Box. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings.
Johnny passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at his home in Washington.
Johnny Mack Brown Jr. was born on May 12, 1969 in Austin, Texas to Johnny Mack Brown Sr. and Helen Marie (Thompson) Brown. He was employed in the construction industry and loved to travel.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Brown; brother, Sean Brown; grandfather, Mony Brown and his grandmother, Tonsetta Irvin.
Johnny is survived by his father, Johnny Mack Brown Sr. of Austin; son, Jonathan Brown of Washington; daughter, Savannah Brown of Washington; sister, Tracey & Andre Jones of Washington; brother, Damon Brown of Washington; grandmother, Willie Mae Brown of Austin; grandfather, Elmo Irvin Sr. of Dime Box as well as multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other beloved extended family members.

Virginia Ann Loewe, 61, died November 25, 2013 in Brenham Nursing and Rehab in Brenham. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Memorial Oaks Chapel, with Pastor Pat Lehrer officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Harry Geisler
Harry Geisler, 68 of Burton, passed away at his home Sunday, November 24, 2013.Visitation will be Tuesday, November 26th from 6-8 p.m. and funeral service will be Wednesday, November 27th at 10 a.m. both in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Harry was born May 7, 1945 in Washington County, Texas to Otto and Henrietta (Borchgardt) Geisler, Sr. He was baptized and confirmed at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Greenvine and was a graduate of Burton High School. After graduation, Harry moved to Houston, where he met and married Sandy, and they were married October 9, 1965 in Greenvine. Survivors include: wife Sandra (Schoelman) Geisler, daughter Rebekka Barker and husband Greg, and granddaughter Brianna Barker. His parents and brother Otto Geisler, Jr. have preceded him in death. LeRoy Schroeder
LeRoy Schroeder, 87, a life-long resident of the Gay Hill Community of Washington County, died at home on Sunday, November 17, 2013 with his family at his side. The Schroeder family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Brenham Memorial Chapel, 2300 Stringer Street, Brenham. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church of Gay Hill with Pastor Alan Kethan officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. LeRoy Christ Schroeder was elected Washington County Commissioner, Precinct 3, in 1972 served in that position for 2 terms. Mr. & Mrs. Schroeder started their business, LeRoy Schroeder Contractor, in 1958. The business is now owned and operated by his two sons. His surviving family includes son, Donald Schroeder and his wife Amanda, son Russell Schroeder, daughter Janice and her husband Michael Grunder, daughter Brenda and her husband Greg Gaskamp as well as four grandchildren; Ryan Gaskamp, Allye Schroeder, Avery Schroeder and Bailey Grunder. He is also survived by sisters, Gertrude and husband Gilbert Schroeder, Lucille and husband Dr. Bill Welch, Marjorie Runge and Sister-in-law Gladys Faye Schroeder, with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reinhardt Fritz Kramer, 97, died November 16, 2013. Funeral services for Reinhardt F. Addie Mae Perkins Glaser (of Kenney, Texas), 93, went home to be with her Lord Sunday, November 10, 2013 in Bryan. She was born May 12, 1920 in Buckhorn, Texas to Elbert and Georgie (Acock) Perkins. She was baptized and confirmed on December 29, 1946 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas. Funeral services for Ervin Addicks, 85, of Brenham, husband of Dovie Mae Rodenbeck Addicks, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Salem Lutheran Church of Salem, with Pastor Charles Parnell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Friday evening at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Mr. Addicks passed away November 6, 2013. Ervin Addicks was born March 24, 1928 in Washington County to Albert and Ella Wellbrock Addicks. He was baptized April 23, 1928 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Sandy Hill, and confirmed there March 29, 1942. After serving his country in the Texas National Guard, he married Dovie Mae Rodenbeck at Salem Lutheran Church on July 21, 1951. He was employed in the retail grocery business. Survivors include his wife, Dovie Mae Addicks; son and daughter-in-law Nathan and Cheri Addicks of Hawaii; daughter, Glynda Addicks of Sugar Land; brothers and sisters-in-law Lonnie and Dorothy Addicks, Albert Jr. and Effie Addicks, and Floyd Addicks, all of Brenham. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister-in-law, Suzanne Addicks. Serving as pallbearers are Donald Wendler, Kenney Wellbrock, Delbert Boeker, Dave Addicks, Delphine Addicks, and Wade Wellmann. Honorary pallbearers are Victor and Dot Arlitt and Jerome and Shirley Friesenhahn, and his nieces, nephews, and members of his coffee group. Lillie Louise Neuendoff, age 82 of Brenham passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Laverne Renn Lehrmann
Laverne Renn Lehrmann, widow of LeeRoy Lehrmann, died on November 4, 2013, having attained the age of 86 years, 3 months, and 10 days. Visitation with the Lehrmann family will be from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, November 6 at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Friedens United Church of Christ, Washington, where she was a lifelong member. Pastor Greg Felder will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Laverne taught school in Washington and Chappell Hill. She also worked in the Washington County Tax Assessor–Collector office for several years, worked with LeeRoy in the cotton gin business in Prairie Hill and Washington. In 1965, they became the owners of Brenham Heating and Air Conditioning. Laverne Lehrmann is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Royce and Connie Lehrmann and Hollis and Elizabeth Lehrmann, grandchildren, Allison Lehrmann, Katherine and Derek Chang, Christopher Lehrmann, Victoria Lehrmann and Alexandria Lehrmann, sister-in-law Patricia Renn, nephews and nieces, Tammy and Charles Leiber, Penny and Glen Kelm, Troy Goetz, and many relatives and a host of friends. Pallbearers are grandchildren Allison Lehrmann, Katherine and Derek Chang, Christopher Lehrmann, Victoria Lehrmann and Alexandria Lehrmann. Pallbearer in Memoriam is grandson William Lehrmann.
