Orville Rogers, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger. Survivors include her husband, Keith Evans; two sons, Robin Lee Evans of Clovis, N.M., and Mark Evans of Carthage; three brothers, Junior Welch of Woodward, Okla., Dave Westbrook of County Line, Okla., and Bob Westbrook of Fall River, Kan.; one sister, Dorothy VanDike of Alvarado and six grandchildren.

Atha Marie Wright, 91, died Friday, June 29, 2001, in her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Tunis Schuurman officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger. Survivors include her husband, Floyd R. Wright; two sons, Cecil Wright of Odessa and Harold Wright of Paris; one daughter, Barbara Payne of Mountain Home, Ark.; one sister, Wanda Jean Burke of Spearman; 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Buckhannon Young; one son, Craig; his mother, Margaret Atkins Young, of Waco; two sisters, Sue Hovey of Moscow, Idaho, and Audrey (Nan) Brown of Waco; two brothers, Lyle O. Young of Stillwater, Okla., and Eugene O. Young of Huntsville; and three grandchildren.

SUNRAY - Romelio Rodriguez Mendoza, 28, died Monday, July 2, 2001, three miles south of Morse on FM 281. Rosary service will be held in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico today. Graveside services will be held Saturday at Salitre, Cienega di Ortiz Cemetery in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico. Local arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Elisa and Salvador Gallegos of El Paso; one brother, Daniel Gallegos and one sister, Sandra Gallegos, both of El Paso.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Alders of Cold Spring; his sons, James Wall and Phillip Alders both of Borger; daughter, Donya Roberts and her husband Loren of Waxahachie; the mother of his children, Liz Alders of Borger; four grandchildren; three brothers, Steve Alders and his wife, Randee of Montgomery, Sherman Alders and his wife, Ramona of Skellytown and Carl Alders and his wife, Sheila of Pointblank.
