Terry Gail Silverman, 51, died at her residence on Tuesday.
She is survived by: her parents, Bernard and Rosalee Silverman;
and two brothers, Bruce and Steve Silverman.

Harvey W. Sollinger, 83, died Friday at Northfield Centre.
He was a retired CEO of Whip-Mix Corporation where he
worked for 40 years, a member of The Temple and Keneseth
Israel Congregation, the former treasurer of Keneseth Israel
Congregation, a member of the Jewish Community Center,
founder of the Kentuckiana World Community Council and
a volunteer English translator.
He is survived by: his wife, Jackie Sollinger; four stepchildren;
a brother, Kurt Sollinger of Israel; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today at 2:00pm with visitation
beginning after 1:00pm. Interment
will be in the Keneseth Israel
Cemetery.

Rosalyn Solinger Goldberg Gendell, died Thursday evening at
Four Courts Senior Center. She was very active in the USO during and
post World War II. Later she was a volunteer co-manager and buyer
for the Jewish Hospital Gift Shop for many years.
She is survived by: two sons, Dr. Lawrence G. Goldberg and Stuart S.
Goldberg; seven grandchildren, Dr. Jeffrey Goldberg, Dr. Matthew
Goldberg, Ross Goldberg, Jennifer Goldberg, Susanna Liljenstolpe,
Jeffrey Shankman, Rachel Joels; and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today at 2:00pm with visitation beginning after
1:00pm. Interment
will be in the Adath Jeshurun Cemetery, 2926 Preston
Highway.

Melvin Davidson, 76, died Monday evening at Norton Suburban
Hospital. He was a retired furniture salesman and a member of Keneseth
Israel Congregation.
He is survived by: his wife, Sonia Davidson; two sons, Barry Davidson of
Madison, Indiana and Michael Davidson of Lexington, Kentucky; daughter-
in-law, Kris Davidson of Lexington; and five grandchildren, Brittany Sharon,
Aimee Lynn, Andrea Lee, Tess Hannah, and Zachary Thomas.
A graveside service will be held at the Keneseth Israel Cemetery, 719 Locust
Lane at 1:00pm today.

She was the former Rose Yescovitch, a native of Romania and a member of
Congregation Adath Jeshurun.
She is survived by her husband, Willie and her daughter, Violet Levi of
Beverly Hills, California.

Preston Highway, at 2:00pm today.

was a member of Keneseth Israel Congregation, Keneseth Israel
Sisterhood, Hadassah, Amit Women and Eastern Star.
She is survived by: two sons, Max Kreitman and Jacob Kreitman
of Dallas, Texas; one daughter, Toby Cohen of San Diego, California;
one sister, Bernice Blum; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Nursing Home. She was the former Sara Farb and a member of
Keneseth Israel Congregation and Hadassah. She was preceded
in death by her husband, William Feitelson.
She is survived by: two daughters, Muriel Setters and Edith Rowland;
four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Ann Rittenberg Metzger Block, 79, of Sarasota, Florida, died January 15.
A native of New York City, she was born March 12, 1922, and graduated from
Elmira College with a degree in political science and economics. After college,
Ann married Robert Metzger and moved to the North Shore of Chicago where
she raised her family and lived for over 40 years. While living in Highland Park,
she helped found Temple Jeremiah, became a life member of National Council of
Jewish Women, serving as President of her chapter, and, as a strong believer in
the democratic system, served for many years as an election judge.
She move to Sarasota in 1998 where she became a member of Temple Emanu-El
and the residents board at Lakehouse West.
She is survived by: one daughter, Rabbi Laura Metzger; one son, David W.
Metzger of Woodbridge, Connecticut; a sister, Lillian Neuberger of Venice, Florida;
and four grandchildren.
The funeral was held today in Sarasota.

Martin Schwartz, 82, died Wednesday evening at Norton's Audubon
Hospital. He was an interior decorator and an army veteran of World
War II. He was a member of American Legion Post # 201, VFW # 3204,
and of the Disabled American Veterans #108.
He is survived by: two brothers, Joseph and Marvin Schwartz, both of
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Abe Efrom, 91 formerly of Delray Beach, Florida and Brooklyn,
New York, died January 9 at Treyton Oak Towers. He was pre-
ceded in death by his beloved wife of 56 years, Miriam. He was
a retired member of the Bakery Driver's Union Local 802 of New
York. In Delray Beach, he was a member of Temple Emeth and of
the Delray Villas Bowling League.
He is survived by: two daughters, Sheila Steinberg of Louisville
and Marsha Rafson of New City, New York; sons-in-law, Irv Steinberg
and Martin Rafson; four grandchildren, Brian, Randy Debra, and Jill;
a brother, Joseph Efrom; and one sister, Miriam Goldstein both of which
are of Florida.
Funeral services will be held today in Delray Beach with interment
in
Lakeside Memorial Park, Miami.

three sisters, Lee Schwab, Sheila Foote of Chicago, Illinois, and
Mollie Schwab; and one brother, Marvin Schwab of Jerusalem, Israel.
