There will be no visitation or services. Burial will be in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo. Bedford Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Born July 22, 1922, in Swanton, Ohio, he was the son of Frank and Grace (Watkins) Grove. He married Joanne L. Adams April 28, 1950, in Temperance.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Thomas (Kathy) of Toledo; a daughter, Cynthia DeShetler of Lambertville, and five grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at Neidecker-LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton St., Port Clinton, Ohio, where a parish wake service will be held at 2 p.m. He will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Port Clinton. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle.
Born Oct. 2, 1934, in Sylvania, Ohio, he was the son of John A. and Wilda (Barearick) Russell. He married Janice (Meyer) Russell Oct. 19, 1968, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carleton.
Surviving are his wife; three sisters, Marilee Small and Bridget Brumley, both of Moody, Texas, and Betty Jo Miley of Sylvania, Ohio.

Services have been set for Lottie M. Kinzel, 89, of Monroe, who died at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday in the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Joanne L. and William Nichols of Monroe.

Born April 13, 1914, in Detroit, she was the daughter of Leo and Antoinette (Czop) Marynowski. She married Paul C. Kinzel Sept. 28, 1946, in Grand Blanc. He died May 11, 1983.
In addition to her daughter and son-in-law, she is survived by a sister, Eleanor (Frank) Bank of Warren; two grandsons, and six great-grandchildren.

Born Sept. 3, 1952, he was the son of Blaise and Myrtle Beaubien. He married Phyllis Dean.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Eric D. Russell, on Aug. 25, 1992.
Born July 11, 1923, in New-ton Falls, Ohio, she was the daughter of Luther F. and Estella E. (Parks) Hall. She came to Monroe in the 1930s and married J. Dale (Pete) Russell May 6, 1942, in Monroe. He died April 16, 2000.

He will lie in state Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. until services at 11 in Grace Lutheran Church, Monroe, of which he was a member for the past four years and served as an elder. Rev. Ronald C. Schultz and Daniel Kempin, co-pastors, will officiate.
In addition to his wife of Newport, he is survived by four sons, Timothy (Ginger) Inman of Carleton, Jeremy (Kathie) Robinson of Newport, Daniel (Anne) Inman of Morenci and Larry (Dale Marie) Robinson of Sylva, N.C.; two brothers, Richard of Trenton and Paul (Evelyn) of Bedminster, N.J., and 10 grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Veterans Memorial Program in Ann Arbor.
Born May 22, 1925, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of Lonas and Marion (Alderman) Robinson Sr. He married Money Inman on Nov. 22, 1975.

PETERSBURG - Frances Steffens, 97, of Petersburg, a school teacher for 43 � years in Monroe County, died Saturday afternoon at Mercy Memorial Hospital, Monroe.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, where the River Raisin Chapter 208, Order of the Eastern Star, in Petersburg will hold a service at 7. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert DeLoria from the Deerfield Free Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery.
Surviving are two stepdaughters, Barbara (Bill Hewitt and Linda (Lawrence) Diesing, both of Petersburg; three grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her two husbands, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathryn Bamforth, and three sisters, May Greenfield, Hazel Luse and Florence Greenfield.
Born July 17, 1906, in Deerfield, she was the daughter of Charles F. and Maggie May (Greenwood) Greenfield. She married Harold Schupman in 1935. He died Nov. 17, 1964. She then married Harold Steffens Oct. 26, 1977. He died Jan. 15, 1997.

In addition to his wife of Newport and his son, Darryl (Terri) of Monroe, he was survived by three other sons, Kevin (DeeAnna) of Monroe and Michael (Amy) and Timothy (Julie), both of Lambertville; two daughters, Cathy (Terry) Marlow of Monroe and Karen James of Milpitas, Calif.; a brother, Robert of Erie; three sisters, Kathryn (Jim) Cinglie of Erie and Rose Lajiness and Florence Weber, both of Monroe; 27 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Neil; a daughter, Cheryl; four brothers, Carl, Russell, Edward and Walter, and a grandson.
Born Nov. 17, 1916, in Erie, he was the son of Austin and Margaret (DeLisle) Eighmey. He married Doris Lazette April 23, 1955.

Everett R. Bosenbark, 82, a lifelong resident of Monroe, died at 1:50 a.m. Saturday at his home. He had been in poor health since August, 2003, and seriously ill for one week.

In addition to his wife of Monroe, he is survived by two sons, Duane E. (Sally) of LaSalle and C. Gregg (Barbara) of Merrillville, Ind.; one daughter, Jimmie F. (Mel) Nieswender of Monroe; three sisters, Marjory Calkins and Josephine Bushroe, both of Monroe, and Violet (Jim) Barton of Sebring, Fla.; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Warrant Officer Samuel G., who was killed in action in Vietnam on June 6, 1969; an infant daughter, Reva Rochelle; four brothers and one sister.
Born Jan. 25, 1922, in Monroe, he was the son of Garold and Edna (Foster) Bosenbark. He married Jewell Heck on Nov. 1, 1947, at Monroe Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.
