In addition to his beloved wife of Smithville, he is survived by children, Frank W. Leaman Jr. of San Francisco, Calif., Nancy (Keith) Roth of Holmesville and Charlotte (Charles) Slayton of Wooster; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruth (Ted) Currancy of Warren and Thelma (Lester) Badertscher of Massillon; and many nieces and nephews.

McFarland, 20, 3152 Township Road 629, died Friday afternoon, Sept. 25, 1998, in Darnall Hospital at Fort Hood Army Base, Kileen, Texas, from injuries sustained from a pedestrian-auto accident on the base Friday morning. Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville, with the Rev. Dan Mettler officiating. Burial will be at Loudonville Cemetery, where full military rites will be conducted by the U.S. Army. Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Wilford, 53, 5037 Shreve Road, Wooster, passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 27, following a courageous battle with cancer for the last six months. A memorial service will be Wednesday, Sept. 30th at 7 p.m. at Custer Funeral Home. Pastor Craig Edwards will officiate. There will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston, with the Rev. Michael McFarren officiating. Burial will be at Hatten Cemetery in Pritchard, W.Va. Friends may call Friday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Surviving in addition to her husband are children, Susie (Allen) Bealer of North Lawrence, Georgia Honeycutt of Massillon, Daniel L. (Julie) Hatten and Paul P. Hatten, both of Wooster and George A. Hatten of Orrville; eight grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; and brothers, Andrew Light Jr. of Garrettsville, Terry Light of Perry, Fla., and Carl Smith of Rapidan, Minn.

CRESTON -- Sharon J. Bodager, 55, of Maple Street, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Wooster Community Hospital, after a brief illness. Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Creston Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. James McCurdy officiating. Burial will be at Jackson Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston. Surviving are sons, Greg (Sheila) Bodager of Madison, Brad (Sherri) Bodager of Creston and Scott (Kelly) Bodager of Wooster; seven grandchildren; her mother of Creston; sisters, Emily Suppes of Creston and Jane (David) Phelps of Houston; and brothers, Patrick Wilson and Michael (Vicki) Wilson, both of Creston.
