William Richard Griffin III of Grand Prairie died at his home Sept. 6. He was 32. Mr. Griffin was the owner of WRG & Co. Recruiting Firm in Grand Prairie. He is survived by his wife, Karen Fitzgerald Griffin; four children; two sisters; and other relatives, including his aunt and uncle, Charlene and Kyle Winters of Irving. Services were held Sept. 11 at Chism-Smith Funeral Home, Irving.

Charles Richard Martin of Irving died Sept. 10. He was 72. Born in Paris, Texas, Jan. 7, 1925, Mr. Martin was an automobile salesman who earned several sales awards from Toyota of Irving and other Dallas/Fort Worth area dealerships. He is survived by his wife, Jenny Martin; sons Bobby and Richie; daughter Carolyn Sue; brothers Bobby and Sonny (Jack) Martin of Denton; sisters Juanita Redding of Mesquite, Clara Morgan, Yvonne Dunn of Richardson; four grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Services were held Sept. 13 at Oak View Baptist Church, Irving. Interment

James J. Miller
James J. Miller of Decatur, Ind. died Sept. 10 after an extended illness. He was 76. He is survived by three children, including Kathy Jancuska of Irving; and five siblings. Edna Irene Moore
Edna Irene Moore of Irving died Sept. 10. She was 87. Born in Dallas County Oct. 25, 1909, Mrs. Moore lived in Irving most of her life. She is survived her son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Margaret Moore of Bullard; sister Gladys Bowlin of Irving; and numerous nieces and nephews. Howard J. Morrill Jr.
Howard J. Morrill Jr. of Irving died Sept. 11. He was 48. Mr. Morrill was a fire equipment operator for the Irving Fire Department for 21 years, a Vietnam veteran and a member of First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; sons Jay Morrill of Weatherford, Glenn Morrill of Kings Bay Naval Base, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law Kim and J.D. Bancroft of Yuma, Ariz.; sister Debbie Watson of Cedar Park; three granddaughters and numerous relatives and friends. Wayne Y. Musgrave
Wayne Y. Musgrave of Irving died Sept. 10. He was 68. Born in Texarkana June 3, 1929, Mr. Musgrave was a former city street inspector with 10 years of service. An Irving resident for 15 years, Mr. Musgrave graduated from Texas A&M University in 1959. He is survived by sons Tim and Pat Musgrave, of Arlington and Cordova, Tenn. respectively; daughter Lauren Musgrave of Arlington; sister Catherine Oglesby of New Boston; and five grandchildren. Luke Wright of Irving died at his home of natural causes Sept. 9. He was 60. Born in Greenville June 10, 1937, Mr Wright was a certified public accountant in Irving for 25 years. He was a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the North American Tax Practitioners. Mr. Wright is survived by sons Mark and Lance Wright, both of Irving, Mike Wright of Fort Worth; brother Frank Wright of Irving; two grandchildren; and five cousins. Paige Nichole Beathard, of Irving died Sept. 15 in Dallas. She was six years old. Todd Collins of Irving died in a boating accident in Henderson County Sept. 14. He was 29. Born March 26, 1968 in Milwaukee, Wis., Mr. Collins was an Irving resident for four years. He was an electronics technician for Fax Fix in Dallas for two years and a veteran of the U.S. armed forces. He is survived by his wife, Tricia of Irving; yet-to-be-born daughter, Megan Sophia Collins; parents Richard and Judith Collins of Wis.; brother Michael Collins of Wis.; brothers and sisters-in-law James and Dorene Collins and Jeff and Eileen Collins, all of Wis.; two grandmothers; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many in-laws.
