LOCK HAVEN — Lawrence H. Lowery, 86, of Lock Haven died today, Feb. 21, 2001, in the Susque-View Home in Lock Haven.
Funeral arrangements are being conducted by the W. Robert Neff Funeral Home in Howard and will be announced when completed.

Lenor R. Leathers,
Lock Haven area native
LOCK HAVEN — Word has been received of the death of Lenor R. Leathers, 75, a Lock Haven area native, of Cleveland, Ohio, who is survived by local relatives.
She was the spouse of the late Ted Leathers.

LOCK HAVEN — Maude L. Heverly, 93, of Beech Creek, formerly of Marsh Creek, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001 in Susque-View Home, Lock Haven.
Born Sept. 26, 1907 in Marsh Creek, she was the daughter of the late James and Harriet Gardner Butler.
She and her husband, Warren J. Heverly, were united in marriage Oct. 26, 1924 in Howard. He preceded her in death Jan. 1, 1975.

Donald M. Davies,

FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — Donald M. Davies, 89, of 516 Guardlock Drive, Lock Haven, and Indian Creek Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fla., died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001 in Lee Memorial Hospital, Fort Myers Beach, Fla. He had been a hospital patient for five days.
Born in Ridgway, he was a son of the late John and Winifred Davies.
His wife, the former Miriam Thompson, survives.

Born April 27, 1916 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Anthony J. and Santiella Grieco Caprio.

Rose Marie Nicastro,

LOCK HAVEN — Rose Marie Nicastro, 93, of 714 Bellefonte Ave., Lock Haven, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001 in the Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit.
Born Dec. 23, 1907 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Angelina Rocco Nicastro.

Kathryn ‘Cass’ Stevens,

SOUTH RENOVO — Kathryn “Cass” McGuire Stevens, 85, of Renovo, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001 in the Bucktail Medical Center, South Renovo.
Born March 24, 1915 in Renovo, she was the daughter of the late Edwin O. and Lena Lose McGuire. She was a 1933 graduate of Renovo High School.
She was married to Eugene K. Stevens. He preceded her in death in 1990.

William W. Smith,

LOCK HAVEN — William W. Smith, 84, of Renovo, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001 in Susque-View Home, Lock Haven.
Born Oct. 9, 1916 in Renovo, he was the son of the late Della M. Smith.
Mr. Smith was a self-employed flea market operator and enjoyed selling and collecting antiques.
He was married to Dora A. Moore Smith. She preceded him in death Aug. 12, 1972.

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Donald M. Davies, 89, of 516 Guardlock Drive, Lock Haven, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, in Lee Memorial Hospital, Fort Myers, Fla.
He was a teacher for 37 years at Lock Haven High School.

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — Jessie Southard, 82, of Canandaigua, N.Y., died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001 in Canandaigua.
Born in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna Bauman.
She was married to Jack Southard, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Southard was a homemaker.

Ronald A. Fye,

DANVILLE — Ronald A. Fye, 56, of 138 Tank Road, Beech Creek, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001 in the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born Dec. 18, 1944 in Salona, he was the son of the late Alfred L. and Ethel D. Houtz Fye. He attended Lock Haven High School.
He and his wife, Linda Chubb Fye, were united in marriage Sept. 16, 1967 in Lock Haven. She survives.

Born Feb. 23, 1925 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary J. Clark Peese.

Born Nov. 12, 1907 in Frugality, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Eda Beck Blakney.

Nevin L. Stover,

LEWISBURG — Nevin L. Stover, 89, of Delta Place, Lewisburg, formerly of Howard, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001 in Evangelical Hospital, Lewisburg.
Born Nov. 30, 1911 in Walker Township, he was the son of the late Elmer E. and Vina Fisher Stover.
He and his wife, the former Frances E. Walizer, were united in marriage Aug. 9, 1936. She survives.

MOUNT LEBANON — Lawrence A. Wright, 89, formerly of Baldwin Township, died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001 in Mt. Lebanon.
Born in Avis, Mr. Wright was a graduate of Avis High School in 1929.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Claire Frick Wright.
