Ledayne Cooper Sr.
Ledayne Cooper Sr., 54, of Irving died July 29.
Born April 13, 1944, he is survived by his wife, Rose Mary Cooper of Irving; his daughters, Alesha Cooper Meeks of Euless and Kimberly Cooper
of Irving; his son, Ledayne Cooper Jr. of Irving; and his granddaughter, Ashley Meeks of Euless.
Funeral services were Saturday, Aug. 1, at First Baptist Church of Irving with Dr. Randy Rudisell officiating. Burial is at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Dr. Randy Rudisell officiating.
Local arrangements were handled by Brown's Memorial Funeral Home.
Rube Elbert Price
Rube Elbert Price of Irving died July 29 in Irving. He was 69.
He was born Aug. 8, 1928, in Kaufman County.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Earl Price, and a sister,
Beatrice Price.
He is survived by his wife, Pearley Price of Irving; children, Randy Price,
Terry Price, Gary Price, Phyllis Allison, all of Irving, and Kevin Price of Dallas.; brother, George Price of Irving; sisters, Lola Bell Hollaway of Irving, Doris Jean Minor and Lillian Francis Dykes, both of Alvarado, and Dorothy May Bamburg of Corsicana; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several other relatives.
Services were scheduled for Aug. 2 at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gene Hollaway officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Seagoville.
Clynda P. Bryson
Clynda P. Bryson of Irving died July 30 at an Irving hospital. She was 54.
Born Nov. 15, 1943, in Midlothian, the daughter, of Albert and Frances (Brumblow) Hedgepeth, she was a secretary at Centre for Neuro Skills in Irving for four years. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for more than 25 years.
She married Dockey Bryson Nov. 26, 1966, in Irving.
She is survived by her husband; mother; daughter, Teresa "Tracy" Moreland of Irving; sons, Robert Bryson of Southlake, and Terry Bryson of Hugo, Okla.; grandchildren, Derrick Bryson and Jennifer Johnson, both of Paris, T.J. Phillips of Tyler, Benjamin Jay Moreland of Irving, and Jayton Kennedy of Southlake, and Andrew Johnson of Paris.
Services were scheduled for Aug. 1 at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Hall officiating.

Dorothy Fay Campbell
Dorothy Fay Campbell of Irving died July 27 at her home. She was 72.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Mathis of Grand Prairie; daughter,
Wanda Kennedy of Orlando, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
Services were scheduled for July 30 at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Gerlach officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
Curtis Edward Gregory
Curtis Edward Gregory, of Irving died Aug. 23 in Irving. He was 79.
He is survived by wife, Pauline Gregory of Irving; children, Curtis Gregory, Jr. of Houston, Richard Gregory of Dallas and Martha Brann of Irving;
six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and two nephews.
Services were scheduled for Aug. 26 TheTabernacle in Irving. Burial was to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Dallas.
Louis Edward Nichol
Louis Edward Nichol of Irving died Aug. 19. He was 66.
Born Jan. 8, 1932, in Wood County, he was a security guard for Barton Security. he was also former fire chief of the Waco Fire Department and a radio ham operator.
He is survived by a son, Gary Nichol of Hobbs, N.M.; daughter, Sue Lee of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two brothers, George Nichol of Mesquite and Milus Nichol of Rogers.
Services were held Aug. 22 at Chism and Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Moore officiating.
Rusty Lee Looney
Rusty Lee Looney, son of Dusty Lee Looney and Danyalle Reynolds, both of Irving, was stillborn Aug. 22 at an Irving hospital.
Services were scheduled for Aug. 26 at Oak Grove memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ben Smith officiating.
Louis Clifford Voisen
Louis Clifford Voisen of Irving died Aug. 23 at his home. He was 69.
Born May 7, 1929, in St. Louis, the son of Louis Clifford Sr. and Arline (Burns) Voisen, he was retired with Loral (L.T.V.) in Grand Prairie. He was a member of the Catholic religion and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He married Charleen Robinson May 26, 1956, in Caddo, Okla.
He is survived by his wife of Irving; Sons, Michael Scott Voisen of Chicago, and Jon Mark Voisen of Irving; brother, John Voisen of California.
Services were held Aug. 25 at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Moore officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
Oma Smith Tanner
Oma Smith Tanner of Richardson died Aug. 24. She was 85.
Born Oct. 24, 1912, in Richland, she retired after 23 years from Taylor Publishing and attended North Temple Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Mack Tanner; daughter, Billie Jean Norton; and an infant daughter.
She is survived by daughters, Mary Campbell and Wanda Hollinsworth, both of Irving; step-son, Bobby Mack Tanner of Colleyville; step-daughter, Billie Macktoomer of Grand Prairie; brother, John T. Smith Jr. of Mesquite; sister, Jean James of Kemp; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Aug. 26 at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Ussery officiating. Burial followed at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
Thac Van Ta
Thac Van Ta of Irving died Aug. 22. He was 70.
He was born June 10, 1928, in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Pham Thi Yen of Irving; son, Ta Ngoc Hoa and his wife, Do Ngoc Thuy of Irving; son, Ta Ngoc Dung and his wife, Nga Kituong of Irving; son, Ta Richard Hung and his wife, Chanh of Irving; daughter, Ta Nga and her husband, Nguyen Trung of Irving; daughter, Ta Mai and her husband, Lin Duong of Irving; and seven grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is set to follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
Jennie Moore
Jennie Moore of Irving died Aug. 25 after a lengthy illness. She was 68.
She was born Feb. 26, 1930, in Goree Texas and was a member of Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving and a member of the Irving Retired Teachers Association.
She is survived by her mother, Ruby Wickham of Irving; daughter, Beth Campbell of Irving; son, W. F. "Spanky" Moore and his wife, Carol of North Richland Hills; sister, Nell McElroy and her husband, Billy of Grants, N.M.; brother, Ed Jones and his wife, Wanda of Irving; brother,
Johnny Jones and his wife, Pat of Kentwood, La.; three grandchildren, Jeffery, Justin, and Jessica Campbell; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceeded in death by her father, Clarence Edward Jones; and a sister, Wanda Cross.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don McCoy officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
