Donald M. Weiskittel
Died: Saturday, August 09, 2003
Age: 80
Donald M. Weiskittel, 80, 18401 State Route 47 east, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at 4:45 p.m. in his son's home in Fort Wayne, Ind. He died of natural causes.
Born Sept. 18, 1922, in McCartyville, he was the son of the late Henry and Henrietta Schemmel Weiskittel.
On July 1, 1944, he married Louise Yocom Weiskittel. She died on March 30, 2001.
Survivors include one son, Bob and his wife, Juanita, Weiskittle of Fort Wayne, six grandchildren, one great grandchild, one brother, Ed (Sonny) Weiskittel of Port Jefferson and one sister, Joan Miller of Florida.
Four sisters and six brothers preceded him in death.
Mr. Weiskittel was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church.
He was a retired machinist.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Adams Funeral Home. The Rev. Barbara Staley will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Quincy. Friends may call at the funeral home from noon until the time of service on Wednesday.
All arrangements entrusted to the friendly staff of Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road.

Robert L. Wintrow
Died: Wednesday, August 06, 2003
Age: 62
TROY - Robert L. Wintrow Sr., 62, of Troy, died peacefully Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at his home in the presence of family and friends after a lengthy iillness.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy, with the Rev. Ed Ellis and Pastor Al Bastin officiating. Military services will be held at the graveside by Veterans Memorial Honor Guard of Troy.
Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown.

Virginia B. Harmon
Died: Wednesday, August 06, 2003
Age: 81
VERSAILLES - Virginia B. Harmon, 81, formerly of 9697 Boyer Road, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at 1:55 a.m. in Dorothy Love Retirement Community.
There will be a Mass of Christian burial on Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Denis Catholic Church with the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial will be in St. Valbert Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles on Saturday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m.

Robert Myron Strayer
Died: Wednesday, August 06, 2003
Age: 75
DEGRAFF - Robert Myron Strayer, 75, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at 1:13 a.m. in the emergency room at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff with the Rev. Beverly Avers of the Rosewood United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.

William G Kaeck
Died: Wednesday, August 06, 2003
Age: 87
WAPAKONETA - William G. "Bill" Kaeck, 87, of The Gardens, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at 3:45 a.m. in Auglaize Acres.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in St. John's Lutheran Church with the Revs. Michael Nicol and Gary Bragg officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service in the church.

Age: 75
BRADFORD - Thomas E. Cress Sr., 75, of Bradford, went home to be with the Lord at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, in his son's residence in Troy.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. today, Saturday, Aug. 9, at Grace Baptist Church of Ludlow Falls with Pastor John Young officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Creek, Bradford. There will be a Memorial Honor Guard at the graveside.
Funeral arrangements have been handled by Baird Funeral Home, Troy.

Jeanette Mary Payne
Died: Tuesday, August 05, 2003
Age: 81
WILMINGTON - Jeanette Mary Payne, 81, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, in the Clinton Memorial Hospital, Wilmington.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James M. Wedig officiating. Entombment will follow at the David's Cemetery in Kettering where the Wilmington American Legion Squad will conduct full military honors. Visitation will be held at the convenience of the family.

Eugene R. Dirksen

Age: 84
MARIA STEIN - Eugene R. Dirksen, 84, of 6009 Dirksen Road, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, at 3:28 p.m. in Celina Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Francis Church with the Rev. David Hoying officiating. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Cranberry Prairie.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. There will be a wake service at 5 p.m. and a rosary service at 8 p.m.

Robert E. Kiefer

ST. MARYS - Robert E. "Fuji" Kiefer, 49, 510 Locust St., St. Marys, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, at 9:03 p.m. at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
Services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys, by the Rev. James Nuhfer. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Tony Ceyler Sr.

Tony Ceyler Sr., 46, of 820 E. Court St., passed away on Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, at Wilson Memorial Hospital. He had been in failing health for some time.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Cromes Funeral Home with the Rev. Clifford W. Garber officiating.
Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Kathryn L. Schilling

PIQUA - Kathryn L. Schilling, 83, of Garbry Ridge, formerly of Versailles, died Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, at 2:35 p.m. in Upper Valley Medical Center.
Services were today at 2 p.m. in Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles. The Pastor Dan Bell officiated. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles. Visitation was one hour prior to the service on Monday.

Joseph Henry Howard Nace

NASHVILLE - Joseph Henry Howard Nace, 88, of Nashville, Tenn., died Friday, Aug. 1, 2003.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Calvary United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Peter van Eys officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation with family will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Woodlawn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at Calvary United Methodist Church.

TROY - Joseph C. Saul, 75, of Troy, died at 8:40 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, in Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
A private graveside service will be followed by burial in Forest Hills Cemetery in Piqua.
Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
