Born Oct. 3, 1920, in Monroe, she was the daughter of Charles and Ida (Schmidt) Teal. She married Frank J. Swinkey April 29, 1939, in Napoleon, Ohio. He died July 25, 1988. She married Stanley Carr June 30, 1990. He died Sept. 15, 1995.
Surviving are a son, William A. (Loretta) Swinkey of Monroe; two grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

Born June 16, 1923, in Gibson Station, Va., she was the daughter of Tillman and Glennie (Brasher) Sutton. She married Thomas Marlow March 29, 1936. He died March 19, 1958.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas (Geraldine) of Louisville, Ky., and Terry (Kathy) of Monroe; three daughters, Audrey (Henry) Gadoury and Louise (Fred) Daniel, both of LaFollette, Tenn., and Colleen (William) Scott of Sebree, Ky.; two brothers, Charlton Lankford and Lonnie Lankford, both of Hopkinsville, Ky.; a sister, Mary (Mike) Wilson of Sebree; 10 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
