Donna E. Pedigree
Donna E. Pedigree, 63, a resident of the Lock Haven Extended Care Unit, formerly of Castanea, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002 in the Lock Haven Hospital.
She was born Dec. 12, 1938 in Lock Haven, the daughter of the late Charles Thomas and Ethel Baird Hevner Mitchell. She married Daniel F. Peddigree, who died Oct. 29, 1994.
A funeral mass will be Monday, Feb. 4, 2002 at 3:30 p.m. in Saint Agnes Catholic Church with Rev. Neil Dadey officiating. Friends will be received at the Moriarty-Dutcavich Funeral Home, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven, from 1 to 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Dunnstown Cemetery. Agnes I. (Sandy) Chapin Sharp
Agnes I. (Sandy) Chapin Sharp, 92, of Penn Lutheran Village, Selinsgrove, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, in the Sunbury Hospital.
Sandy, daughter of Edward Barry and Ida Wylie, was born Nov. 11, 1909 in Milton.
Sandy was preceded in death by her first husband, Benneville Haag Chapin of Milton and Philadelphia, and her second husband, Allen G. Sharp of Lock Haven.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service, Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002, at 11 a.m., in First Presbyterian Church, Milton. Rev. Steve Shirk will officiate. Family members will meet late in the afternoon in Lock Haven for a “Celebration of Life.” Interment
will be in the Highland Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions, in Sandy’s honor, may be made to the Milton Library, Milton, Pa. or the Ross Library, Lock Haven.
Veronica J. Cluston
Veronica J. Cluston, 91, of State College, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002 in the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Md.
She was born Oct. 22, 1910 in Snow Shoe, the daughter of Andrew and Veronica Zigmontovich Mihalik. She married John G. Cluston of Lock Haven, who died in 1963.
A funeral mass will be Monday, Feb. 4, 2002 at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Catholic Church. Friends will be received Sunday, Feb. 3, 2002 in the Moriarty-Dutcavich Funeral Home, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven, from 2 to 4 p.m. with a wake service at 3:30 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. with the rosary at 7 p.m. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery, Lock Haven.

Ellis C. ‘Dude’ Wolfe Sr.
Ellis C. “Dude” Wolfe Sr., 84, a former resident of Mackeyville for many years, died Jan. 28, 2002, in Susque-View, where he had been a guest for the past three years.
Born Dec. 9, 1917 at Nittany, he was the son of Harry and Blanche King Wolfe.
His wife, the former Lillie R. Bilby, died June 6, 2001.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002 at 2 p.m. in Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with the Rev. Jeff Bayliff officiating. Friends and relatives may call Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Bethel Cemetery, Porter Township.

Angelo S. Fasano
Angelo S. Fasano, 67, of Dover, Del., died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002, in Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital, Dover.
Mr. Fasano was born in Lock Haven, a son of the late Angelo R. and Lucy Caputo Fasano.
He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and Lock Haven University.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Janice Sweeley Fasano of Dover. Services were held in Dover.
Virginia S. “Ginny” Bradford
Virginia S. Bradford, 78, of Centre Hall, died Jan. 27, 2001 in State College.
Friends will be received from 3 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Centre Hall. Rose A. Rupert, 93, a resident of Susque-View Home, formerly of Beech Creek, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, in the nursing home.
She was born Feb. 11, 1908 in Jeannette, the daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa Colaccino Condor.
She married Gerald J. Rupert, who preceded her in death.

Raymond C. Miller
Raymond C. Miller, 78, formerly of North Tonawanda, N.Y., most recently a resident of Howard where he was cared for by his nephew and niece, William T. and Hope Miller, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2002, in Brookline Nursing Home.
He was born Dec. 19, 1923, the son of Frank and Alice Miller.
Services were held yesterday in the W. Robert Neff Funeral Home, Howard. The Rev. David W. Trostle officiated. Burial was in Schencks Cemetery.
Frances A. Bauman
Frances A. Bauman, 82, of 52 Bridge Lane, Lock Haven, died Jan. 29, 2002, in Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care.
Born May 16, 1919 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of Austin and Carrie Bennett Neff.
She was married to Jack Bauman on Sept. 18, 1937.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002, at 10 a.m. in the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington. The Rev. Michael Abernathy will officiate. Burial will be in Dunnstown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Sylvester A. Miller, 57, of Susque-View Home, died Saturday in the home.
He was born in Lock Haven on March 23, 1944.

Harry E. “Rudy” Prince, 78, of Ramsey Village, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2002 in the Williamsport Hospital.
He was born Nov. 25, 1923 in Jersey Shore, a son of Isaac and Verna E. Miller Prince.
He and his wife, the former Mary Good, who survives, were married 59 years.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2002 from the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, “A Life Celebration Home,” 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, with his pastor, Rev. George C. Grossman, officiating. Burial will be in Jersey Shore Cemetery. Marie Elizabeth Eckley
Marie Elizabeth Eckley, 67, of Elizabethtown, Ky., a native of Lock Haven, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2002 in Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carl E. Burnell.
She is survived by her husband, Clinton A. Eckley of Elizabethtown. Her body was cremated.

Richard H. (Sonny) Yohe Jr.
Richard H. (Sonny) Yohe Jr., 73, of Castanea, died Jan. 23, 2002 in the Lock Haven Hospital Emergency Room, after being stricken at home.
He was born in West York, Dec. 14, 1928, and was the son of the late Richard H. Yohe Sr. and Bernadette Collins Yohe.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Miller Yohe, whom he married June 6, 1976.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, at 11 a.m. in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Officiating will be Rev. Arwyn D. Reish. Interment
will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Dunnstable Township. Friends will be received in the funeral home on Saturday morning, one hour prior to the services. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be accepted to the Clinton County SPCA through the funeral home.
Albert (Jack) L. Rissel
Albert (Jack) L. Rissel, 95, formerly of R.R. Lock Haven, died Jan. 24, 2002 in the ManorCare Health Services Nursing Home in Jersey Shore. He had been in failing health for a short time.
He was born Dec. 20, 1906 in Jersey Shore, and was the son of the late Albert and Gertrude Brown Rissel.
He was married to the former Susan Scaglione Rissel who preceded him in death on Nov. 18, 1985.
Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 28, 2002 at 1 p.m. in the St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery Chapel. Committal will be in the St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery. Celebrant will be Father Neil R. Dadey of the St. Agnes Catholic Church. There will be no visitation.

Walter A. Nixon
Walter A. Nixon, 81, of 1220 Zion Road, Bellefonte, died at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born April 4, 1920 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Edward Allison Nixon and Cora Wenker Nixon. He was a 1939 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
He and his wife, Jeanne Cox Nixon, were married on Aug. 14, 1960. She survives.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2002 in Wetzler Funeral Home, Bellefonte. The Rev. Jonathon D. Riedel will officiate. Burial will be in Schenck’s Cemetery, Howard Township, with a military graveside service. Friends will be received Thursday, Jan. 24, 2002 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Wetzler Funeral Home in Bellefonte.

She was born May 20, 1922 in Benner, a daughter of the late Albert C. and Minnie C. Horner Page.
She was married to Malcolm M. Moore, who preceded her in death in 1984.

Her husband, Michael A. Askins, survives.

Pamela M. (Sementelli) Nadon, 44, of Forest Lake, Minn., died suddenly at home, Jan. 10, 2002.

She was born January 26, 1922 in Lock Haven, the daughter of the late Walter E. and Ruth Sanders Powers. She married James E. Smith, who died May 22, 1983.

H. Larue Myers, 83, of 198 S. Fairview St., Lock Haven, died Jan. 16, 2002 in the Williamsport Hospital. He had been in failing health and had entered the hospital on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002.
He was born April 22, 1918 in South Renovo, and was the son of the late Clarence H. and Lottie Crider Myers.
He was married Aug. 11, 1977 to Mary Gibson Myers, who survives.
Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 21, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Officiating will be Pastor Edgar Manns of the Jersey Shore Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Interment
will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Park, Dunnstable Township. Friends will be received in the funeral home Sunday evening from 7 to 9 p.m.

Delores J. Baye, 70, of Salladasburg, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 16, 2002 at the home of her sister, Dian Hillyard in Williamsport, after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Jersey Shore on Jan. 17, 1931, a daughter of Harold L. and Edith K. Decker of Hillyard.
She was married to Frederick C. Baye in June of 1956. He died Nov. 6, 1994.

Robert J. McCool, 67, of 532 Millheim Narrows, Rebersburg, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2002 in Centre Community Hospital, State College.
Born May 17, 1934 in Bellefonte, he was the son of Mae Guisewite McCool Noll of Renovo and the late Robert R. McCool.
He was married to Joyce A. Wasson McCool on June 11, 1954. She survives.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. in the United Church of Christ, Madisonburg. The Rev. Nancy Kuhns will officiate. Burial will be in the United Church of Christ and Lutheran Cemetery, Madisonburg. A Saturday viewing will be from 6 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home.
