Harold Clyde Lewis, 69, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2002. Services were held today at 1 p.m. at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel in Fresno, Calif. Interment
was in Fresno Memorial Gardens under the direction of Whitehurst Funeral Chapel. Survivors include daughters, Ashley Lewis of Fresno, Calif. and Louise Beaty of Auberry and Linda Novak of Alamosa, Colo.; his mother of Fresno, Calif., sisters, Louise Evans of Fresno, Calif. and Juanita Potts of Madera; four grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.

AMARILLO – Felipe Aboytes, 93, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002, in Amarillo. Vigil services will be held on Tuesday at Schooler Funeral Home at 7 p.m. with Father Dariusz Pawlowski officiating. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Pawlowski and Msgr. Rex Nicholl officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery under the direction of Schooler Funeral Home in Amarillo. Survivors include one daughter, Juanita Gremban of Aurora, Colo.; three sons, Peter Aboytes of Borger, Andrew Aboytes of Albuquerque, N.M., and Phillip Aboytes of Amarillo; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
John Add Creacy
LIPAN – John Add Creacy, 30, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2002, in Abilene Regional Hospital. Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, at First Baptist Church with Dr. Dan Murray officiating. Burial was in the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville. Survivors include his wife, Schelli; one son, Flint Creacy; his parents, Lank and Eva Creacy of Lipan and one sister, Holly Williams of Dublin.

GRAND PRAIRIE – Yolanda "Jolie" Rodriguez, 53, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2002, in her home. Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie and services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Interment
will be at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas with arrangements under the direction of Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Joe Rodriguez of Grand Prairie; one daughter, Esther Jaques of Ft. Worth; two sons, Joe "Joey" Rodriguez of Arlington and Bill Rodriguez of Grand Prairie; her mother, Francesca Rodriguez of Borger; four sisters, Enedina Lucero of Borger, Irene Rodriguez of San Angelo, Jonnie Aguirre of Borger and Ofelia Hamilton of Fritch; three brothers, Mike Rodriguez of Stinnett, Albert Rodriguez of San Angelo and Henry Rodriguez of Borger and one grandchild.

Verna Mae Webb, 87, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2002, in Borger Healthcare Center. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Fairlanes Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Chaddick, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park with arrangements entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors. Survivors include two sons, Mike Webb of Borger and Jack Webb of Peterburg; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Harvey Hays Jr., M.D.
Harvey Hays Jr., M.D., loving father and grandfather, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2002, at the age of 81. Harvey is survived by his brother, Jack Hays of Denver, Colo.; his sister, Dot Cliburn of Houston; his six children, Gary Hays and his wife Linda of Albuquerque, N.M., Linda Clark of Lancaster, P.A., Kay Gaither of San Antonio, Tx, Larry Riley and his wife Darla of Lawton, Okla., Diana Goold and her husband Bill of Albuquerque, N.M., and Lisa Hays of Longview, Tx. Harvey has ten grandchildren, Justin, Tracy, Kyle, Graham, David, Danny, Christen, Joey, Tammy and Timmy as well as nine great -grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan.19th at The First United Methodist Church, 200 N. Magee in Borger.

Marty Hamrick, pastor, officiating. Burial will be 3 p.m. at Holt Cemetery in Spearman with Rev. Beverly Cook, pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Spearman, officiating. Survivors include one daughter, Debra Jackson of Sacramento, Calif.; two sons, Tom Douglas of Denton and Lee Douglas of Nashville, Tenn. and nine grandchildren.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Director of Borger.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine of Borger; one son, Robert "Bob" Forrest, Sr. of Borger; one daughter, Sharron Harris of Stinnett; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
