A native of Canada, he moved here from Hollywood in 1992. Mr. Orr was a member of Weirsdale Presbyterian Church. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Ethlyn V. Orr, Ocklawaha; sons, Richard E. Orr, Longwood and Ronald L. Orr, Ocklawaha; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

OCALA - Verner E. "Gene" Bullington Jr., 86, a former park ranger and retired Navy officer, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004 at Park Place of Ocala West Hospice.
A native of Brownwood, Ga., he came here in 1995 from MacClenny. He was a Chief Warrant Officer with the U.S. Navy and engineer with the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Miami. Mr. Bullington was a member of Holy Faith Episcopal Church of Dunnellon and the U.S. Navy Fleet Reserve Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Bullington.
